We were renting a truck online and didn’t know you could reserve storage on the same transaction. This made it extremely simple! when we arrived to the facility we weren’t sure from the looks of the outside that it was going to work and then upon checking in realized we didn’t reserve what we wanted (we thought we were reserving a 10x10 on the main floor but it was on the 2nd) and the unit we wanted wasn’t actually available. We were going to try a different location but the man who helped us went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. He was very nice, explained things well, helped with the locks, and his customer service was a huge reason we didn’t move on to the next location. we were able to find a smaller unit on the main floor that still worked out and the experience was the best part of moving day! Thank you!
I had a great experience here, absolutely no problems. Victoria was really helpful getting me a storage unit and when I needed another unit she was right there to help me again. She is great. The place is spacious and clean. I highly recommend. Thanks U-HAUL and Victoria!
Edit: Updated my review from 1-star to 3-stars. After a third formal complaint the security lighting issue was addressed and the motion light now responds appropriately. I still wish id chosen a different storage place but I dread the idea of hauling my stuff to another facility.***Apparently the staff here doesnt take lighting security seriously. Id love for them to prove me wrong and Ill update my reviewIve contacted security twice from the call box to report motion lighting that wont activate in my units corridor. Ive been told well get someone to fix that but it hasnt been resolved since my first report 10 days ago. I think they need to either reposition the motion detectors or add more of them.For now, I wear a headlamp to access my storage unit.

It takes a lot for me to want to write a review but this facility definitely crossed the line. Completely unhelpful in every aspect. Didnt get one of my questions answered and it honestly felt like they didnt care and just wanted me to leave. If anyone goes to uhaul please call the one by Kennedy Park. Within 20 minutes had all my questions and reservations handled.
I currently have a storage unit there. I love how secure their building is, they have alarms on all of their units, which makes me feel better about my belongings in there. The units are all indoors so my stuff isnt exposed to the elements either. I especially like that they have garages I can pull into and unload on the carts. It makes needing to get things to and from storage much easier with my kiddos. The place is really clean too which is nice, the bathrooms in the storage area are always spotless! Overall an amazing storage place and the employees are really friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for storage facilities!

I had Ubox packing/pickup and delivery/unload from Cleveland to Denver Colorado, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. I felt like Uhaul was trying to kill me via nervous breakdown. Pickup and packing in Cleveland was fine. After that it was a complete nightmare. An employee in Englewood, CO supposedly scheduled me for Moving Help and Ubox delivery to my new address in CO over the phone, gave me a confirmation number, the movers number and everything. The day before the confirmed time, after calling Uhaul to confirm, I learned it hadnt been booked at all and Uhaul cant schedule this over the phone, so that moving day was cancelled. I rescheduled via the process online recommended by customer support that night. I also spoke to customer service who confirmed my UBoxes would be available. Its impossible to speak to the actual storage facility on the phone to verify details because it rolls over to central customer service after a few minutes.My new Moving Help guys got to the facility the next day, and my Uboxes were not out of storage, and they didnt have a forklift driver to bring them out. Wasted the movers time and hours of my time trying to organize this.I rescheduled for a 3rd time, now several days into living in my new place with literally no stuff. My new Moving Help guys arrived at my place finally with Uboxes, opened the Uboxes, and they were completely empty. Uhaul just assumed I needed empty boxes apparently? I drove to the storage facility, and the Uhaul staff initially had no record of my order, and had no one available to bring out my full Uboxes. There was a lot of back and forth, and I came to accept the fact that yet again, Uhaul was trying to kill me, and I would have to reschedule.Eventually an employee randomly walked by after overhearing the conversation and said oh, the forklift driver pulled out two full Uboxes this morning over there. Lo and behold, they were my boxes. Meanwhile my two movers spent 2 extra hours waiting around, hitching and unhitching Uboxes, and I had to swallow the extra cost. Asked for a refund from Uhaul to no avail and didnt have the energy to fight at this point.I would never use Uhaul Uboxes again. Per the employee I spoke to in Englewood, ordering systems from Uhauls MovingHelp.com and the Uhaul website dont communicate with each other, customer service people at Uhaul have no idea whats going on, and this is not a unique experience - this happens all the time. With the number of times I rescheduled and tried to call and confirm details with Uhaul, I truly spent an estimated 10 hours on hold waiting for Uhaul customer service to pick up. They also often reroute you to someone else to answer your question (because no one knows whats going on)- and you again wait 30-45 minutes for someone to pickup. Please just have some mercy and institute a leave a callback number system or something at least.I truly wish I wouldve rent a trunk and driven across the country myself.

