I enjoyed my first visit. They kept paperwork to a minimum. Everyone hates filling out those stupid forms that no one uses. The front desk was great and everyone else friendly and professional. Dr. Lewis took his time and explained everything he did. In laymans terms. I highly recommend.

As a family of 7, 5 of us need glasses. We always choose eye care associates for my large family needs. They bend over backwards to make things easy for us by having appointments scheduled close together and streamlined process for choice of glasses, lenses, and payments. Doing anything with a large family can be a time-consuming task but not here! The service and prices cant be beat!

Entire staff was very kind and attentive. Very clean and a GREAT selection to choose from with great deals on frames. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend.EDIT: After going in a few times...some of the women up front can be snooty and I prefer the man to help with the frames because the lady was rude and didnt explain anything..... The man is thorough and explains everything.

This was my first visit to the Enterprise office and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and welcomed while being examined and picking out my new glasses! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff here are the best! They are always able and willing to help. Anytime I have needed anything they have went above and beyond to help whether it was getting a quick appointment or fixing broken glasses. During the beginning of the COVID outbreak my glasses broke. They were only open limited hours so I called and Andy was very helpful. He watched for me to pull into the parking lot, came out to my car, got my glasses, took them inside to fix them, and brought them back out.

Dr Lewis was very through and professional . Cheyenne was so very cordial, helpful and professional, also. Must admit that I really enjoyed my visit to Eye Care associates and am really looking forward to receiving my new glasses and sun glasses . Thank you for your help, girls !

The staff is friendly, but two stars is about all I could give for a friendly staff. Ive used them for about 5 years. First pair of glasses I got for progressive lenses, took a little bit of getting used to but I love them. Went back the next year got reading glasses, no problem. Then this year I went to replace my progressive lenses. When they arrived and I tried them on, they were horrible. To view anything clearly I had to turn my head slightly off center. Then I had to look through what was essentially an area the size of a pinhole to see it clear image, and if I moved it went blurry. I brought this to their attention, and they try to explain to me that that is how progressive lenses work. Do I have to say how ridiculous that is? They redid the lenses two more times, each time with me saying I just want to be refunded and get another pair of reading glasses if that is the way progressive lenses are now. They explained that the design of them had changed, and I said it changed for the worst and they were unusable. To their benefit, I guess they wanted to get it right so they redid them twice. Problem is each time they redid them it was the same thing, no improvement. Finally I told them just forget it, that I will just get regular reading glasses. I picked them up today and they would not refund me for the progressive lenses that my insurance did not cover. So, I ended up paying $80 for glasses that I would have got for free under my insurance. I guess I could have just kept the glasses they gave me, but of course they were unusable. I will not go back. I will just get my glasses from the VA from now on, that should tell you how I feel about this place.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the time it takes for you to ACTUALLY get your glasses takes longer than one would even begin to anticipate. Youre better off going to Walmart.. for the money you pay..one would expect faster delivery of eye wear.

Call to confirm my appointment time only to be told Im appointment was canceled, because I didnt confirm...but oh wait yes, I did confirm over a month ago. Then told it was canceled because Dr. Morning had left, but no one called me with that information or to reschedule. Then I was told it would be another Month or more to be scheduled with the new doctor. Not happy at all!! And I had always left steller reviews before this mishandling. I guess the good service left with Dr. Moring .

This place is great! Scheduling an appointment was super easy, too. The family eye clinic was very friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. Dr Lewis, Christina, Jennifer, and Melinda were all really sweet. They explained the process of my eye exam which helped put me at ease. I couldnt see well from my left eye and I dismissed the situation. My husband was worry so he called the EyeCare Doctor in standby and the Doctor insisted that I went to the office the next morning. He was very caring and explained to me why I needed to take care of the situation ASAP. Im so happy that I went to EyeCare Associates t he next day...

Great experience so far at this practice. I have never been to the optometrist and really didn’t know what to expect. Everyone here was very nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Lewis and Bailey made sure all of my questions were answered. Tammy took her time to help me to pick out a great pair of glasses. Very excited to be able to see perfectly, and come back to get contacts.I would definitely recommend this office!

Husband went in with a terrible pain in the left eye. Small eye ulcer found and a prescription issued. Medicine working great. And was seen promptly without appointment. Thank you so much, specially Dr. Moring and Jennifer. New offices are state of the art and very pretty.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I lived this place when it was owned and operated by Dr. Woods. However, since her retirement it has go off the cliff not just down hill. I we to them for 3 years repeatedly trying to get my glasses prescription fixed. Suggested bifocals or progressive lenses only to be ignored. Multiple incorrect prescriptions, handed them glasses that were old but worked better than the ones they prescribed only to be ignored and told that is not the correct prescription for you now. Went to Bender. Fifteen minutes and done. New prescription for Progressive lenses (as suggested years before). Can now see better than I have in years. Avoid at all costs.

