This is the first time I used Lichty Brothers and I was very impressed. The service was top notch. Matt made it easy to communicate and the workmanship was well done and reasonably priced. Matt made phone calls for car rental and checked in with me on the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend Lichty Brothers in Ephrata.

My Mini Cooper was in an accident and the auto body company I normally would have used owner retired. I asked the garage I use to service the Mini who they would recommend I take it to for the repairs.( I am fussy about wanting the best job done) The garage said to use Lichty Brothers, so I drove right there and had a great conversation with them and decided to use them. Matt and their team were great. Matt is one of the best communicators I have ever dealt with !! Ever week with updates until the final call that it was ready for pickup. Would highly recommend Lichty Brothers !

We recently got our car back after it got t-boned when a guy ran a red light. Lichty Brothers did a fantastic job on the body of the car, replacing the sensors, and matching the paint. They kept us frequently updated throughout the whole process and even were a huge help when it came to getting us a rental car and fighting with the insurance company when they were refusing to reimburse us. We would HIGHLY recommend Lichty Brothers to anyone that needs work done on their car, theyre work is exceptional, the staff is friendly and great to work with, and they are very professional!

I have been using Lichtys for over 15 years and have had many cars and trucks repaired at there shops .There quality of work is amazing all round from a simple repair to installing a totally new frame on a truck for me . Plus a full restoration on a older car that was in rough shape . Throughput the years I have taken all our vehicles there and never once was I displeased by anything. There work, honesty and customer service would be hard to match anywhere .If you are looking for a great body shop who’s honestHardworking and reliable and has great customer relationships this is definitely the shop for . Not to forget I was looking at a collector car one time and there head bodywork guy who is one of the owners Luke flew to Chicago with my son and I to look over cars for me so I didn’t buy something and regret it .That’s customer service for you .

My husband and I previously had 2 of our vehicles at Barry’s paint shop on north reading road. After a long battle with the business we were able to take those vehicle’s to Lichty brothers in Ephrata. Upon picking them up, there was NO comparison in the work they did compared to Barry’s. They looked like they came from the show room floor. We were amazed at the work they did. Landon was very thorough in going over the vehicles and even did extra work so the paint would flow. I just purchased a car from Twin pine (they did a fantastic job selling me a car) but my car had some cosmetic issues and they recommended me to go to this business in Ephrata. They were fantastic. I can’t even tell there was anything wrong with my car. Also they vacuumed my car out for me. They were professional and very nice to work with. I definitely recommend going to them. If I ever need anything done again I will be going back to them.

No one is perfect but these guys come close. They do things by the book, unlike the majority of collision repair in this area. Most places around here just slap paint on for cars at dealerships and auctions. However, Lichty Brothers actually care about the work they do, as if it was one of their own personal vehicles.

From the time I walked in the door, I was promptly greeted by a very friendly young lady who introduced me to Landon. Landon was terrific. He took his time going over all the issues he saw with the vehicle and how he planned to fix them. He gave me many different options on how id like to go about it. His concern was very much in favor of my needs as a customer and it showed. His follow up was prompt. When I received the car back, not only was the work flawless, they even took the time to detail the interior of my car. (I have two kids and it was not clean at all) Ive truly never had such a great experience. If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend. If I was an hour away I would drive down to them to get any of this type of work done. Here are a few points:1) They will ONLY do the job right. I couldnt have asked for a more courteous group of people! About a month ago, Penn Dot was digging up the road on West Route 322 when I ran into a ditch, a 4 inch x 4 foot cutout that the road crew failed to mark. My tire immediately went flat, about 1/2 block from Lichty Brothers Collision shop. I pulled into their lot and asked if anyone could help me change the tire quickly since I was on my way to work. While I was inquiring about this in the office, Luke was already pulling off my wheel. He had me up and running with the damaged wheel and tire back in my trunk in less than 10 minutes. I offered to pay him and he refused saying, Thats just what we do. Id recommend this place in a heartbeat for all your collision repair needs. Thank you again Luke!

The moment I walked into the office, I was certain this is where I wanted to get my vehicle repaired. The Office area was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the whole way thru.
