Needed an alternator on my RV. Called the office in Dothan AL and they sent Dustin out a few hours later. Diagnosed and had the problem fixed so I could get on the road that next day. Absolutely the BEST customer care from beginning to end. Thank you.

We called for a tow and service on our truck and trailer. They towed us to a safe location and took us to a motel for the night. They were not able to work on the truck themselves, but put us in contact with a repair person who was able to get us back on the road.Then they called multiple times throughout the day to make sure we were getting taken care of and back on the road.Thank you for great service.

They were very prompt in their response to my request for a car tow service. Only towed it from my house to a local dealership (3.2 miles) but, all went well and in a timely manner. I keep their number in all my cars and of course in my phone. I highly suggest others save their number to their phones, as you never know when your car won’t start. I recently learned about ALL there other available services they currently offer. I will definitely call them in future for my mechanical and vehicle maintenance needs! Called previous day at 7:23 pm to arrange a tow for 11:00 today. Called at 11:00 to see where the tow truck was and was told it would be another 45 minutes. When I asked well then why call ahead and put something on the scheduled for a time if that doesn’t do any good. The lady responded with “well sir, other tows are called in the mornings”…. And the negates the fact that I called first… yesterday?!…. How bout umm go pick the other cars up after you meet your scheduled appointment?! If you know you have an appointment to pick one up, then don’t go get another one just to keep another customer waiting when they called first! Secondly, if you know it’s going to take more time to pick up or vehicle so that you can’t make the scheduled time, then you get it last. Very frustrated that I planned accordingly and your mismanagement of resources puts me sitting out of work for yet another whole hour. How bout now I charge your for the time you took from me? Time is money, as you know, which is why you went to the other vehicle first. Chose money over doing the right thing. I could have stayed at work a whole hour longer instead of having my team cover for me and burden them with more work load. So, what are you going to do to make it right?!…truck showed up 55 minutes later than scheduled.

Great guys that do professional work and service

I cannot sing enough praises for this company. Our experience was Outstanding! He was very kind. I realize that this is his job and he gets paid, but he really could have made an excuse not to tow us home as it was late and an hours drive into another state. So many people these days do not want to work let alone go above and beyond or even pretend to be cheerful. We would definitely recommend this company based on our experience.Thanks again for everything.

I got there to pick my car up, and I paid the lady the money. I was told it was on the hill. When I got to where they said it was, I couldnt find it. When I finally found it, it was on the back side of the lot, blocked in by 2 or 3 cars. I was informed that the owner probably came up this weekend and moved some vehicles around. Then she saidI dont know why bc you cant pick it up on the weekends. I had to wait over an hour for them to find somebody to come move the other vehicles so I could get my car! And to top it off, I was told that all the tow trucks were broke down however, when another driver got here, he went and used one the broke down tow trucks to move the other vehicles!!!!!! When they finally got my car unblocked, 2 of their drivers were very unprofessional and down right rude. They pointed at me and said this is so ridiculous***Definitely would not recommend this place!!***

This is a Great towing company. The driver kept me posted every 15 minutes as to his estimated time of arrival, since his last tow call was a a distance from my location. Preston, the tow driver was very professional, courteous, and fast in hooking up my car. Wonderful job, super company!

Wouldnt let me put less than 1 star. .. the company is very shady my motorcycle was towed and magically broke the right handle bar and apparently thing go missing over night toke my ram mount off my bike and they dont know what happen asked to talk to owner several time been 2 day no word had to wait a whole day to hear from them i ended up having to contact then after mike told ne kevin would call me after looking at damage and 2 days in and still no word for kevin

The staff was super helpful and reasonable. They helped me out when I was in a pinch, if I have any towing that needs to be done I will certainly use them again.

We have used Goodyear Auto Towing on multiple occasions over the years. I actually carry their business card in my wallet and have called them BEFORE calling my auto insurance for roadside assist to give them a heads-up. They are one of the local companies USAA uses for their clients needing help. Good response times and service. Our go-to guys (and gal).

