Great company! We live in Fountain FL & have horrible water! Received a water testing kit in the mail, within 3 days of sending it back, had a call, the next day Cody come out & explained everything, tested our water, & got everything set up for us to get it installed the next day!! We have been nothing but satisfied!!! The guys that put the system in were also great! Recently another big company in Panama City told us, they could no help us due to our problematic water! We love RainSoft of the Wiregrass! Would refer everyone I know too them! They do not disappoint! If you have bad water, give them a call, you will not be disappointed!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! From start to finish a class act. Every one was so professional and ON TIME! We installed the Ultraviolet Light on Well Pump, Rain Soft Water Softener, the Reverse Osmosis system for the kitchen and the Clean Start Laundry system...everything is working just like it should and our family feels one step closer to good health and helping the environment.

Had an appointment and the guy was great. Very kind and helpful. The water test was very knowledgeable and showed we needed to change our water. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great water system. George was grate at showing and explaining everything they offer. The installation team was very knowledgeable and very respectful of me and my property. Mike took his time to make sure my wife and I understood the paper work and answered any questions we had.

RainSoft of the Wiregrass is a great company ran by great people. They provide all tools necessary to make sure you are knowledgable about all products, all costs, and all maintenance. The staff does an impeccable job to make sure customers feel they are not only just a customer, but apart of a family outside of their own. I would recommend this company to anybody that is remotely interested in purchasing a water filtration system. You wont regret it!

First of all, I want to brag on the installers of our water soft system. Phillip and Todd. They were great. As for our system, we love it. We have a two year old and we want him to have the safest water possible. We have Cottonwood water and it is terrible. The difference Rain Soft has made is unbelievable. We also thank God for being blessed with good water.

They gave us the red carpet treatment when they wanted to sell us something, but when it came to the after-care, they were impossible to get up with, and absolutely refused to call us back. That is not how you treat your customers.They didnt tell us about all the costs of maintenance, even after we specifically asked for all the details. However, there are quite a bit.-Brine flush-Salt-Filters-Possible other costs (I havent found them yet)They didnt caution us that the softener would kill our grass. It does. Its salt.. They did tell us that we could hook it into our sprinklers because it would keep the chlorine off our lawn and flowers. HOWEVER, when the techs got here to install it, they said they didnt want to hook it to the sprinklers because it would cause problems, like pressure issues. Not that it would kill our grass. Because it does. Its salt... I literally cannot water my house plants without buying bottled water...Needless to say, I wont be referring them to anyone.Update: July 31 2019 - They (management) were supposed to call me this morning, but I still havent heard from them. Again, they do not care about your business.You can get a less expensive system from just about anywhere else for a fraction of the price. I should have done more research.

Love my Reverse osmosis system and my Cleanstart!With how bad the city water is here in Enterprise, I dont know how anyone can drink this stuff without it being filtered.

You could smell a chlorine smell from our water until Rainsoft showed up and installed their equipment in our house. I have never had water this good before. Top notch people and top notch service!

They sent me a card that appeared to be related to Amazon to answer a couple of question about my Amazon purchases and I would get a $25.00Amazon gift card. So I did and they called me wanting to get water filter salesperson into my home I declined and no gift card for me.If thats not fraud its at least deceitful and a perfect example of the things that are wrong into todays world.

Typical bait and switch water filter shenanigans coupled with a phishing scam.Sends a card promising a $25 gift card; Conditions Apply, but no info or clue what the conditions are. The card asks for my name, address, phone, e-mail AND my signature. That is about all they need for ID theft. I find that troubling.From reading other reviews, I am guessing I need to buy a water filter system – and/or - submit myself to a sales pitch and subsequent follow phone calls from this outfit and whoever they sell my info to. I would never trust a business that engages in this sort of misleading practice.

Do not buy from this Dealer, the catch is to write good reviews for some type of deal. I brought the whole system, they said it would not leave water spots after washing my vehicle, it got worse, then the said get the soap package to wash it with the vehicle, I did that, and still soap spots, then Michael said just fill up buckets of water from my RO the Reverse Osmosis and throw on it. Im like really, that would take forever.My head housing on the EC4 system was loose for a long time in which when he came out to replace the back fitting for Shark Bites fittings, they didnt seem to tighten it up. Those Shark Bite fittings are not good for use in which they would leak faster than the original fithings he had on there in the first plase, you tube the fittings its not worth for him to change them out.He also did not install the residue filter in the second tank of the EC4 system which can cause residue back up into your. He became rude to me when trying to get him to do what he promised, and saying he owns Rainsoft, therefore flexing his ego and being rude. I explained he dont own Rainsoft, hes just a dealer. When I moved he sent some guys to uninstall it, they was trying to rush it and throw my existing piping up messy, I always had to monitor them and request them to do my stuff right!During the uninstall of the Air master system, they just put foil tape over the big cut out area where the system was rather than cutting out a piece of aluminum sheet metal to place over the hole and then tape like they told me when I asked if I move what would you do to this hole in the A/C duct. I brought this up to him, at first he ignored my attempts to reach him, and then he texted that he would be in my area that day and never showed up, at this point Im not surprised anymore. During the move my new Rainsoft installer called Michael to ask him a few questions on some piping, Michael hung up the phone in his own Colleague face, I bet he might try to use an excuse that he lost reception, well he never returned the call. I feel that my new installer from Rainsoft got disappointed in this, so this guy done a very very awesome job and exposing where Michael Rainsoft had did a sloppy ass job my system and rude customer service to begin with.Warning once he get your money thats it, and his work isnt top notch. If you are Military please save your money, advice from this Military Combat Veteran. I could go on about this, and had a bunch more details, such as not putting topsoil on the areasame where he excuvated the ground where he had done some plumbing work. My eyes have saw this and experience it from two different Rainsoft Dealer and I must say it a huge Difference!
