I ordered a custom wrap bracelet from Purity Leather Co. and have been nothing but pleased! Colette and I exchanged emails discussing what I wanted and how she could best customize the piece for me. She wants her clients to be pleased with their pieces, and will go to the extent she needs to assure this. Everything down to the packaging and little gifts she includes in her shipments are top notch. She loves what she does, and it certainly shows in her craftsmanship. Im so frustrated! I ordered (and paid for) a purse wrist strap on March 20, 2017. A month later it still had not arrived, and I contacted the owner, Colette. She said she would look into it. That is the last I ever heard from her. I tried a few more times to find out about the order, but I never heard back. So then I wrote to request a refund. No response. Ive requested a refund at least 3 times. Its been 5 months. No strap, no refund, no response. Im really disappointed because I had done quite a bit of research to find a reputable place with quality leather, and my experience started out so well. (Colette was kind enough to mail me several leather scrap samples so I could try to find a color that would match my purse!). But the experience turned out really frustrating and disappointing. Ive never written a negative Google review before, but being charged for an item I never received and ignored for 5 months is unacceptable. :(EDITED TO ADD: I received a refund the day after posting this.

Im a bag girl, always have been, and cant say enough to praise this artist. The communication making sure I was getting what I would love, the craftsmanship, delivery...it was all there. I get compliments on it all the time. Its unique, beautiful and well-made. Love, love, love!

I had a custom cuff created. The owner worked closely with me in creating the look I wanted. She kept me updated with pics showing options and progress until I received the beautiful finished product. I also purchased a camo clutch which always gets compliments. The attention to detail is remarkable and the quality is impeccable! Love, love, love!

I ordered an ostrich wallet for my husbands birthday and it is beautiful! Excellent quality and exactly as I requested. I was so pleased with how it turned out and the price was reasonable. He loved it!!

Not only were the leather coasters exactly as pictured (actually higher quality than i expected), but the customer service which Colette provided was top notch. Zero Stars if I could. Ordered strap, never received it. Called, emailed and left messages though the website. Received no return calls or emails, but they were very quick to charge my credit card. This is a SCAM.

Order for a strap was placed 6/4/18, received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged $82. I never received my order and the owner, Collette Rhymer, never responded to any emails. I had to get my money back by doing a credit card chargeback. The website is up and taking orders, however, I have run across many complaints exactly like mine on the Better Business Bureau website and also her Amazon storefront. Maybe it was once a legitimate business, but now the website just exists to charge unsuspecting peoples credit cards. You must do a chargeback - this is a SCAM!

Ordered a bag from them thru Tradesy. Never recieved the bag. Left several messages with no responses. They werent going to get paid until bag was delivered per Affirm rules so very strange. Tradesy was very responsive in cancelling my order.

BECAREFUL EVERYONE.DONOT ORDER ANYTHING from this web site. Its a SCAM. Money is taken from your credit card right away but no delivery ever received.

Ordered on 14 Dec 2017 but didn’t receive any single item since then. Contacted seller on Facebook but didn’t get my item nor get my refund. Now the seller is off Facebook! I don’t think they even deserve a single star. Everyone please please do not buy from the website as it is still up and running!!
