Had a lot of problems with the original install (pieces being installed even though they sliced into them when opening the box, damage to the trim they installed, etc). Large parts had to be completely redone and communication sucked but they worked it out so we smiled and went on our way.Fast forward almost a year and the floor is already disengaging. We called and they sent the manager and the company that sent the materials and I was told it would be fixed by Christmas. Here it is March. We got no communication until we started emailing regularly, were told that the floor didnt need to be fixed despite a gap so big my sons orthotics are catching in it...and every time I email them they seem to forget who we are and we have to start over. Weve finally given up and will be seeking another company to fix the issue and filing with BBB.Dont waste your time on these guys. I thought we were supporting local business but they have no idea how to do their job.
