So as always we love to go to a Publix if they have one in town where we are at. As always they do not disappoint. First off the men behind the meat counter was amazing. I was looking for a certain cut and they took the time to go in the back and get what we needed. If not they said they would cut it for us. We also stopped at the deli section and right away we’re greeted even know that they were busy, the fruits looked fresh and the desserts were great as always we took home a small little cheesecake . They had a huge wine selection just like most and the people that worked there were friendly as always.

Great selection, great quality. Publix has a great bakery in the store. Many different kinds of bread and many kinds of cakes, muffins and specialty items. The Key Lime pie is exceptional! The produce and fruits are wonderful and the meat selection is first class.

I do love the variety of different products available for selection there. I just wish they had more cannoli available!! Lol

Good selection, especially produce. However, I bought ground beef there today. The package was fresh beef surrounding some older beef in the middle. It wasnt a big portion of it, but definitely enough to see.

Training employees how to properly work the machines that print labels on seafood would be highly recommended. I waited for over 20 minutes to get some seafood which I still don’t have because no one could replace the ribbon in the machine. I finally left with no seafood so my other food wouldn’t go bad. After asking to speak to a manager at the register a woman came over and was less than helpful and actually quite rude. Now with all that being said the younger gentleman that checked me out was nice and courteous.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find and definitely enjoy the fresh seafood from the seafood section. Huge selection of beer and anything else that you can think of for grocery needs.

Their a little pricey but its worth it for the experience...everyone speaks and ready to help at a moments notice. Its clean well organized and smells like a sunny day. However, there is a older lady that works back in the seafood area that is not very friendly...its like your bothering her when you ask for something but shes funny so they still get 5 🌟

Went to the Publix deli today in Enterprise, Alabama. I was so impressed with the level of service. Ashley was helping someone in a wheelchair and brought the guys package around the counter to him and placed it in his basket. Then she offered to help him with the rest of his shopping. Earnest and Destiny made our sandwiches, which are amazing! But Earnest, who saw me waiting my turn, stopped what he was doing to help me. Amazing service!

Great place to shop for groceries and get your perceptions filled & they have a drive thru on the back side of the building & you can add the app to check on your perceptions or call & check when to pick it up. Try it youll find it very handy.

Service at the food counter can be a little slow sometimes but i cant blame them. The employees seem pretty busy helping others or keeping the pre cooked grab and go shelf stocked, and when thats not the problem they seem short staffed which isnt uncommon these days unfortunately.

That Aiden guy is really helpful and puts the customer first. Helped me find what I needed fast.

I love it here because they have really good meat (I like to get organic and humane options), great produce, and so many more great items you cant find anywhere else in town! They have awesome sales and I take full advantage! I love to use the Publix app, clip my coupons, and pay with the app.. its so easy.

Very nice grocery store. Clean, well stocked and good variety. Staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thats how you do it Publix. Ill be back.

All Publix are pretty good and a bit pricey but the one in Enterprise is very nice. Best supermarket in town.

No grocery store has better customer service. While $50 will buy more stuff at Walmart, youll hate yourself for enduring such a visit. Publix had plenty of sales and better stuff to compete on value. But overall we just prefer shopping at Publix. Even their store Brands are better. Have you tried their key lime pie or store brand ice cream? Do yourself the favor--hula hula macadamia!

This rating is strictly for most of the women that work in the bakery. They despise their jobs, and it shows via their customer service. I recently moved here from south Florida, and I was under the impression that people in smaller towns were supposed to be more friendly. They make the people in south Florida look like Care Bears. To the women in the bakery, if you can’t have a good day, don’t ruin everyone else’s.

Wish I could give higher review but the pharmacy is not good. They were very rude to me and not willing to help solve my problem. The groceries are good and always in stock and cashiers are kind (most of the time).

They are the best supermarket around. They always have every thing your looking for, very clean, genuinely polite. Just wish they werent so expensive so I could shop there for all my shopping grocery needs.

Last week I was third in line for a sub sandwich. One Sandwich maker was doing online orders, and an evidently new guy, was doing in store sandwiches. Over 30 minutes later, Finally got the sandwich my spouse had asked for.....Three people left the line and were upset they left without their sandwiches...Then today, we went for another sandwich, service was great, but nothing was done when I told them there was a FLY trapped in the bread container.... Uh, no....