Victoria rocks! Highly professional and attended to me and the other customers with the highest respect. She apologized for the delays in the computer system and the problem with the card reader, but explained everything in detail and got me checked out very quickly. She really likes what she does and she deserves a raise and a promotion.
This location auctions their units through an auction company who I frequently buy through. When I got to Uhaul to pick up my unit which was three dollars, they took 20 min to try to figure out if they could let me in to the unit they sold! Then they wanted a $100 deposit for my $3 unit or they wouldnt let me get the stuff they are trying to sell! Lol. They call it a good faith deposit, but unfortunately not only did they waste my time, but didnt have any good faith themselves! In not paying you for me clearing out your unit that you sold me! At this point you owe me $100 bucks for wasting my time!This brings into question the legality of you auctioning the units because you then are putting policies in place that prevent buyers from being able to pick up the items, which means that you then are retaining the property for yourself and profiting from it! Quite a convenient way to just take your tenants property!

Ive never done a review on an experience at a store before, but ive worked for rental car dealers before and the way this went i was disappointed. When i showed up for the rental i did appreciate that they moved my reservation from one store that i placed it for to theirs. Which did take longer then i expected but i was handed keys after 45 minutes. But that was it i was handed keys and basically told to go to a corner and find the truck, i also asked what time they closed so that i could make it back in time before they closed, i was told it was 7. They never mentioned a night drop off fee for after 630 returns. I also discussed i was renting it to move trash with, not once was i told about a 48 dollar cleaning fee that i would be charged for if i didnt return it spot free. But he referred to a sign on the inside of the truck being enough of a warning ⚠️ for me to notice a cleaning fee. U haul needs to step their game up and making cleaning before and after the use of a customer a charge free service, or atleast have them refer to it verbally when u rent the truck. Charles when i called had nothing else to say but excuses and swears that these 2 things were mentioned to me during the rental even though they werent.

They would not honor an online deal. I already had a confirmation number. They changed everything and upped the price. I was not and am not satisfied. I wouldnt recommend this place to Satan himself. Do yourself a favor and go anyplace else.
Best place to rent a uhaul
Rental agreement and pre check-in online was a breeze, the staff that checked me in when I arrived was swift and efficient, and the young man who helped hook up the trailer was as friendly as he was attentive to safety. In & out in no time, and the return was even easier! U-Haul has been very smart about implementing new technology. Great experience!
Employees Victoria, Austin, and Brittany all went out of their way today to make sure that my Uhaul cargo van rental went as smoothly as possible. They all worked together to answer my questions, book the rental, and help me return the van very easily, once I finished. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and every detail was taken care of perfectly with no mistakes. I will definitely be returning to this specific Uhaul location in the future. Absolutely the best U-Haul facility and staff in the Denver area. Stephen has turned this facility into one smooth operating, friendly operation. I’ve rented over 30 trucks from them (professional mover) and never have I had an issue with him running the show. They even work with me to make my job easier! I am so thankful for Stephen, Morgan, Janell, and the rest of the crew. They are awesome!
Despite being well staffed and only having a couple of customers in the shop, it took 45 minutes to return a stack of boxes I had left over from moving. Two associates and four attempts at processing a simple transaction, each time having to repeat my name, address, email, and phone number, and provide my credit card. All the while the employees had their masks either hanging from one ear or pulled under their chins, and another employee in a side office who was still dealing with coworkers and customers had no mask on at all. Another customer was there longer than me only to be told they had already rented out the truck he had reserved.
Im currently a customer at this place and im considering moving to a different location because the employees are very rude there. Ive had my unit broke into and they say they have after hour access N they really dont plus they close very early 7pm that is ridiculous. Every other location closes at 10 pm. Im very unhappy with this place of business.

This is one of the best if not the best UHaul facility in Denver. The facility is clean, organized, and all employees are quick to help. I had to drop off my rental after they closed and complete the self check in process, which was completed but somehow did not submit. Steven, the manager, was firm about the policies they have in place regarding this but was still very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff was pleasant, but they were way understaffed and very poorly managed. It took an hour just to drop off the van we rented. They didnt have enough money in their drawer to make change, it was ridiculous.

Picked up a truck here that uhaul traffic their dispatch sent us to. Our reservation was for a 26 but they said it was already taken so we had to settle for a 15 uhaul:( The reason Im giving a 5 star is because Brittany or Brandy the clerk was very pretty and sweet. I hope she reads this and hits me up;)

One stop shop is what you have here! I rented a trailer in Wyoming and used this location for drop of. The stress of not knowing what to do with the items I moved down here was quickly squashed because I was able to rent a unit at this location and because I used their equipment for my move, I got my first months rent free.
They cut storage hours to deal with loitering problems. Its much harder to access my storage unit now.

