I took my car to Jack Williams Auto, (I STRONGLY suggest NEVER taking your car to any of their locations if you value your time, money, and vehicle), to get my lug nuts removed and replaced. They told me it was impossible without the specific lug key. I found this hard to believe so I took it here, they ended up breaking two of their tools removing my lug key because of how tightly JWA had tightened it, but they got the job done! Gave me a great deal on my brakes and calipers as well. Matt is courtesy and knowledge, you can tell he loves his job. Will definitely be bringing my car back here from now on!

Asked them to find out what was seeing with my MGB. Not only did they correct the problem but did it faster than i expected (i had an open timeframe but they still did it in two weeks), got her running just as good if not better, and kept me in the loop the whole time. The main problem was electrical and do i expected a hefty bill but it was reasonable. i will be back with any other issues u have with my MGB. Matt was pleasant, informative and not pushy at all. really enjoyed him. Thanks Matt!!!

I spoke with the so called owner (Joel) over the phone to get something fixed on my car he told me he was going to give me a call back on pricing but I never got a phone call back.How do you expect to make new customers if you lack in communication skills ? Not only that he made disgusting remarks over the phone.Don’t bother bringing your business here if you want to be haggled. Unbelievable.

Dont bother wasting your time. They have very poor customer service, and their knowledge of how auto financing works is non existent. I tried buying a car from them, and wanted to trade in my current car with a buyout of over $11000. They offered me $6000, and I was approved for MORE than the car I wanted to purchase, was priced, but when they did the numbers, THEY made a mistake, and did not factor in the remaining amount of the negative equity for the car, and told me there was nothing they could do. I wanted the car, and even though, I was approved for almost $2000 more than the car was priced, and offered to put down additional cash to make up the balance ( of what would then be roughly $3000 more than I was already putting down), they refused to sell me the car unless I put down $10,000, or bought my car outright from my current creditor, and traded it in, so they could make a profit off of my car. When I explained how that didnt make sense, and I broke down the numbers for him, and how negative equity works, he simply told me he couldnt do it. He didnt even try.Quite frankly, that was your $5,600 mistake in the first place, and since I offered to put additional money down, and borrow what the bank had originally allowed, which was $2000 more than the car was priced, you should have left me take the car. They havent even refunded my deposit yet. I understand needing to make a profit, but that is just pure greed. Not to mention, they could have sold my car for $8,500, and still made a profit. I now have 30 days to find a car, otherwise them running my credit is going to negatively impact my credit score because of this situation. Dont waste your time, or your money. Go to some place with integrity, and a sense of great service.

Ive started using them for maintenance and repairs on my bmw. Theyre very honest, knowledgeable and not trying to sell me anything I dont need. My original repair estimate was actually higher than the final cost which is completely unexpected. Most other garages you end up paying more than the original estimate.

This place has serviced and maintained allOf my vehicles including a 2012 bmw m3 and he lifted a 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner for me. Joel is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car business. He also installed a motor in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe and rebuilt a top end with new valves in my 2010 vw cc sedan. Do not think twice about buying a vehicle or receiving service from Joel he strives for top notch quality service and his reputation. Hard work does not go unnoticed.