I googled eye clinics in town to read reviews and pick where I should go. Family Eye & Laser popped up as the best place. I called in absolute pain as a new customer with no appointment and she said come now and we will squeeze you in. I hardly had a 10 minute wait and the entire staff was so incredible. I didnt feel like just a patient but I could tell they actually wanted to get me the best treatment possible. Dr. Lewis took the time out to personally call a specialist and go over my case to see if they had the same options in-mind or if they would do something different to better help my situation VS. just telling me to go see a specialist so he could see the next patient. His Technicians Dixie and Holly were great as well. Dont hesitate to go here. They truly care and are all very knowledgeable. Love this place!

I had my eye exam at Family Eye Center in Enterprise. Right when I walked in I felt like I was family. I loved being examined by Dr. Perryman and Holly! I took my 3 year old daughter in this afternoon to see Dr. Moring for her first eye exam. The staff was very welcoming and helped keep my daughter entertained throughout the visit. Bailey was very patient when getting her eye pressures and Dr. Moring talked to her through the entire eye exam. Holly was one of her favorites. She is super excited to come back next year and cant wait to see everyone again. Definitely recommend for any age!

Dr Moring and her staff are AMAZING! I have had trouble with my vision and contacts for a few months and hadn’t had time to make an appointment. They got in within two business days Or the next day if I wanted to see another one of the doctors. The staff is friendly and always willing to work with your schedule. Dr. Moring is personable and gets to know her patients. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.

Wonderful environment & friendly staff! I am new to the area and after contacting Family Eye center in Enterprise for an appointment, they were able to fit me in as soon as my schedule allowed. I had a very thorough eye exam done by technician, Candie. Dr. Samara Perryman was very kind and also thorough during my examination. She did an amazing job fitting me with a much better prescription than I previously had. Jeremy their optician assisted me at the end with explaining my insurance benefits which was very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an eye center to go to!

Awesome experience and everyone was so helpful and nice. I was adjusting to insurance changes and was not use to having a copay. The staff made the transition amazing for me and was very considerate. I would suggest this eye care clinic to any individual or family in need of eye care. They are Amazing and make you feel right at home.

First time at an eye center since we’ve moved. So glad I found this place. I maybe waited for 10 min in total between the lobby and exam room. Monika the technician was super efficient but also didn’t rush me or make me feel like it was a stuffy office. Malinda (front desk) was super great with our weird insurance issue. My favorite part is that KD grabbed me up and asked what kind of glasses I was looking for and while I was doing the exam PICKED THEM OUT. Like I didn’t have to wander around half blind and lost trying to find a pair I liked. Overall I can’t recommend them enough. We’ve found our new home for all future exams and can’t wait to see their new office

Went here for the first time a week ago. The staff was friendly. My appointment was on time. Holly was great getting me prepped for the doctors visit. The doctor (Dr. Perryman) experience was great too. She answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed. Sandra helped me choose the frames and lenses that I liked, and explained all my options, according to my insurance parameters and my own wishes. I just picked up my first of two pairs today. They looked and felt just like when I tried them on the first time. Cant wait for the second set to come in. My wife goes here for contacts and they have been helpful every time. Good to know there is an eye center close by that is this easy to work with. Shout out to the receptionists as well. They have always been friendly and helpful.

Really friendly and efficient office. i got buyer’s remorse the morning after i picked my frames, so tammy canceled them and went out of her way to order in some new options for me (including one style i found online and mentioned, which i didnt expect). very happy with the new frames i picked and the level of service.

Absolutely had the BEST experience here! First visit and due to a scheduling conflict, I had to take my 18-month old with me. Not only was Jessica, the technician that worked with me, fast, kind, and efficient with my exam, she were so understanding and helpful with child. The optician that helped me, Jeremy, was so helpful in explaining exactly what I needed for my prescription and what my insurance covered. Everyone on the staff was exceptional and friendly!! We won’t be going anywhere else for our optometry needs.

Family Eye and Laser is truly one of the best places I have walked into! I was able to get an appointment fast and convenient with my work schedule which made it even better. Marcia was wonderful and kept me laughing while I was waiting to be seen. Dr. Perryman is very thorough and Holly is right there to assist her with anything she needs. I had a question about insurance after my exam and I came in a couple of days after my exam and Malinda at the front desk answered exactly what I needed. My wife and I went today for the first time. Parking is ample and the building and lot are clean and well kept. The lobby is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Coffee and cookies are a definite plus. The staff are personable and efficient, very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. They have all the latest equipment and we left confident in our eye health. Dr Moring took care of us, and when you see her ask about the War Beagles. Were very happy with Family Eye, start to finish.

Made an appointment for my mother for new eye glasses though their eye exam found some issues that require surgery. They did a fantastic job of checking her eyes and recommended the appropriate treatment for her eyes. Grateful for their help and extensive eye examination.
