This place is great. All the staff there are ALWAYS extremely nice and helpful. They answer all your questions, never try to push buying anything on you and the faculty is very well kept. I have peace of mind my things are safe and secure there.

Great indoor storage for an RV with electrical power and heated concrete floors. Nice modern facility that is always clean, secure, water tight, and rodent free. They also have on-site UHaul rentals. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the assistant manager Dawn is a pleasure to work with.

The asst manager, Dawn was great. Really accommodating and Knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and nicely kept. The service office area is inviting and organized.

She was always available when we needed her with our questions since this was the very first time we rented storage after long time. Its pretty good, clean and very secure, the unit I have leaks a little bit of rain through the door, which is kinda lame, but I just keep stuff that I want to stay dry away from the door. You would think it wouldnt be like that but I dont care so much, Im just happy how secure the place is, and its reasonably priced.

DONT GO HERE! All of our stuff went was spotless when we brought it here. A few months later when we went to move our stuff out Mice ruined all our things. Disgusting

TERRIBLY HIGH stipulations for a very basic storage space. Robbery minus the pistol usually used to pull it off!!! Was also unable to use storage first day after the purchase of said storage unit. Theyre ALL over the place, PERIOD!

This is a terrible company and wants to grab your money at every chance. I placed a deposit for an outside storage area and was told by the assistant manager that he would hold it for 14 days and if I didnt want it just to let him know. They wanted $99 a month for an outside storage space and I found one for $55 a month in Sumner so I went back to Enumclaw storage to get my $50 deposit back and the manager told me they dont refund deposits. The assistant manager made no mention that it was a non-refundable deposit. Very bad business practices and the facility is not very well kept and is not up to the standards of most other storage facilities in the area. Dont waste your time with this company.
