They couldnt really help with like, soldering and stuff with a broken USB, but they were nice and my issue is more of a niche expensive thing, so overall five stars :)

Took computer in for repair and virus scan/removal. They kept it 2 1/2 weeks to order a part. When we came to pick it up, they forgot to give us the power cord, so we had to go back to pick it up. Then, we plugged the computer in and it didnt work at all, so we had to haul the computer down again so they could look at it. Also, they never did do the virus scan. Total cost: $198.....and no apology for inconvience and incomplete work. We like to keep business local, but the folks at Xpert PC plus need to up their game a bit. Keeping business local is just not worth the hassle sometimes. Never taking a computer here again.

Was not happy with the service. In fact they had my computer for 6 months before telling me I would need to buy a new one and then never gave the old one back since I didnt want to pay them to have my data files moved . Every time I called I got the run around. I was extremely disappointed. Out of the two times I have done meaningful business with them (one time I purchased a computer and the second I brought them my smaller laptop I used for school, to them for repair ) both occasions left me feeling taken advantage of. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Who would have thought that little old Enumclaw would have such a professional and capable computer store & repair shop. We have over 20 computers in our company, and they take care of everything for us. Weve had them do cabling projects, set-up of networks, repairs of dying computers, data recovery, etc. We love em!

After spending $115 here because they told me my motherboard fried, i ordered the same motherboard I had before without refund. My mistake. My computer still does not run. Their testing software and personnel cannot pinpoint which component in a pc is broken, which is very concerning as they are supposed to be the professionals.

Staff is very helpful and courteous and good products at good prices !

They rescued my laptop with all data intact, after it went to the dark side....

Love this place.
