The people were nice but the tattoo they did on my husband looked ok but kinda like they took it out of a coloring book and didnt pay attention when my husband said he wanted specific detail for one part of his tattoo....and this is a man who comes from a family of artists

I had to wait 3 weeks to get in but it was well worth it, because I know if a tattoo artist is booked up like that, he does good work. My appointment was at 1:30 p.m., we got started around 1:45 p.m. We had a blast the whole time, then by 3:45 or 4:00 he was done. And to add to my sideshow experience, while I was getting my tattoo done I got to watch a mother and daughter get their first matching tattoos. Shaun Glover is for sure my only tattoo artist from now on, BET. #LOVEDIT

Got a tongue piercing here, the process itself was all good... super quick, relatively painless. Though my piercer didnt know how long it would take to bleed out from an arterial wound and let me know that you know I did it right because if I hadnt youd have died in 2 seconds. Very comforting dear.... also I ended up with a pretty bad infection and after all the swelling had gone down and I took out the bar, I had a very experienced piercer take a look- turns out that whole I cant stick my tongue out of my mouth thing wasnt from swelling but improper placement... loved the experience honestly... but what came out of it could have been better. Now Im down a good amount of cash, with no piercing to show for it, and a funny story.

I love this establishment. They made me feel really comfortable when I was nervous. I have 4 piercings, but only one was done here. The piercing done here was the easiest one to take care of because they wore gloves and my jewelry wasn’t picked out of the case... My others got infected or were placed wrong due to that shops unsanitary practices (not wearing gloves or not cleaning the jewelry properly).. I 10/10 recommend this place for great and sanitary service! I took my step mom and sister here and they loved it! I got my first tattoo and my artist made sure I was comfortable with his drawing, and talked to me the entire time he worked on my thigh. I can’t wait to go back and get another one! I recommend coming here; the artists and piercers are amazing and talented!

Sideshow by far is the best place to get your tattoos or piercings done. Shaun is a great artist and a great family man. He has done all my work for the last 4 years and I will never go to any other shop as long as he is around.

I got my eyebrow piercing here and I kept some swelling into the 2nd week I called back and they told me to come let them check it out they were not rude about or anything and the lady that does the piercing checked it out actually asked me why didnt I come before I did she changed my jewelry for me with no problems and its starting to look better I will most definitely be back, Everyone that works here is friendly makes your wait better

Friendly professional staff that are great at what they do and fair pricing.

Had to wait for over an hour for the piercer to arrive after opening. Staff was sweet. Not very well organized, kind of too lax, and did not have masks. Sterile rooms but disorganized, probably not the safest place to get piercings and tattoos done. Slightly careless attitude towards customers. Granted its the only piercing place atm.

I’ve wanted to get a particular piercing for several years and not all shops will do it. My normal tattoo place doesn’t (plus I’ve known them so long that it would feel like my brother or uncle piercing me in a very private area and I’m just not comfortable with that) so I went looking for places in a 50 mile radius that did this piercing. I called many places and the only one that said they did was this place but it wasn’t the best phone call. The gentleman that answered the phone said that they did do that piercing and I asked what the price was I was told that he did not touch that area of the body male or female for less than $100. Before I could ask if I needed an appointment he went on and said if I wanted it done for the weekend I needed to get there before 9. I think what took me aback about the whole thing was that this person sounded so bored and disinterested until I asked the price and then his voice turned to slight disgust when he said what he said. I try not to judge. Maybe he had a bunch of calls from people complaining about the price of something or tried to get the price down. I’ve seen this happen in shops personally. But for me personally it was the reason I didn’t go in and get it done. It’s a pretty sensitive area and A lot of damage can be done if it isn’t done right. Since this seems to be the only place in my immediate area that does this piercing I’m sure they have done a good amount of them but just how he reacted to my question was enough for me to think maybe this wasn’t the place for me to get it done at. I always research and like to make sure I’m prepared before getting something done and this wasn’t the first place I called that day. I had just left work so my customer service voice was still turned on full so I wasn’t rude or pushy, just asking if 1) it was done there and 2) the cost. All that was needed in the situation is a yes we do that piercing and it costs this much. I’m not some young kid (I’m in my mid 30’s) so I honestly don’t think this review will do much other than allow me to speak my mind on the situation, but maybe someone from the shop will read it and just be aware. The shop has some really great reviews so I’m sure they do fantastic work.

Artists are amazing always super nice

I went in and got my septum and tragus done. They did a great job and they were able to center my septum in the right spot. They also went through the extra trouble of sanitizing the jewelry I brought in, that turned out to be really small. I am thankful to all the effort they put in and to their reasonable pricing. Will try to get the rest of my piercings there as well. Would highly recommend.
