During the day it can get pretty busy in the parking lot and gas stations. At night the gas station lighting is very well lit. Not many cars or people. You feel safe. Local cops frequent here for patrol or quick stop for donuts. Overall nice people work here and I havent had any issues over the years. MTO order quickness is a mixed bag at times. Besides, this place has lots of shoppers during the daytimes. Deserves a 5 star review.

I love Wawa food so much, that we drove 24 miles at 1am to the closest one; which is this one. Employees were pleasant and efficient, we didnt wait long for a panini and a cold hoagie. The ladies room was quite clean, considering Ive seen some very messy bathrooms in other locations, and the parking lot was spotless of litter. I wish they had at least one Wawa where I live, but until that happens, I will continue to take a 45 min drive just to get a bite to eat. Wawa truly is underrated when it comes to food.

Wawa is awesome! This is my local one. The remodel made the best better. Good work. The staff are friendly and quick. Every time I have ordered something they got it right. They added more drink options and food items since the remodel. The store is bright and welcoming. The new floor plan lay out is more open with less congestion around the made to order counter. The only complaint about Wawa is that they are not all over the country! Haha

Multiple times Ive ordered hot sandwiches, panini, sour dough, ect, and have requested 2or 3 dressing/sauces, only to get 1 kind and thats it, like i requested: black pepper, Buffalo sauce, southwest, and garlic something, and all I get is one topping, AND, 1/3 of the time dont even get the kind of CHEESE, Requested!!, i always request pepper jack, and get provolone or American sometimes, (probably whatever is cheapest on their end to get rid of😒)

I try to be understanding given I worked in food service and all of that, but I’m done. I’ve probably lost around $30 in orders with this place. I use the app to order ahead, and pick a specific time (6:25AM) that I can pick it up to make it to work on time. I usually give them about 15-20 minutes (I order between 5:05-5:10 in the morning) to prepare an order because I never know how busy they may be, so I do that out of consideration instead of ordering and hitting ASAP. So I’m thinking maybe I should stop picking a time to pick up with that much of a gap, because every time I come in and am ready to pick up the order it’s never ready, or I go up to them with the order number and they tell me it’s been bumped? It’s 6:25 the time I pick up and you’re telling me my order was bumped? What does that even mean? What’s the point in having you choose a time if they aren’t even gonna bother doing it. I’ve just stopped using the app, and even giving this place my business unless it’s for gas. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, and they ask me “oh wanna talk to a manager.” or “what did you order?” like they’re gonna do it right in front of me. Dude. When I set a time to pick up food, it is supposed to be done. I’m on a time frame to make it to work. I can’t wait around 10-20 extra minutes when the order should have been done. I go to work early, so there is hardly any other customers unless they’re getting coffee across the building. I don’t understand how this place is running. It’s just like the ephrata Dunkin’ I used to order from and stopped going there too, for the same kind of reasons. Fix your computers, apps and staff so this stops happening.

Cant order any breakfast sandwiches on roll with out having to get chicken or beef. i should not have to pay for it to tell you not to add it.Plus when is chicken or steak chopped meat breakfast food

Wawa is the go to for coffee that is just right, food that is nest for the buck and a variety to please everyone! Clean and comfy is only worth a short drive so mix that with great food and drink: The closest ine to me is an hour away...and if I want Was a...I hit the road and consider it worth every mile and minute. Every single time I use door dash the order has been 95%WRONG will only be using up my credit. Then never agaib will I door dash there. Its so not the was of time abd money. The Food was COLD. The drinks were either missing completely or WRONG. Dont order from there.

I really like Wawa. Good food and coffee. This one is really nice since the remodel. But tonight I got the turkey gobbler hoagie and it was a real mess. Sloppy and bread covered in gravy. Was hardly any turkey on it also. But cashier was friendly.

After giving up on trying to get iced coffee at Turkey Hill around the corner, my wife and I decided to try our luck at Wawa. But we ended up being disappointed again. Im not even kidding when I say their vanilla iced coffee is always out. Out of the last 7 or 8 times going in we were only able to get it once!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had at wawa every KID with exception to maybe 2 are always miserable, I feel like its a problem for them to assist me at the cash register, they always act annoyed when you ask them to get you anything. I dont know if its just the way kids are now but this seems to be the case most everywhere. All Im asking for folks is a little friendly customer service.

I literally walk here every day for lunch. Im not ashamed to admit it.

A clean well-kept convenience store, actually just like the rest of the Wawa chain. My only complaint is sometimes they should have or cashier thats the only problem.

My experience there was aggravating today the mac machines were down I was waiting in line at the register another register guy behind butted in front of me to get to that register.

I always liked Wawa coffee. But I was disappointed this morning. An Ephrata police officer was ahead of me purchasing a coffee and a bottle of water. I was surprised and disappointed when he was charged for that. When I was a teenager working in a fast food place, we always comped meals for our friends in blue. Have times really changed that much?
