Took my bike there to get a service done, he forgot to tighten some of my bolts that hold on my under belly pan. I got to work the nexr day, it had dropped down and ground itself in half. Skip said hed replace gave him like 7 months to replace it. I ended up buying it myself poor poor customer service cant trust someone who doesnt make sure ALL THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT THAT THEY TOOK OFF!! Never will I go back and I make sure to spread the word about this place. He said he couldnt find one to replace it, took me like 5 minutes and $180 dollars later. Do not go here.....

Only reason for 4 stars. Biggest complaint would be when I dropped my bike off there were employees outside, they didnt greet me or even come over to the truck at all until I got the bike unloaded.

My experience with this shop was brief, but pleasant. I made a third party purchase of which PNW Powersports brokered the deal. They were nice enough to make some adjustments of the bike before pickup to assure it was at its best performance, and were very professional and supportive through the entire process.First impression; This is a great family owned business with a solid old school comforting customer service business model.

This shop is 5 star in my book! They went above and beyond on my 2013 OG can am maverick. Very good, honest and fare people that do exceptionally good work. I would highly recommend them!

Randy OGrady here, Took my Husky wheels & tires in to make them tubeless. 3 months later!, got them back. When I got home, back tire was flat. Took it to another shop. They repaired the damaged tubeless tire. Then the front went flat riding on my property. Took it to the shop. They said, damaged beyond repair. They called and asked, Did you or someone else do this?! You need a new tubeless. Thank God I did not take my Husky into the Naches Mountains!ps, the new shop is gonna let me keep the duct tape they found on the carved tubeless.

They have had our three wheeler since mid January. We cannot get them to answer our phone calls or return our phone calls. They kept saying parts would be in and say parts showed up but it still isn’t ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Would NOT recommend using this company unless you want to wait almost a year.

As a motorcycle traveler I needed to replace my tires. PNW Powersports went out of their way to accommodate me. They took me in immediately and I was on my way in a very timely fashion. In my experience shops of this caliber are few and far between. Not only are they very capable mechanically but they are genuine enthusiasts. I would not hesitate, nor should you, to take them anything powersport related. Kudos to Skip, Lynn, and Gary.

I have nothing but good to say about pnw powersports and its owner Skip,Skip has worked on my Dr650 a couple of times,the first time was right before I went on vacation, and I asked if possible could it be done in time.he said hed try and I got a call back alot sooner than expected saying my bike was done.Skip is a stand up guy and a great mechanic he truly seems to respect customer relations and I always leave feeling thankful.i dont often rate my experience and hardly ever recommend a place. They didn’t pick up

Brought my Harley rims in to have tires swapped. Rims came back with huge gouges in the chrome and both rotors on the front were bent. I brought the rims back and the owner was...well I won’t get into his disposition. Best he would do is replace 1 rotor and I had to buy the other rotor...through him. I’m standing there showing him the damage while he denies it and the kid in the back grabs a rim and launches it on tire machine and the owner rips into the kid telling him he’s gotta be careful with this $@@@! This is a Indy off road shop. Do not bring anything with value here.

Good local shop fair pricing great staff I would not take my bikes anywhere else

Showed up with a honda rebel that kept stalling. Skip went above and beyond to help me... Stranded with no family around, just a kid with a bike essentially. Skip even followed through and made sure I got home safely. Fantastic crew, will not go to anyone but them whenever Im in town. 5 stars!!!!

Great guy awesome work.i brought my crf250x and had the valves done.i needed it done in a couple days he went above and beyond to make sure it was ready for me.also had my front shock seals done and it’s been now over a year now and still holding up great and no leaks.thanks skip and team.

This place is great. Skip has helped me with motorcycle repair for my Honda Pilot, Redline Revolt and daughters 50cc Yamaha kids dirt bike. They will take their time and do the job right! Great to have a new option in Enumclaw for ATV repair!

I had a sudden fuel leak in my bike and Skip and Gary had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Super nice and very knowledgeable guys, definitely worth your business!

Called them up to see if they could take a look at my bike. Its my only mode of transportation and I was worried about not being able to get to work. They didnt even hesitate to tell me to bring it by even though they were busy. All other shops I called told me I was out of luck that Id have to wait a few weeks for them too look.I showed up and the staff were all very friendly, the shop we clean and seemed well organized. They looked at my bike and had me taken care of in 10 minutes.Thank you guys for the great experience, you really saved my bacon! I will point anyone who asks for a mechanic in your direction.
