I have been a faithful Les Schwab customer since I was a teen. No matter which one I go to the staff is eager to help and goes out of their way to get you taken care of and the best way possible.

For several years, Ive always received excellent service, today included. The employees are always personable! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been amazed more than once by the great customer service here! So often (especially in automotive related dealings) if a woman is on her own asking questions, she is talked down to, or up-sold unnecessary things. This shop has literally talked me out of things I dont need yet! Today Cody went above and beyond explaining things to me, showing me my options, and no matter what silly question I threw at him - he was smiling and polite. Les Schwab may cost a bit more than some other places, but the service, warranty and roadside help are worth it in my book!

This is the most effective car assessment and garage place I have ever been to. Though a bit high on prices they do their job as they promise. Perfect and friendly staff who explains in detail what your car needs. They also give a warranty that I know many places dont. Thank you Le Shawn for a good job on my car.

I bought the tires from this location, but I had a pretty big bolt in one of the tires. They fixed it and rotated my tires all for free! Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I will continue going to that location even though theres another one in the town I live in.

Came in at 9:30am didnt get tires on till 3:00pm ( yes 5 1/2 hours). Was not told it was going to be so long or I would have just dropped off vehicle but sat around waiting. Not happy!

I took my Hyundai Elantra in to have the tires rotated and one tire checked for a leak. What should have cost me $60.00 was done at no cost.I was stunned! Happy and great full! I’m a customer forever!

I was a pretty loyal Schwab customer, they have always been fair and honest. I took my car in for balancing and alignment, and I told them I could come back the following day and pick it up. The car I drive isnt pretty by any means, but I notice scratches as they happen. When I came to pick my car back up, I noticed about 6 scratches in my roof, next to the drivers door, so deep that metal was exposed. Looked obviously fresh, paint was still chipping. It looked like someone set a tool on the car and let it drag off when they came back for it. I went in and asked to speak to the manager and showed him the damage, to which he replied, couldnt have been us, Maybe it happened in the parking lot. Didnt try and fix the issue at all, and denied any possibility it could have been them. Maybe Ill have better luck at Firestone.

Got new struts and shocks on my Ram truck today. Work done in a timely manner. Have used their tires on several vehicles. Their tire guarantee is the best- free rotations, free flat repair. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend.

It ended up being my CV joint leaking onto my brake, and since that isnt something they can fix, there was no charge.

Scam artist. Buyer be ware. This location never fixes a flat correctly. Also when you go to get it fixed many times they will say it is unfixable and not honor their warranty claiming it is not their fault. Then offer you to buy a new used one that came from some one elses flat tire that they fixed lied and to about it being fixable. Had it happen on my car and my sweet hearts car. A past car and seen them screw a neighbor over too.

They came out and jump started our car because our battery died. We followed the employee back to Les Schwab where they put a new battery in and we were on our way home within 15 to 20 minutes. Another great experience with them and thats why we are long time customers. Thank you again

The Enumclaw store is my personal favorite! The staff and service are friendly and excellent. The location is perfect for the area and the establishment is clean and week kept. They go all in for their customers and do much credit to their brands and servicing. We appreciate their time and attention for all our tire, suspension, battery, wiper, accessories/needs! Watched two employees walk in from the garage through the lobby without masks on. Idgaf that it’s Enumclaw and people don’t “believe in the virus” - you need to manage your employees better.

Had a tire low on air they got it in and fixed it. No complaints.

I came in after 5pm just to get my tire pressure checked and JORDAN was amazing! I asked him how long it would take to rotate my tires and he did it right on the spot! Great customer service! That is really hard to find these days! Thank you JORDAN!

Excellent customer service. The Manager Dan worked to resolve an issue that arose regarding the wrong struts that were previously purchased at another Les Schwab for the vehicle I brought to them to work on. The money from those struts was credited back to our card. Then the correct struts were found, quickly shipped to the store, and installed along with 4 new tires. I had a quote from yet another Les Schwab for the tire and strut installation which the Enumclaw Les Schwab honored. I even saved a few dollars off the original quote allowing me to buy lunch. Great employees and a great shop. What more could a customer ask for.

My experience at this Tires Les Schwab location was above and beyond great service. I rolled in expecting to need a tire replacement for a flat only to find out there were more serious issues at hand that needed immediate attention and resolution. All this was 40 mins before their closing. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to order parts I needed to have replaced and stayed after hours to ensure that the necessary fixes were completed so that my car was safe to drive again. Thanks to their amazing service we made it back to Seattle quickly on a time crunch.I dont know the names of all the gracious people who made it a priority to help us out, but Id like to say a special thanks to John, Tim, Paul and everyone else who was part of the team that worked on my car to get us back in good shape. The work ethic here is outstanding. Thank you all so very much!

For over 30 years I have run a small forestry construction business, currently we average 120 miles per day off road miles on a daily basis with 2 vehicles, our application is brutal on tires and vehicles, Enumclaw Les Schwab has had our backs through good times and bad and has given us the best quality tires and service for what ever it takes to keep us running smoothly and productively, they are like family !

