This place is a joke. I came in the other day with some friends and the d-bag up that was working at the time was rude from the very beginning. He was watching us like a hawk the whole time we were in there. We didn’t really feel comfortable with some creep watching us the whole time while we were looking for sex toys so we left.Came in a few days later to buy something I saw from the previous tome, hoping the same guy wouldn’t be there but he was. I was asking him a few questions about the item I was going to buy and he was being so rude and short with me. Like I was bothering him. So I left again without buying something.I tried to give my business twice and got treated so poorly both times that I won’t be back.

I went in to get my wife and I some toys for our 12th wedding anniversary the lady showed me several different things I made my decision and went to check out right by the cash register there are some very high priced toys she was a good salesman and talked me into buying one it was roughly $200 my total bill was around $300 she tested all of the toys except for the expensive one open them up put batteries in showed me how they function wrapped them up, All except for the most expensive toy which doesn’t take batteries in needs to be charged via micro USB I paid White Home charged it all night long and it would not take a charge, I called the store and Michael told me that there was nothing he could do it I just have to try to contact the manufacture - He was extremely rude and it seems he could really care less that I was sold such an expensive item less than 48 hours ago that would not work right out of the box all I wanted was one that worked

Ceeep old guy working the counter kept starring at me until I asked for his opinion on my purchase. Turns out he isnt very opinionated but the products here are affordable and good quality, I just I wish mr stares a lot was more fun

Only place that carries newly released Marc Dorcel movies. Knowledgeable staff made me feel comfortable enough to walk around and ask questions to find the right products.

They are prejudiced against people with disabilities i stopped by to buy some toys for my wife and I s 15th anniversary they told me I needed a mask i said that I couldnt wear one they offered me a mask I said for the second time that I couldnt wear one due to PTSD they said I wasnt allowed to shop without a mask they never asked for a doctors note or anything just turned me away I will never support this business due to this and I urge others to boycott them due to their prejudice

Please read.....Its not so often I get bad service anywhere, but when I do you better believe I tell everyone about it..Here is my experience, use it or leave it you choose, Im writing about it because i can prevent someone from having a bad experience just by stopping in, I hope this helps..So, while being super transparent to start with, i did arrive about 25 minutes before they closed. I was greeted warmly and the women at the front counter guided me to what to look for around the store. And to mention this was my first time in.I walked though the store glancing and looking at items, kind of trying to not waste time since they were closing soon.Roughly 10minutes before they close the lady tells they are closing soon. I mention I will speed up. ... Its odd how in 2018, I need to at all. Or for any reason feel rushed in a place that sells sexual novelties or movies, I came in to find some fun, and ya know, enjoy the experience.Now feeling rushed I now need to grab my items, as the lady tells me b.s. reasons to hurry up. Like the alarm is going to go off if I dont hurry up, who the f@$k says that to someone who has never been in, and TRYING to spend some money.So Im fighting the clock I guess, and come up to the counter and I get rung out, when I think I hear one of the Sh**tiest things... after she ran my card, she wanted to write down my driver licence number... WHY, in what reason does any business need to do that, as she pointed on a little sign they treat Credit cards like checks.... HOW. HOW, there is no reason to take down my personal Information to make sure Im good for the purchase, at all or for any reason, ever.... ever... ever.... If I run my card, any where my bank already has it taken care and has made sure Im who Im supposed to be.This place is just not pleasant, for what you try and get from it. Find other places it town, like Romantix, or Facinations, the customer experience is better, and the buying experience is worth it, and they are cheaper..Dont waste your time, or money here.

This place is trashy and expensive. Paid $16.99 for a libido enhancer and then found it online for $5.99, and a dildo was marked at $85 and can also be found online for $50. I hope this place doesnt stick around for too much longer. They dont deserve to be in business with a %200 mark up.