After spending the day going to several different u hauls, camper places and auto parts store looking for a trailer harness that supposedly no other u haul had. Charles took the time and looked it up and found the part when everyone else said no other u haul had. Thank Charles!!!!!

So, I had an appointment for a truck pickup in Aurora. That location was closest to me. I get there ten mins before my appointment and was told I had to go to another location because they didn’t have the truck I needed. Why I didn’t get an email BEFORE my appointment that I needed to go to another location? Forty mins later, I finally get to the other store. I had to interrupt this woman on the computer because she hadn’t even greeted me 2-3 mins after I was standing in front of her. I apologized for being short-tempered with her. Got everything all settled. An hour and a half after I was supposed to pick up my truck, I finally was on my way. I came back later to have a car trailer attached. Brittany was the only positive point during my ENTIRE experience. She had a fantastic attitude, extremely helpful and, my favorite, speedy! I won’t be using Uhaul the next time I travel cross country. If I’m spending over $2000 on a truck, I expect top notch service and reliable. Again, Brittany is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Uhaul itself gets 1 star. Go, Brittany!
I scheduled pickup of U-Box. I arrived on time. I waited 15 minutes just to talk to someone. They left to go investigate the box. After another 25 minutes waiting I left without the box. I contacted their customer service and am still waiting to hear from store manager.
Apparently UHaul is the only organization in the country that cant find an order using an account, email, phone number or any other source. They require paper to return the boxes purchased... This is bad enough! When I asked to speak with the manager (I have a storage unit there, and spend lots of $$ with them) to see if he could make an exception, he refused to speak with me until I made a scene. Steven was absolutely rude. Most of the time, I get really great service at this UHaul facility. First time Ive left angry, and will research other storage locations to move my unit.
Useless liars. Towed my car even though they promised not to. Predatory business taking advantage of people on chemotherapy during a pandemic. Absolutely shameful.
Reasonable prices, great service. Self check-in was a bit confusing (the truck was hard to find/not where it was supposed to be) and the line inside was long, but overall, not a bad experience.
Recently moved here and were experiencing apartment issues. The staff here were amazingly helpful and allowed us to get a storage unit for 1 month free until we found a place to live. Staff also gave us a free padlock for the locker. Easy to get in and out with a code, also the units are kept really clean and in a controlled temperature environment. Came during a snowstorm and were able to park our truck in their garage so it was warm while we moved everything. Will use this location again if needed!

Called and asked for a simple quote to rent a truck from Denver to Colorado Springs and it turned out to be a major hassle. Basically they wanted my personal information (which EVERYONE knows not to give out to just anyone these days) before they could give me a rate. This is not a life insurance or car insurance quote I was asking for it was a “Simple” Request of an “Estimated Rate” from point A to point B. GET YOUR S*#T together U-HAUL !
The last two days I’ve had the worst experience with U-Haul off Santa Fe. Denver, CO. This is the worst run business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The GM is never anywhere to be found and the employees don’t know what they are doing. I know who the GM is and he would rather walk away from a problem than solve it. I first started talking with Anna who told me she was the only one working inside on the computers, but she was outside talking with her co workers while no one was inside working with the 10-12+ customers waiting in line for service. After about 45 minutes of waiting in line I finally got to Anna on the computer who couldn’t do anything because she did not know how to do things on the computer. By the time I was done all the customers behind me had walked out because they knew Anna did not know what she was doing, losing your company I’m assuming a lot of money. Anna did not seem properly trained to handle anything on the computers and made so many customers wait over an hour. Next, I want to talk about Catherine who is their U-Box loader/(manager). Catherine knew the day before we would be back and still neglected to do her job. Not only did she know we would be back this morning, our mutual client was at the store at 8 am and unloaded his box due to “weight restrictions” and she still did not have it loaded until 10 am. As mentioned in comments above Catherine is the most unprofessional, unproductive and unpleasant employee I have ever dealt with. Everything is on camera. If this is the kind of business/customer service and “professionals” you promote at this store.... we will never be back. This store needs serious help.

