My first encounter with Cascade was when I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. Greg said the car was worth buying, but also gave me a list of minor repairs that were needed. I used that to negotiate a lower price from the seller. So, I spent under $200 for the inspection, but was able to save $600 on the purchase price. I’ve owned the car for 18 months now, no problems, it was definitely worth buying. Also, they do good work, at reasonable prices. I just had brakes done, front + rear, on my Honda Accord, the charge was well below the typical cost. Thanks Greg.

Greg is great hes a wonderful mechanic weve used him probably six times and every time he was prompt and charged very reasonable amount I used to be leery of mechanics but not anymore twice I had problems I thought were huge there were about $100 so we really trust him and like his work hope hes around for a long time signed Rita May

Its 2:30 pm on Friday in Enumclaw. My truck has a dead battery due to an alternator that doesnt work. My house is 20 miles away. Every shop I call closes at 5 pm and they dont have time to complete the job. Its 3 pm and I finally call Cascade Automotive. I am told that they cant fix it if it aint here. I finally get there at 3:30 and at 4:30 it is ready to go with a lifetime warranty alternator. Great shop, great mechanics, best of all great price. Thanks guys.!!!!!

I flew in from out of state to pick up a car from a relative, thought Id have the oil changed and looked over, which turned out to be a $600 oil change . I requested them to call before any additional work was completed, but never did, doing expensive diagnostics that the car didnt need.... being a mechanic myself I was very unhappy with the way they took advantage of someone from out of town . Very greedy business, sorry about the review but you know what you did

WOW, Greg saved the best ski day ive had in year! I was in an out in under 4 hours, for a problem that easily could have taken a couple of days. The best repair shop ive ever been to. Hands Down.

I stopped to have them look for a fluid leak on my car. The leak was fixed in less than an hour, they topped off the fluids and I was on my way.

Needed a burned out headlamp replaced while on the road and driving through town. Called from the car, drove in, replaced it quickly and with a smile! I couldnt have asked for better or faster service-thank you!