Produce is the absolute best anywhere in enterprise,hands down,but everything else is a bit on the pricey side.

Me and my husband went in today to receive our Covid vaccines and the pharmacist giving us the shot was so rude to me and my husband. He said we were the reason Covid was happening and he had to double mask because of us not wearing one. He was snatching the paperwork and was so mad. We will never go back. 8-17-21 at 4:45 pm and didn’t get his name, but he looks around 50 years old and short with grey hair. This guy is a poor representative of your company.

It is Publix, so they automatically earn a high rating, However, they were not up the Publix standards. They had A LOT of empty shelves. We wanted for 5 mins at the bakery before we were waited on. There was a cake decorator up front, but she DID NOT even acknowledge us. Instead, after about the initial 5 mins, she walked into the back and yelled for help out front. A young man named Cole came out and assisted us. He was pleasant, but he seemed awkward.While we were waiting we perused the pre-decorated cake selection. Sad to say; if you need a pre decorated specialty cake we found at least three that were ugly the frostings were uneven, the decorations look like they were THROWN on the cakes and one cake had a patch job done on the frosting.We had a wonderful check-out experience with Maya. She was extremely pleasant and respectful. I ended up back in her line a second time. There was a 10-15 min gap between my going thru her line, but she immediately remembered my face and was just as pleasant on the second visit.The selection in the flower dept. Had been neglected. Lots of the bouquets were turning brown and/or needed some tlc or to be thrown away.Overall a lovely store. It beats the alternative in town.

Publix made the large sheet cake for the Sr Band Banquet. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious. Moist and icing was perfect! I would recommend Publix for any of my bakery or deli needs!

Got my Angel cake there the grandson and their friends love it when i mix whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

I get my medicine here so I went to pick it up and got a few items. I got everything at the pharmacy and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The girl was very pleasant.

I love our Publix. It used to have everything I needed, but since Covid, I do have to go to other grocery stores to complete my shopping list.Understandable. My only complaint is there are never any Rotissere chickens available at dinner time. Gone up to get one for dinner the past 2 Fridays at 4:45 empty cooker! I hope they are able to correct this soon! Please!🙂

Nice clean friendly place but they over cook your seafood

Unlike some places like walmart, I leave here happier and not upset. Yes it cost more but it is well worth it. There customer service is out standing! Where Wal-Mart they wont help and even the GM stands in the middle of the ales blocking you from shopping. Where Publix if you are standing looking for something they will come up and help you. They even have people in the meat department. They also have prices under the products. They also have a lot of good bogo every week. There hot bar is really good! There fried chicken and rostered chicken dinners are really good deals for quick meals. Cheaper then the fast food places. Even the publix brand is as good as the name brands.

Really like the variety they carry. I can always find what I am looking for and everyone is very helpful.

I chose this pharmacy for convenience as they have a drive through. However, the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips due to staff error is a problem. “We’re busy” is a sad excuse instead of an “I’m sorry, how can we make this right?”

I cannot express how amazing my experience was at this location. Every employee was so kind and helpful but I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy. I needed three very pricey prescriptions and I price shopped and found Publix was the cheapest, however one was still out of my comfortable price range but I still needed it. The technician told me the price and I was prepared to pay that. I come back thru and a new technician Deanna said I was able to find you another coupon which brought the super pricey medicine down even more!!!! I’m in tears now writing how thankful I am for Deanna and the whole pharmacy. Thank you to her and everyone at the Enterprise store, I will forever be grateful for your amazing attention to detail and your kindness!!!!

Publix usually has a friendly staff and they do have better foods than Walmart. I just wish they were as affordable as Walmart.

Publix is always a good experience. Each person working for them seems to want to be there, and wants to help you. Ask where something is and they dont tell you, they walk you to the spot and point it out.

People here are always nice. They will even ask to take your groceries to your vehicle after bagging. Always super clean, and almost never a buggy ik n the parking lot. The difference between them and Walmart is like shopping 1st class and shopping in the ghetto at Walmart. The manager Reed at Walmart makes it even worse...

I thought Walmart was bad Publix is not any better I tried to fill My granddaughter WIC The signs they have up are not correct If they have any up at all. When you get The items that is in front of the signs They tell you it is not WIC approved, and if I use the pamphlet WIC give they tell you that it has changed and you cant get whats on the list. I use to brag about them now I wish there was a Winn- Dixie in Enterprise, Al.
