Recently bought adjustable bed. I would say the Martin Furniture is the best place to buy bed or mattress in my life experience!!! Tonya was the salesperson. She did very intelligent and professional job!!! She explains every question in honest manner. Yesterday we got delivery. Paul and Ryan did excellent work!!! Really like this store and everyone who works there. 5 stars!!!

We unfortunately realized that a new King size mattress was way too soft for us. Martins went over and above to help us with pricing and make buying another new mattress 5 months later as good as it could be. Very happy with the customer support from Curtis. Highly recommended!!

Purchased a mattress with the help of Darren. He completely changed my mind about purchasing a much cheaper mattress at another store. Boy am I glad! I love the new mattress. The delivery team of Ben and Tim was the best Ive ever experienced. They were prompt, courteous, careful, and quick with the delivery and set up. Im impressed! Just purchased a beautiful Dimplex Electric Fireplace. The sales woman, Marian, was very pleasant and informative. They are not pushy and allow you time to look and think. The showroom is as beautiful as it gets with a large variety of furniture to choose from. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality furniture and service. Prices are fair and reasonable making it a great place to start your shopping.

The company is family owned and you can tell! Everything from the friendly, non-pushy salespeople to the great customer service, they embody what a retail sales experience should look like! I bought my memory foam gel mattress here almost 7 years ago and no matter where I travel, the thing I miss the most is my amazing mattress! I also bought a beautiful leather recliner a few years ago and its still my favorite piece of furniture!

We ordered 3 pieces of furniture, 2/3 were damaged. 4 weeks later one of the cabinets in our sons bed broke. We called the manager to discuss this issue he said he would call us later and he never didn’t call back. We are very disappointed with quality of their furniture and customer service.
