After another shop in Denver failed to repair my bike, I decided to drop my Honda XR400 off with Dave, Travis and the team. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They asked me what type of riding I do and off they went to work. They were communicative throughout the process and when I got my bike back, it ran better than it ever has. They went through several tests, rebuilt the carb and fixed a few other things. I will be bring my bike back here when it needs service again. I would highly recommend this shop. They know what they are doing. Thanks WellsMoto!
The best shop experience I’ve received yet! The guys let me bring my bike in after hours and told me what they were going to do to my bike before getting into it which was nice. Their prices are fantastic and made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. They even went above and beyond to tighten and make my clutch/brake levers even on both sides, for free. Kevin and Trent know what they’re doing and are great guys! Will definitely be going to WellsMoto for anything I need now.
One of the best, if not the best, shop in Denver. These dudes are beyond knowledgable, and extremely talented at their craft. Its impressive. Also will be super honest and up front with you, which is very valuable. Also... theyre all pretty good looking so thats tight!
I went in yesterday for a tire balancing and to seat the front tire on the wheel. Everything went as planned and walked out of there with exactly what I needed. The two gents working there were great to talk to and were not dismissive of my newbie questions. I will go back when needed.
I brought my KTM 350 XCF-W in because it was leaking oil. They immediately met me upon arrival, clearly explained their process and set expectations as to when Id expect to hear from them. Thereafter, Kevin, the owner, kept me updated via email and phone. When it was ready, I told them to expect me on a Friday afternoon but I had to show up early and called them when I was about 5 minutes away. My bike was ready for me at the entrance, they explained the work, quickly processed my payment and I was able to make it back home in time for conference call. So Id say, professional, friendly, timely and communicative. Theyve earned my business.
Dave was awesome & very helpful he is now my go to guy
These guys know their stuff! Took in my much older 49cc Suzuki scooter which wasn’t even running and they got it going with very fast turnaround. Very competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
I was traveling cross country and needed a rear tire changed on my 2008 royal star tour deluxe. Come to find out the tire on the rear of that bike is some what rare (150-90b-15 or mv 85 15) no one for 550 miles had one, anyway these guys directed me to Performance cycle where I got a tire and then they fit me in right a way to change it. These guys rock!! Really nice and accommodating and we were on our way. Thanks Guys!!!
The staff was very considerate in helping me (I have been riding for only about 9 months) get together what I needed for some service work before I showed up. They managed to squeeze me in on a tight notice towards the end of the day, and made sure to note a few things that I need to look out for in the near future. I definitely recommend them!Note: I am not sure if this is an issue on others phones/computers, but Google Maps incorrectly shows where this place is. I typed the address as a new search and it marked the correct location. It is an odd error that I have never seen, and likely just a glitch.
Really nice guys. They even taught me a couple home fixes to save me money.
These guys are great! Knowledgeable, straight shooters, & fair price!
I have a Kawasaki Vulcan thats more than 30 years old. Several years ago while riding in the mountains, a car cut me off and forced me to crash. This bike means a lot to me so I held onto it, intending to get it back on the road... but I couldnt find someone who worked on metric bikes that old. Finally last summer, I found Kevin and his crew and brought my bike in. Rather than laughing at the age of the bike and dismissing me with Why wouldnt you just buy a newer bike? (as more than one shop did...), all the folks at Wells Moto were kind, patient and helpful. They took my bike in and did all the necessary work, and got me back in the saddle before winter broke. They did great work at a fair price, and Ill definitely be back (especially since we just picked up a 90s Yamaha for my wife). These guys rock!
Quit shopping for mechanics, these guys are amazing. MUCH better service than any big box shop could offer. 2005 Suzuki V-Strom 1000. Not currently from the area, but was looking for a mechanic to get familiar with. Ill be moving to the greater Denver area in about 2 months. It was a Friday at 3pm. After riding >3k miles in 5 days, I desperately needed to replace the chain and sprockets (these had >20k miles on them), and the oil/filter were due too. Time was of the essence, because I was going to be flying out on Sunday, leaving the bike with a friend who I wanted to be able to enjoy riding the bike with no issues. After speaking to 4 other mechanics/dealerships about replacing the chain, sprockets, and an oil/filter change with no success as far as availability goes, I called WellsMoto and they said come on over!. These guys had the work done in about an hour. I chose to stick around longer because they are really interesting to have a conversation with. These guys are intelligent (the owner is the most educated mechanic I have ever met, with a [Masters?] degree in microbiology), experienced, and enthusiastic, and will take care of you and your bike. Ill be bringing my bike back to them for any maintenance needs in the future, and will be recommending them to any other biker looking for a mechanic.
The staff were VERY friendly and absolutely helpful. Will be returning.
Good Guys fair price Quick Service. Thanks guys appreciate you.
WellsMoto is my go to shop anytime I have issues with my bikes. I have had three motorcycles worked on by Kevin and Jeremy and all are well taken care of. My favorite thing about WellsMoto is that the guys let me watch them work on my bikes and learn how to maintain and wrench on them myself.
Needed new tires installed, front and rear sprockets, and a new chain on my CB500F. As busy as the shop is, they still took my moto in to do the work. The staff was upfront over the phone about an ETA on completion, so right from the gate I was informed of a duration and general qoute for the requested work.Well, its been about 4 weeks since I took my moto in and its been running wonderfully! All the gear installed has worked as intended and I have had zero issues. I cant speak for parts sales as I already purchased mine, however, the labor pricing is fair and the team was honest and direct. I will continue to use WellsMoto and would recommend others to consider the shop for their own maintenance and repair needs.
