They were nice when I was in search of a portable concentrator. Now I have order from them its a faulty one and I called to report that its not working, the lady told me I would receive one the next day which would be June 5. Its June 15, Im on 24hr oxygen. I call and call and they keep sayin Im not answering the phone they are rude and could care less whether they get a machine out to me... I would go with someone else

First: they tried to charge us $3000.00 because we financed but after long debate sold it to us for less. Second: its not at all what they said the battery last under 3 hours on #2.. It heavier than the small 02 tanks. Third: they said if we had any problems let them know we did and they would not after 2 uses return it. We have basically trusted these people and its not worth the $2200.00 we spent so money wasted. Shop around LPT NO WAY!!! Very dissatisfied!!!!!!

This unit was a great help to us when we traveled. It performed beautifully. It ran all night and is really quiet. I would recommend it to anyone, that has to use oxygen, who wants to get out and about to get one. It is not heavy. Ours is only needed at night, but I couldnt ask for better results.

I really enjoyed talking with the young lady who helped me. She did a great job of explaining how the equipment worked and what I would need. I ordered the concentrator and she said I would have it in 2 days. I had it the next morning. It works great and they are there if you have questions or need help. With this machine i can be alive again. I do not have to luge those heavy tanks around again.. Well worth every penny i spent. A great advancement in oxygen provision. I love and need my Imogen. So tired of the green bottles that make it look like you are late for welding class. It is easy to use and comes with all the needed attachments and supports. I look forward to the day when the batteries are less heavy, but until then, I will happily shoulder my Imogen and go out into the world breathing better and well.

I first purchased a new INOGEN G3 a little over two years ago. The machine had multiple problems and the company after multiple failed attempts to fix it, decided to replace it with a used unit. A couple months ago, I was planning on going to Mexico for a couple of months so I sent my machine at my cost back for maintenance and asked them to check over the machine. They charged me for all the work, inspection and shopping costs which was around $300 total. FYI, this machine that I had spent $3,500 on and was plagued by problems in the past, was still under warranty. They returned the machine and I left the USA and the week I arrived in Mexico it broke and could not be fixed. I spent multiple days talking to the company and at first the representative said he could get me a replacement from their location in Mexico. I was hopeful but disappointed to be dealing with this AGAIN… Then they said my only option was to buy a brand new INOGEN G5 for $2500 and buy my wife a $1,000 roundtrip ticket to go get the machine in the USA. I was desperate and that’s what we did. In my desperation, I forgot to order the external battery charger ($275) and a backpack ($100) so I called them back and the company said they would give me $1 off the backpack and $25 off the external battery charger. After forcing me to spend $3500 because their customer service center screwed up my G3 machine after paid maintenance and freight, they think it’s right to offer $1 off? I have spent over $6,000.00 over the last 2-3 years with this company and dealt with multiple repairs and blunders on a new G3, this is how little they care about customers, new or old ones!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was just hung up on… I have heard from no one as they just don’t care.Beware if you have problems with your oxygen machine, you will not get support and you will just get ripped off… Do yourself a favor find a different vendor.

I love my Inogen portable concentrator. It weighs about the same and lasts about the same amount of time ( on the battery charge of the standard battery ) but, is a lot smaller. I have the G5 model with 5 different settings that are easy to change, if conditions warrant. It came with an a/c adapter as well as a d/c adapter for use in a vehicle. So, rather than carry around several extra oxygen tanks, I only need the cords to be able to extend my time at whatever activity I like to do.

I bought the SeQual Unit for my wife and she really likes it. It gives her the ability to drive around in her car with a charged battery and charge with the car adapter at the same time and not have to worry about running out of oxygen in those small cylinder tanks. It fits great in the front passenger side floor board and its really quiet. I would highly recommend it and LPT!!Lacey was Great---very courteous and patient especially with all the questions my wife and I asked her!

I bought the Inogen One G5 and three double batteries. Airlines require 1-1/2 times flight time in battery power and I travel quite a bit with my Inogen. No problem at all but you must get the batteries approved by the airline every time you travel. I have so far traveled only in the US including Hawaii. This summer I will travel to Europe. I use Oxygen 24/7 and the airlines could not be nicer. I order wheel chair at all the airports. A bit of advice: Buy the backpack for traveling. With the Inogen plus 1 or 2 batteries it gets really heavy. Also, you only need one bag to hassle with. You can’t check in at home and get your boarding passes printer out, nor check in curbside at the airport. Only at the counter and you must show your battery approval letter you received. Happy travels!!

No problems works as expected! I also own and use a Model G4. The G5 unit is quiet and not noticeable during sleep. I have the unit as a spare with higher oxygen output if required. I lead an active life style and like the portability!

I am able to play 18 holes of golf with my concentrator in a backpack carrier so I’m loving my device! Have not had the need to change the columns yet. So far it has worked perfectly! I’m not paired with an app so only get readouts on the device. Maybe I need to learn something!

I chose to order a Zen-O concentrator. Although it is on wheels and heavier than smaller ones, I ordered it because I could pulse for eight hours on two batteries. I use it for travel and at home when the power is out. Living in the foothills of California the fire danger is high most all of the summer and windy weather causes power to be turned off for two or three days. It can be charged during the day and works fine at night. We use a generator during the day. I am very pleased with the unit I purchased.

