I was informed that I was ineligible for a repair since my washer machine was not purchased from them.

We were greeted at the door with great customer service from staff. Mr. Steve Martin was a most wonderful sales associate. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Dale was also helpful. Top notch experience. We shall be returning.

We have been dealing with Martin Appliance for sales and service of all of our appliances for 30+ years. They are very professional and treat you like family. I highly recommend them.

This is a great Furnature and Appliance store. They carry excellent brands that stand by their products. This makes the price a little higher but the end product is quality and will have a longer service life. Their store associates are a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. Steve Martin sold us our new refrigerator and we are happy with the purchase. For the furnature side, they have an interior decorator that will come to your house and help pick colors and styles. It costs $80, but that will go toward the purchase of anything you buy from them afterward. I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.

On June 15th, we had our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator serviced by Kelvin and he was wonderful. He had been out the week before to review the gliders inside the freezer drawer where we were having difficulty with them. Since appliance is under warranty and there was an issue, it was decided to replace them.His professional manner, work ethic and overall individuality made thus a fantastic experience.

Friendly staff in their showroom but their service department has failed on multiple times to fix my microwave properly. I purchased a scratch and dent microwave a few years ago from them. It only had a small dent in the back left corner. Less than a year into owning it, the fan motor started making a very loud noise. I called them up and they sent someone out to fix it. The repair lasted less than a year again before the noise came back. No problem, they fixed it again. Less than a year later the same thing happened. Another guy came out and guess what, its doing it again! Needless to say all I have is a piece of junk after three separate service calls. Of course, each time they came out they didnt have the part so I had to keep adjusting my work schedule. I am unlikely to buy any major appliances from them again as I have zero confidence in their service department based on my personal experience.

We are a custom cabinet manufacturer who decided to go with Martins for the appliance package for a local kitchen we just built/installed. Part of the package was a range hood insert for a custom hood. We confirmed up front before ordering that they will do the installation/venting and they said they do install the hood venting. They came out to the job site on the day of delivery/installation and decided the job was too difficult for them and refused to do the work of venting the hood to the outside of the house, even though they had agreed to do it when the hood insert was purchased. We have spent hours on the phone with them trying to get someone to help us, and they keep refusing. We are extremely disappointed, since now our client has to wait for us, the cabinet manufacturers, to find someone to vent and install a range hood. This was not a new build or a full home remodel, so there isnt a contractor on site who can do this work. This was made clear to Martins but they still left us hanging. They have put us behind schedule and the client is very unhappy with the situation.10/26/19 - Im editing this review to 4 stars - after speaking with corporate, the installers re-visited the job site, troubleshooted the issue at hand, and ended up installing the range hood vent for us as originally promised. They did a nice job with the install and we are happy that they agreed to rectify the situation. Thank you!

Horrible to work with. Didn’t even fix the item and still got charged for it. Poor customer service and then don’t even fix the item.Reply; Actually that’s not the case (Owner) someone put faulty parts on our grill.We payed a hefty price and went home, plugged it in only to realize it STILL didn’t work.So we return it to be fixed again, finally they fixed it, then martins sent us another hefty bill. How it that right ? customer service stinks there trying to suck every penny they can.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bought a washer and dryer about 4 years ago and the washer quit working. We called and the woman told me A washer should last 7-9 years if you only do 3 loads of wash a week! Her family must walk around pretty smelly. Anyway, 7-9 years its only been 4. I will never buy anything electrical from them and needless to say we have talked quit a few friends and family members from dealing with them!

In the last year we have purchased a fridge, washer/dryer, dish washer, mattress and mattress base from Martins Ephrata location. Recently, our 9 month old GE refrigerator quit working over the weekend. Martins came out on Monday and determined it needed a new compressor, which needed to be ordered. Since the fridge was under warranty, they offered us a free loaner without us even asking for one. I doubt Lowes or Home Depot would have done the same. I have also done several repairs on my own appliances and had excellent service from the parts department, always get the right part the first time and within a couple days.This kind of customer service is exactly why we purchase all our major appliances from a local family run business and not from the box stores. Martins will be our go-to place for appliances and furniture in the future.