I have always had a good experience with Uhaul but this location is a disaster. They first made us change where we were picking up the vehicle to be 30 mins away from the original location, then as soon as we arrive they ask us wait while they take a customer service phone call for 20 minutes. We were going to do curbside pickup but wanted to purchase a couple items. I recommend avoiding this all together, not buying anything and doing curbside or avoiding Uhaul all together because clearly they have lost their touch.
When we arrived there were 3 customers in front of us. After the first HOUR passed, one of the people in front of us left. So, with 2 customers in front of us it took us 2 hours to get our rental. The employee seemed unstable and we did not feel confident that she safely assisted us. By the time she finished, the store (and all other stores in the area) were closed there by delaying our trip as we had to drive to another location the next morning to ensure the equipment was safely administered.
This place is horrible!!! It has been 4 months and I havent been able to make a payment or get into my storage that has ended up making me lose over $500 in sales while continuing to build up a bill with them all because of their first month free promotion which I had to pay for. Was supposed to get the second month free but I didnt. Havent been able to get into my storage unit since because Im supposedly late on the payment but havent been allowed to make a payment until they get the issue resolved. I have spent hours on the phone and have been in the store and still nothing has been resolved! Do they just want to take my merchandise or are they really that incompetent? Whatever the case is, its shady! I would not recommend storing anything of importance here or well anything at all! If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly do it! If anyone knows of a way I can start a lawsuit for my belongings please reply to this.
Rented a 10’ truck and 24 moving totes for my local move in a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse. Truck drove like a dream, but what really helped and cut down significantly on my move-time was the U-Haul moving totes. Extremely easy to handle even for my parents in their mid 60’s, and had them for a whole week!!! Only needed a few large cardboard boxes, highly recommend!
There were a few issues with the rental however the General Manager Kyle Rutherford was able to resolve my concerns in a fair manner and leave me feeling better about the overall experience. This store is well managed considering the volume of customers it deals with. Thank you Kyle for excellent customer service.
I have used this storage facility under different managers for the past 10 years. They are flexible on meeting storage needs (I had a smaller unit, moved up in size, then down, then up again). Under the current management the facility is clean and well cared for. They added automatic timers to the bay doors so that you dont have to worry about going back and forth to close the doors and you come in/out of the facility.
Good experience with my trailer rental. Price was great, trailer worked well and a wiring issue we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and helpful and got me in and out quickly picking up and dropping off.
We went to this location for work and found out one of the boxes we had to pickup was too heavy for the normal forklift. Instead of seeing if they could use the forklift they had onsite that could lift it. When I tried to suggest a solution the ubox staff members on site would not let me talk but instead insulted my intelligence and cursed at me. Employee refused service and wouldn’t even discuss a solution, instead got extremely upset and started cursing at us. I believe her name is Chanel but she is a blonde woman with glasses who is extremely disrespectful. We have had multiple issues with this store. Will be reaching out to mcp. Most unprofessional store we have dealt with by far. Most all employees lack training and customer service skills. Last words that were spoken to us was “fuck these guys”. All recorded and on video.

Ordered a U-Box to deliver from Ohio to Colorado. I get an email stating that it arrived at their facility mid-last week and they will contact me to schedule a drop off. Which is great as its a full week earlier than what they estimated the arriva would be. So I wait. And wait. And wait. And no one calls.I finally called today to find out when Im supposed to get my delivery, and they tell me they are going to deliver in on my requested drop off date. I tell them that my requested drop off date was immediately upon arrival in Colorado, and that they date they are quoting to me was THEIR last-possible-day-of-arrival-in-Colorado date. NOT a date I chose. I was told yeah, the wording is bad, weve complained to them about that before and that the automated email is supposed to say to contact the location.Ill update review depending on how the drop off goes (as I STILL do not have a delivery time), but Im not hopeful. If a company gets regular complaints on a process and STILL makes no effort to correct it for their customers, then the arent a company who will get my business in the future.
Its very clean in there but they have a lot of tweakers that stay in there all night long and have syringes I dont know what theyre doing there all night long reported it to manager hopefully it gets taken care of

Avoid U-Haul at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could.Any time I contacted uhaul regarding changing dates or access to my U-Box, the people were aggressive with trying to get me to increase the number of boxes I picked and getting me to pay for delivery. I had informed them I already got a box more than necessary, and that I need to save money and have ample time and friends to move myself. They still asked for my address three more times and tried to give me quotes that I did not want.The staff delivering and picking up the box from my house were nice, bit tried to show up a day before scheduled, saying they had the correct date. I had it entered in my calendar and signed a form saying the following date. They were happy to come the next day, but that shouldnt have happened.After shipping, I got an email saying my items arrived and I would be contacted soon on how to access it, and I was not. I ended up calling the following day because I hadnt heard anything. I was informed I could not access my items for another 24 hours, but that I would be called before my appointment to confirm (which I wasnt). So I was sitting and waiting for days, without any of my things and knowing they were fifteen minutes away and I could not access it.Thankfully when I came to unload my box, I was told I could access it until 9 pm, so it seemed like I would finish in one day. I get back just after 7 with help I had arranged to come and unload my U-Box, and my box is gone. I was misinformed on how long I could access my box, and they closed at 7. A nice woman named Shauna helped us look for the box, and told us that she would call us the following day, and would bring it to the managers attention, and bring the box down earlier. She was with us until she had been off work for half an hour, so it really felt like she cared, and the first time the company saw us as more than money. Since I have to give at least one star in this review, Ill say that star is for Shauna.She called the next day, and said I could access my box and she informed her general manager, which was great, but that she couldnt find who had spoken to me and misinformed over the hours. A little confusing since when I went into the office yesterday, a woman at the front desk said she had spoken to me earlier, so I dont know what to think.

