They told my daughter she was hired. Got her hopes up. She did the interview and they again told her she had the job and would start soon. Finally she 23nt back up there and they said all positions have been filled!! Liars!! Ive spent soooo much money at games top but now, me all of my friends and family - which is alot of folks- are going to boycott the store. Anyone else thatll listen Im gona try an turn them against the store too by telling them about the liar that owns it. Do NOT waste your time or money at game stop. Social media is gona hear Bout it too

Spent about 100$ on two used controllers bought warrants as well so a little more expensive but I opened to use the first one instantly had stick drift so I go to use the second one and the bottom of the left analog stick got ate by a dog or something and doesnt connect to my ps4. Do the controllers get checked or nah? But 3 stars cause the guy working was cool and quick

I like The layout and the employees do their job only issues I found were most items on the Build a PC section were Low End Parts that barely qualify for gaming Parts with all these new High End Games coming out battlefield 2042 etc.

I love the fact that they still sell vintage games online. There are a few specific games that are only on a certain console that I really wanted and they had them for a reasonable price. The first order came in and wouldnt read. I went to the store for an exchange. They gave me upgraded next day shipping at no additional charge and had me happy walking out of the door. I got it the next day and it played fine. Im thrilled.

Although I have generally received decent products from GameStop in the past; Recently I ordered a refurbished Xbox One with controller. The Xbox works great but the controller was defective and I was unable to use it. Over 2 weeks after contacting GameStop they still have not replied or offered any type of assistance. Tried contacting a few stores and they said they cannot help me. Thanks for taking my money and forgetting about me! You’re on the verge of losing a customer and his family if you don’t step things up.

Dying and lacking the inventory and selection needed to attract purchases other then the General video games and their prices are still more than acceptable

Game stop is a good place to buy games for almost all game consoles. They have a big variety of games. Their employees seems very knowledgeable when you have a game question.

Found it to be over priced. The $59.95 game there was on Amazon for $23.95. My 11 yearned said he could wait two days to get it. Then they want you to get game stop discount card(you purchase) then get discount. They management calls it the circle of life. Very disappointed with them. Will stick with Amazon and Wal-Mart.The employees are great always helpful and go the extra mile.

When you state a preorder sale starts at a certain time thats when tickets should be handed out. Not 45 minutes before sale!!!

If your want to trade stuff in dont go to game stop youll get less than what the item is worth and then they will up scale the price when they sell it back and they would give some bs excuse on how they have to pay the employee. I stopped by last minute tonight about 10 till 9 to grab a wireless headset with mic to connect to my PC. The guy that assisted me assured me that the Turtle Beach X32s would work with my PC.I get home and starting setting them up only to find that I need an additional wire that was not included for them to work properly. This wire would also make them WIRED as they would have to plug directly into the PC and not work with the wifi connector. The sole purpose of my buying the headset tonight (and he knew about it) was so they would be WIRELESS and have a chat option. I can connect with wireless to PC and not have mic or be wired and have both. Either way its only with the purchase of an additional wire that is bought separately. I would have spend the extra $30 or so to get something I could just plug in rather than being rushed by a sales associate that was trying to get me to purchase quickly so he could get home. And not to mention he punched in the code to the safe while customers were in the store.. pretty sure that is against store policy...
