I ordered DeVols famous radiator guards for my KTM. I have seen quite a few guys running them on their woods bikes, so I figured I would give it a shot and stop replacing radiators. Once I received them I began installing them and noticed that they wouldnt line up correctly. I sent an email to DeVol and explained the situation to them. I received a swift and thorough email back explaining that there had been a misprint on the website and I needed a different part number for my bike and that they were extremely sorry about the situation. They sent a prepaid shipping return label and even included a shirt for the mishap. I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service provided to me. I will not hesitate to do business with them again and the products that they sell are built with quality in mind.