Takes hours to rent from UHaul now days. Prepare to be on the phone or in person for hours because the reps cant get anything right. 2 rentals in 3 weeks and nothing has gone correctly, to include an overcharge because the counter employees dont know how to fix their own mistake.
Nicole was super awesome when checking us in this morning. Even though she had multiple trucks to check in, she was super nice and very helpful! I hope you get to interact with her upon your arrival to this location!
Place often seems to be under staffed. Despite wait times being somewhat long to get assistance, the staff are thorough and very helpful. The storage facility is clean and incredibly secure.

I just went in to get a quote on how much Id have to pay for a one way out of state would cost. Not only were they super easy to talk to and work with we sat down and looked at every option available. We even went out and looked at the trailers and figured out exactly which one I needed. I strongly recommend that you go there and get your truck.

Make sure to take a picture of your fuel tank before you return it. I returned the U-Haul a good amount past the required point and I was still charged 2 gallons.

I used their storage facility and their truck for moving. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The storage facility is clean and easy to access with plenty of sizing options, huge loading docks, and dollies available for carting big/heavy stuff.
I had picked up a Uhaul trailer from out of state and the lights on the trailer went last night while I was driving. Pulled the trailer in to this location to get it checked out. Xander, the general manager of this location, was great and super helpful! They have a large inventory so getting a new trailer was not a problem.

Needed a tuck to haul 50 bales of insulation for a remodel. Worked great. Email confirmation didnt have the address of where to pickup the truck, on it. Their programmers need to fix that.
Played myself; I left the odometer and fuel Gage receipt in the truck, dropped the truck off 20 minutes before the return time, was told I can leave without getting a receipt and then was exploited. I was Charged 50 miles over, a second day and an extra 1/4 tank costing an extra $220. They gave me the benefit of the doubt and refunded the quarter tank,(I didnt even try to refute the miles because I didnt keep the initial odometer reading receipt and had no poof but for some reason the guy checked again and realized they accidently charged an extra 10 miles, so thats nice😅) and they also realized they accidentally charged the second day and gave that back as well. Waiting to see if the refund is going to come through.Be smart, check the numbers thuroughly and keep your receipts. Or go somewhere else?
Xander helps us get in and out frequently and efficiently. We generally need an enclosed trailer for transporting large consumer electronics like TVs. Online check out is also convenient for after hours drop offs.
Terrible customer service here. Everyone here hates the job including the store manager John. i Witnessed John the manager try to intimidate a customer that was disputing the mileage on his rental. I am recently moved from Turkey to Denver to start a new beginning for me and my wife. We were moving from our rented place in Greenwood Village to Denver after our lease was done and so we had our things stored for a short period of time with a Ubox. My wife gets a call when we are in the car to pick up the box telling us that they “don’t have a system in place to track the boxes” and they don’t know what happened to it, where it is, or what we should do. It has been a week now and we are sitting in an empty house with no updates. We were told on the phone today that it may have been stolen and there is nothing we can do. Everything gone. Now I really have nothing, and all of my few possessions I brought with me to this country have been stolen. I am so sad.
Lance, the gentleman that assisted me, did a great job. He patiently trouble shot two of my vehicles in attempt to prepare them to pull a trailer. He checked fuses, tried to fix my trailer brakes, etc. He spent 90 minutes with my old trucks--he didnt have to do that, but I appreciated it.I read the reviews describing their staff as rude. I can see how theyd be perceived as gruff, but so what? Im not at Uhaul to make friends. Im there to move stuff. They went above and beyond to help me do it.Much obliged.
Had some issues with the taillight harness not working on our vehicle. Aaron was able to rig it to work, so we were able to hook up the trailer and go. Great service.
My lady forklift person was a very pleasant person. Knew her job well. Took the U crate off the back of the trlr with ease . Very pleasant thank you