The owner of the shop will try to cheat you on your sale any way he can.
These people are very kind very knowledgeable excellent pricing
Excellent service. Got me in, got my bike to start and road safe! Learned a lot. Thanks for your help and time
Excellent service and friendly people
They worked on my sidecar rig. Engine work, some fabrication, tires etc. On time, on budget, good mechanics. Very happy
Open on Sundays and Mondays. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Got me right in and on the road again. Great shop.
They changed and balanced my front wheel on my KLR. Finished in less than 15 minutes. They were pleasant and knowledgable. Will go back and tell my friends. Thanks WellsMoto!
Good man, good mechanic. I trust him with my bike.
Been going to Wellsmoto for sometime now, and i have never had a complaint. The guys are very professional and knowledgeable about all types of motorcycles. theyve worked on my 73 Honda CB350F and my 78 Yamaha XS750. Ive gone in for tire changes, carb work, chain replacements, oil changes, electrical work and custom additions to the bikes. They not only fixed all problems i went in for, but also gave me feedback on any other problems they noticed while working on the bikes. They are fairly priced and are always able to work with your budget. Thanks guys!
Great people and great price
I was looking for someone to at least give me an idea if the tank for my husbands bike could be repaired after an accident he was in. After countless hours days and phone calls I called Wellsmoto and even though the tank is in repairable they still took the time to look at it. And even brought it back to me after words. They surely went above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. In the future if we ever need anything you better believe I will be calling them. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ps. Toni you rock. :)
If you need a mechanic who will charge you nearly a thousand dollars, then take months to fix the damage the owner causes to your brand new paint job by dropping it into another motorcycle, Wellsmoto is the place for you! Hopefully you have a truck, because even after it takes two months to get the paint and graphics repaired, they wont bother to put your bike back in running order for another month.
STAY AWAY! If you have any concern for your Bike or your Life. These clowns are Violent, Drunk, Drug addicts. They will tool and ride on your bike Drunk. They will try and get violent with you if you have any issues. This is not a bussiness but a gathering place for criminals and psychopaths.
DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS.If I could rate them 0 stars I would.Took in my Classic Kawasaki. It had been sitting a few years and needed some work and I THOUGHT they specialized in older bikes. The bike was smoking some, front brake was locked up, tire was flat, needed a new battery, and had an oil leak. They told me I needed the carbs cleaned and theyd take care of the rest. When I get there they didnt even have a bike ramp to get my bike off the back of the truck and had no idea where it was.New battery and tire were fine but any mechanic could have done those in 1 hour. They charged me $800 for services and bike was SUPPOSED to be ready to go. Of course they forgot to clip the side fairing back on and that bounced down the street so they had to repaint it. Brilliant. They did take care of that though. While I was on my way there to get it they called me and said the oil leak was leaking again so I turned around and didnt get the bike. Week later they call me and said its ready.I get the bike and low and behold the carbs werent causing the smoke it needs a top end rebuild. Had pay for the carb cleaning anyway. Didnt have the cash for top end and bike was still able to be ridden so I took it home. Two days later (After 20 min of riding) oil leak is back and front brake has lot all pressure and is pouring brake fluid all over the floor. Take the bike back to them. They tell me oil leak is fixed and front brake needs to be rebuilt $250 more. I said no Ill do the brake you fix the leak. Week later go get the bike AGAIN. Bring it home and fire it up and bowls on the carbs are leaking gas all over the block.Take the brake apart to see what I needed to order to fix it. When I opened it up 5 of 6 o-rings were missing or broken and rubbers were in bad shape. Same brake they charged me 1.5 hours shop time to take apart and clean. HOW DID THEY PUT ME BACK ON THE ROAD WITH A BRAKE IN THAT CONDITION?Call them left a message saying bike was still not right, im starting to get upset, and to call me back ASAP.No answer that day so I swing by there after work to go talk to them. When I arrive the shop guys are doing burn outs in the parking lot and not actually working on anything.Owner says its my fault the carbs are leaking because I hadnt been riding it. (all of this is over the course of a 1 month span).I say Im not riding the bike because every time I get it back its still not right. I then ask why no one returned my call. He says Were too busy Busy doing what? BURNOUTS????? Dont you have a girl at the front that just answers phones?Owner then tells me he refuses to work on the bike until the front brake is fixed. Um huh? What does the front brake have to do with an oil leak or leaky carbs? These guys charged me $800 and all I actually got fixed was a flat and a battery. They said theyd work on it again after I fixed the brake but Id have to have a death wish to let these guys touch my bike again. Sent me out with gas leaking all over my engine and a front brake they completely failed after 1 hour and either could have killed me or destroyed the bike. Then blamed me for it.These guys are either con artists or completely incompetent mechanics. Either way YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I met the owner through my brother who had taken his Honda cb350 in for repairs and restoration. Shortly thereafter, I called kevin(owner) about my 1975 Honda cb360 which was in need of some TLC. kevin came the same day and took a look at it. We talked about the bike, its condition, and what might need to be looked at further. After he towed my bike back to his shop he kept me informed with what he found and any other info he felt i needed. I ride my cb360 daily for the past 2 years with only stopping in at wellsmoto for oil changes and everyday maintenance.I have personally referred any one i know with a motorcycle they all get the same great service and prices. They are honest, sincere and are there to help even when i have a random question about a bike im interested in buying! You dont see that service anywhere.I would and do recommend this shop to any one with a motorcycle.
They mounted a tire for me. There was an error with the tire and they made everything right for me. This customer certainly felt like I came first at this shop. I couldnt give a higher recommendation.
Does not do business year round
