My in laws bought a new washer. Its broken already and they cant get ahold of anyone to fix it.....

I have purchased several appliances from this business and would recommend you go somewhere else. I have purchased both used and new appliances and the cheap ones are great, you get what you pay for. You have a great deal, you only need it for a few months sometimes weeks until you need the used appliance you just bought repaired or you find the brand new one you need from a large retailer - The salesmen will tell you what you want to hear not always the truth. Shop here with the expectation of shopping at a used car lot. They have lost our business.

I have been dealing with Doug for several years now. Always honest fair deals. I sent my kids to Doug for used appliances and he always found something in their price range. Everything I have bought has worked great.

Will be giving them my business from now on. Very friendly and professional. Purchased a washer that worked great, then an unexpected issue came up and they worked with me to find the problem from videos and pictures I took.Thanks again guys and would refer anyone to you guys!

Hooray for small family businesses! They always get the right part for me the first time! (Big box stores suck😡) They have clearly been in this business for many years for a reason...they are good at what they do!

It’s been a few weeks since I bought my appliances. Everything works and got the luxury of delivery, installation, and 30 day warranty. Such a game changer when buying used.

Bad morning, and I was in a mood to break stuff. Thank God, Doug the owner of American Appliance, cut me a hell of a deal. He must have lost money on the deal, but he wanted to make my wife and I happy. Really turned the tides on our morning. Its refreshing to see a business care more about the customer, than the bottom line.If you need appliances, buy local. Worth it.

Im a Appliance tech, I was on a job and need a part they helped me and gave me a technician priceing, I will be using them often now that Im doing service out hear, I looked at the use Appliance while I was waiting and they looked like the stuff I would sell what I mean it was very good looking and a clean shop, I was very impressed....great Jod Doug keep it up.

New owner Patty was very knowledgeable and helped me find a new kitchen suite for a home Im selling and helped me find a drastically cheaper alternative to a downdraft

Dont do business with this company. He takes advantage of vulnerable people for his own gain. Sad excuse for a human.

They know why