I purchased an Inogen G3 portable oxygen concentrator in Oct 2020, it is a life saver. Previously I had been carrying the portable oxygen green tanks, that had to be filled weekly by the supplier. Very tough to carry day after day. Having it plugged in to a power cord to charge while using it, is super plus, & plugging it into a car port, while in the car is wonderful . This is my first LPT Medical concentrator and its been working terrifically! Im able to go virtually any place I can walk and there is no requirement that I have to drag a canister in order to breathe. All in all using this concentrator gets me as close to conducting my affairs without help as I can imagine.

The unit is 2 years old sent it in for repair after three weeks nothing after numerous phone calls we get the unit back still not working and no help from any one! Don’t buy from LPT no no return phone calls! This has been going on sense Feb 2 they received it got it back not working got it back Feb 26 and now no won will even take a call from Customer service!!!!!! Do not buy from LPT go to Directly they have a three-year warranty.

I purchased an Inogen G4 from LPT Medical a couple of years ago and have received excellent service. They both fixed and replaced my machine and the process was very easy and fast. My only complaint is that there is no weekend service and that caused a delay in getting replacement parts when I needed them.

I am very pleased with my enogen 4. Its portability and light weight gives me the freedom to go about my everyday business with O2 and comfort. I do have a stationary O2 generator with a 50 ft hose for use at home that gives me that mobility at home.

I purchased a Respironics Simply Go machine from LPT Medical. The machine is easy to use and I am pleased with the choice of Pulse or Continuous Oxygen operation. Purchased the Inogen G4 which is great. I have had the larger Inogen G5 but this one is so much lighter and just as easy to use. Since I only need level 2 setting it works well for me but if you need higher than 3 this won’t work for you. Only draw back is that it seems the battery drains quicker than when I had the larger unit. LPT was very helpful and when I had an issue with my unit they replaced it with no problem.

The unit is performing well. Ive had it for a couple of years now. Only a couple of minor complaints. 1. The unit is a bit louder than I would like, and since its ON most of the day, its annoying. Any way to buffer the noise would be a help in a newer design. 2. The humidifier tank location makes it a little unhandy to refill. Since its located in a pocket of the housing, its a bit difficult for a senior to get a grip on the tank to unscrew it and then re-install it with water in it.

I found the same price with an extra battery, and the company matched what the other company offered. When the unit was too noisy, Sarah sent another to me, and I sent the first one back. I use stationary oxygen at home. In addition, I have owned an InogenOne portable oxygen for three years. I have the larger battery, which is an upgrade, which is perfect for trips. I plan to purchase the smaller battery (half the weight) which I will use when out part-day shopping, appointments, etc,

In the beginning it was a very nice experience but then it changed. The product itself is working fine. The alarm keeps going off though saying no breath detected but the breathing is fine. It is also a pulse instead of continuous flow which is what I thought I was getting. The financing situation is totally different. I was told that no matter how long the product was financed for, if I paid it off within the first year I would not have to pay any interest. I made a large first payment due January 8, 2021 and was then notified by the finance company, UCFS, that I either had to refinance the note or pay off balance by February 8, 2021! No matter what I said about that LPT Medical told me I could pay it off within the first year without paying interest fell on deaf ears! UCFS said the contract had no clause in it for paying off early. When I contacted the person I dealt with at LPT Medical in order to buy this product, I have never received a response. The finance company then proceeded to charge me $83.00 for one month interest charges!

I am on 2L continuous oxygen, when I use the batteries they only last about 20 minutes each. This is unacceptable. I called to let LPT know and was told that since I have a lifetime warranty they would send out a replacement. This was 5 January 2021. I still have not received the replacement. I also asked for a statement from them as to why they are not connected to Medicare. I have been denied reimbursement twice because I did not receive confirmation I am not pleased.

In January of 2021 I was told by my pulmonologist that I needed to be on oxygen 24/7. I went through the normal avenues provided by my insurance company and had oxygen tanks delivered to my home. I was given a oxygen concentrator and a assortment of tanks on a rental agreement. The first thing I noticed was that the so called portable tanks were very hard to deal with. I wanted to rent a portable concentrator but because of Covid they were not available I decided that if I was to be mobile that I needed to purchase one regardless . I contacted LPT and was connected to Hanna in Englewood. This turned out to be the best move I could have done. I purchased a InogenONE G5. This unit has made my day. I am as mobile as I was before the need to be on oxygen. I can charge it in my car when I travel and when I reach my destination the battery is at 100%. If being mobile is important to anyone you should definitely consider one of these units. I highly recommend dealing with Hanna a true professional.

Fortunately I havent had to use it much since I only sleep under oxygen and I havent been able to travel. It has worked good and I highly recommend it.

This was the second Inogen I have ordered from LPT Medical . One was the home unit that is small enough to take in are R V and was quiet enough we could sleep with ease. And the second one was a Inogen One portable G5 and they both work great. They made the ordering very easy and were shipped on time.

I bought and oxygen concentrator from this company as soon as I received it I had problems wanted to send it back. They wanted to keep A large amount of the cash I paid for it. I said no it’s still brand new. The only thing you would do let’s exchange it for another one which I did and had the same problems but under the circumstances I had to keep it or lose all this money. So I kept it have had nothing but problems and I hate it. I wasted $2300 on an inogen 5 that makes to much noise and doesn’t work well. I’m on Medicare and I don’t have money to throw away. I have two machines an oxygen concentrator and a portable oxygen concentrator and had good experience with both machines. Yes the concentrator make noise but they are not half as noisy as the Aphria company’s are. Had them for four years and I could not sleep with it in same room. Put it in closet and partially closed the door. Thank you LPT.