Goodyear towing is outrageously expensive! They towed my Mitsubishi eclipse from my home in Daleville to One Shot automotive, a 13 mile trip for 182.40! Not a typo, $182.40. I almost had a stroke! Local average on the high side would be 75.00 Hook up and then per mile charge for anything over 10 miles. The driver was professional and got car from point a to point b. Wow!! Still in shock. Driver said Id get a discount because it was going to One Shot. If thats the discount Id sure hate to kbow it

A representative was very quick in responding and made rescheduling a tow very quick and painless. Jason V., our designated tow truck driver was very prompt, friendly, and professional in loading my vehicle for its 2 hour journey to the dealership. While passing through Enterprise, the breaking system on our Motor Home malfunctioned. My husband contacted Good Year towing about a service truck and possible tow. They were extremely busy and their big rig tow truck was out on a big semi roll over, but advised us they would do their best to get someone out . They also suggested another local RV Repair shop we might try. Nice, curtious people.

The wrecker came and took our car that was totaled. Operator was very nice, and all the staff was extremely friendly when we came to collect our belongings. I hope to never have to use their service again, but if I have to these are the people Im going to call.

Broke down on a Friday night outside of Troy, AL. After about an hour fighting with Allstate Roadside service, they finally contacted GoodYear. They were there faster than promised, dropped the SUV at a repair garage and took us to a good motel. They went way above and beyond. Deserves more stars than 5. Got SUV fixed the next day and back on the road. Cant thank them enough.

Superior service

I have always recieved good prompt service from Goodyear. The drivers are very skilled at what they do I would reccomend them for all your towing needs.

Great company, but their drivers are not 100%. I waited an hour and a half for a driver that never went out for a job he accepted.The driver I finally got (Austin) was good, though his truck needed work.

The other day I was flicked off by one of their flatbed drivers for no apparent reason now I’ve never used Goodyear Towing before though I’ve never been in the need of a tow truck but if their “towing services” are anyhow reflective on their drivers public decency then they’ll never receive a call from me and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am very very impressed with Jason. He was a life saver for me. I had been sitting in one spot for 6 hours and 2 tow companies later. God sent me an angel. Thank you Goodyear for such a great young man.

Mike has towed for us 2 times now this month and is super helpful and professional and even let my kids help with some of the levers, they havent stopped talking about it.

So, I was having car trouble while on the job which lead up to calling GoodYear Towing Service through my car insurance company RoadSideAssistance(RSA)Jason, a guy I remember from an old body shop, came on time, picked me up and got me to the place I needed to go which felt like minutes. After talking with him, he knew some of the same people I knew from my hometown and the rest was history! Just had to bring us gas,but young man was very nice that brought it. Would use them again, hopefully not for gas.

Would definitely recommend. Two excellent experiences with these folks. Today I had Jason for a lock-out from my truck. We have a medium-duty Freightliner and the people roadside assistance sent couldnt get in. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly, competent. Could not have been nicer to work with. Price was reasonable and similar to what I was quoted on the phone. Also had a previous positive experience. Our 20,000 lb fifth wheel was hooked up to the Freightliner and we got stuck in the mud. Once again a friendly, knowledgeable, competent technician got the job done for us at a decent price. (Sorry I forgot his name. Maybe Brian?) Will call these guys if other issues arise. Especially since not everyone is able to work on these bigger trucks. Thanks guys!

Was charged $130 for the towing PLUS a $50 fuel charge that was written in under different ink than origional paperwork and my vehicle was only towed 10 miles. Thats almost half a tank of fuel with diesel this cheap. Shady towing and WILL spread the word on ripping people off.

Our F-350 DWD needed a tow and Progressive sent Bennie from Kevin Goodyear. Wonderful experience. Bennie is very knowledgeable and friendly. He loaded the insanely heavy pick-up with ease as I sat there nervous that something was going to go wrong. He was very quick to explain the process. We have a 44 ft toyhauler that we were getting ready to hook up when the pick-up died. We were happy that it died before we were hooked up and at the racetrack in the middle of no-where. Bennie said that he has towed a pick-up/camper combo that was also pulling a motorcycle trailer. He said that it wouldnt be an issue if it happened and explained to us how it could be done for our knowledge in the future. Very nice guy and extremely helpful!

They were Generally very helpful. But for a 0.5 mile tow from a muddy road (CR-145 in Jack AL) I think the $ 1,343 was abit too high. But what could I do? It took about 5 hrs. Lesson: Truckers, dont turn into any road at night. GPS issues are common in these southern areas of AL. Be sure youll get stuck on a muddy dirt road, especially in rainy seasons.