Sadly I have to say not impressed since I love to stay local for most of our needs. My husband was in today to get his back tires replaced. It was busy and it was going to take an hour. No big deal, thats life at a tire shop. Over two hours later and still not done. Again, no big deal had it been because they were busy. Instead it was because they stripped the key for the locking lugnuts. I understand stuff happens. Working on cars today is a pain. However, now hell have to go back in to have things set right when they get the kit they didnt have on hand in. Im a little concerned about the time this is taking and the fact that they still charged us full price for this major mess up.

Absolutely disappointing. I went in towards closing time and got a quote to have winter tires swapped out. The friendly lady at the counter asked me all the pertinent questions. If they were already on wheels (no) if they were purchased at a Les Schwab (no) etc. She quoted me $65. This is the price Ive paid each of the previous 3 times that I had my tires mounted and balanced, at this location mind you. But since they were closing they couldnt do it that night. I said that was fine and that Id come in at 8 am the next day. The next day I show up and after a short wait they had my car in the bay. A couple minutes later the guy that pulled my car in comes to me with a new quote for $285(!!!!!) stating that since I didnt buy the tires from them that was the price to mount and balance. Mind you, the guy giving me the new quote was helping the gal that gave me the original quote the night before. He said that he had no incentive to mount and balance my tires for the price quoted the night before. Apparently my business isnt incentive enough. Mind you I have my tires swapped twice a year (winter tires). Ive worked in the automotive industry for many years and Ive never seen someone quoted over 3x market rate for a standard service because they didnt purchase the part from the service provider. Absolutely disappointing service. I will never do business with them again.

We were on vacation and found a screw in the tire of our rental car. Les Schwab was the only place open that night and we had to be at the airport early the next morning to return the car. I called ahead 5 minutes before they closed and they said they would wait for us. We got there a few minutes after closing, they removed the screw and didnt charge us for anything. They were fast and everyone there was very friendly. Thanks for helping us when we were almost out of options!

I wish I could give less Stars. I purchased rims and tires for $2,000. My truck broke down after purchasing said rims and tires. It took me about 2 years to figure out how to fix my truck. After I got my truck running again I noticed that my tires were rubbing on the inside on my a arm because of the offset that was sold to me... and the whole reason why I bought new rims and tires. They said since it had been such a long period of time they could not honor the warranty even though it had nothing to do with the tires but the rims and the offset they had... they told me my only option at this point was to buy spacers even though they didnt recommend spacers but that was my only option.So I had a nail in my tire today so I took it to Les Schwab for their free services of nail removals in patches or whatever and so I asked them to rotate my tires since they would be right there. They noticed the spacers on my tires and told me they could not rotate my tires because of spacers that they caused me to have to put on my truck so now they didnt have to do anything with my tires at all which is why this Les Schwab is garbage do not go to this Les Schwab or any other Les Schwab. Ive been being screwed by Les Schwab since I was 16 years old. I will never in my life or recommend anybody to go to this Les Schwab or any other Les Schwab because they are garage. Other than that theyre nice guys... dont really see them running out to any cars anymore though.

Not real pleased that I had to pay for a tire repair on my SUV. I buy tires at Les Schwab and have for some time. No happy to have to pay 21 dollars to fix a flat!

Was given unsatisfactory customer service and poor response when ask to open a line of credit with. Went in for a quote on tires, but when asked about putting them on credit with a new account, Josh simply gave me the paper to fill out and left and never came back to help, where to I had to get another individual to help, and waited for a response, but was told I needed a co signer, but was still asked if I wanted the tires, like getting the credit wasnt an option, that I just need to buy them cash, and in that case why would I have applied? So today, I came in with a co signer, my own wife, with what one of the managers said to do, which was John, and was still denied and was told the co signer, my wife was no good either even when she tried to open her own account. Dont know if this is how they corporate office teaches them to falsely work with only certain people, or its just how they work at this particular store?? Also when asked for they Main office numbers and names of there Corporate Management, they hesitated on given such info. I wouldnt recommend by far coming to this location and doing any type of business until they can learn the true meaning of both customer service and appreciation of all kinds.

Been using the services of the Enumclaw Les Schwab for well over 20 years. They are always helpful and courteous. Yesterday, picked up a nail on my way to work. Took the tire to them after work and they fixed it pronto. I asked what I owed and they said no charge. Today I went to pay on my account here at the Enumclaw Les Schwab and I was not greeted no one made eye contact with me and I stood there over 10 minutes. I stood there no one so much as said hello or Ill be right with you nothing. This was the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced.

Many free checks with courtesy. Ive been purchasing tires here for many years. Would not go elsewhere.

This location is 100xs better than Bonney Lakes, and worth the wait in line. They will get an ok to fix the problem before fixing it. Plus they dont break something trying to fix it, and they care about customer service and making sure the repairs and parts are affordable. I live in Bonney Lake and I will drive to Enumclaw, because theres that much of a difference between the two.

My daughter brought her Mazda 3 in today to have her wheels (non-les schwab) rotated and balanced, as well as an alignment. Come to find out the wheels were placed wrong on the car. They re-mounted the tires and balanced them, checked the alignment, which was good now. They did some secondary inspections and made notes and recommendations for future repairs. They explained everything to my teenage daughter, without any hard sales and she was out the door for FREE! This is why I continue to buy my tires at Les Schwab Enumclaw. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this business. Keep up the great service!
