The furniture we bought 2 years ago, well the recliner has 2 holes where you sit and the cushion on loveseat is messed up. No reason it should be messed up. We also bought a push mower that is now on our garage useless. The manager of the store Dale even came to the house and said its all about the gas you put on it but no it isnt. Paying for something we cant use. We also bought a tv stand with fireplace. It quit working within a couple of months. Beware do business elsewhere

This is a great place to establish credit. They have in house financing so it is easy to get started rebuilding credit.

As soon as we walked through the door, Elbert, a sales clerk, met us immediately. He talked us through whatever we needed, was very polite and attentive, and had great manners. He quickly got us what we needed and we had our perfect couch in no time. 10/10 recommend and highly recommend Elbert himself!

Found this very simple and easy fashioned place, but as they scheduled a time they went 3 hours after.

Elbert was our sales person, he was the best. He walked us through all of the TVs, explained to my husband 100 times what each TV did. He had a lot of patience and was very nice. I will use him as my sales person every time I shop there.

Easy credit and reasonable payments. Watch out for those rent a center, those guys rip you off. Farmers Furniture have a 12 month payment program with no interest and will even give you 24 months of payments on the same program, you just have to make sure you double up your payments if you want the interest free loan.

I was looking around at all the furniture and a young man came up to me and introduced his self and asked if I needed any help with anything. His name is Mr. Elbert at the Enterprise Alabama store. I told him that I was just looking around for right now but I would probably come back later and have him to help me again. He was very polite even though I didnt buy anything. Thank you Mr. Elbert for giving me your time to help me.

The sales woman was nice enough and the warehouse manager/ delivery guy was amazing.HOWEVER, I paid $59 to have my furniture delivered and had to help move it into my house because the second delivery guy couldnt get on base because he had a criminal record.On top of that, I was supposed to get my furniture on Saturday and didnt get it until Monday.When I called to speak to the manager, who was well informed a week before delivery that my husband would be away for military travels, someone took a message for her and she never bothered to call back.They had a week to arrange to get furniture to me with two able bodied delivery men but instead wanted to ignore the problem thinking it would go away. Im sure she assumes that since I got my furniture there is no need to address their lack of respect for a paying customer.We are not picky people but when we spend $2500 on furniture, we expect to be treated like customers and get what we paid for. We should have just rented a U-Haul and moved it our own selves.Thank you to the warehouse manager for working with me and getting furniture into my house so my daughter and I didnt have to sit on the floor. Its because of him that I am even bothering with 2 stars.

I dont want to be unfair to Farmers Furniture (Warehouse Home Furnishings)-I have used them in the past in another location and had no problems. Also the sales people I encountered here were friendly and this is not a reflection on them, as they were just telling me what the manager said...but the truth is they really let me down. I had found the perfect couch & loveseat for my Dad (he had tested it out and loved it), but when I went to buy it (for $2000), they said they could/would not be able to dispose of my folks existing furniture. On top of that, they also added a bunch of service fees and extra charges to the final price, which irritated me even further.In the end I went with another furniture company, less than a mile away. Not only did they have virtually the same couch and loveseat for considerably less ($300), they also had absolutely no problem helping my folks to dispose of their old furniture. That is the kind of customer service I expected from Farmers Furniture, but since I didnt get it, they didnt get my business either.
