I dont frequent this local store much but in all my experiences over 4yrs has been worthy of the 5 star rating I gave. Everytime I walk in the gentleman at the register greets the customers coming in and out. Very welcoming experience, which is important to customers. They have practically everything youd need as a general store. Snacks, drinks, coffee, ice cream treats, cigarettes, dollar store level kids toys, household kitchen items, no alcohol, etc. I just never left the store unhappy from entrance to leaving.The store is within walking distance downtown Ephrata. No weirdos hang around. Generally a safe place to stop in and shop and even chat.

Ben and Jay are amazing guys and always make sure to show such kindness to their customers. They also remember your name and greet you when you come in even if you havent been in for a while. They are the best mini mart in Ephrata!

The staff at this store are some of the most upbeat and friendly people Ive met in a long time, period. The store owner made it a point to ask my name and has remembered my name when I walk in the store. They have a variety of household items in addition to a fair sized offering of pantry grocery items. Conveniently located - super happy to be able to easily stroll there in lieu of going all the way to the grocery store, and grateful to always be met with such kindness and positivity when I come in to shop.

Truthfully, the most friendly staff I have ever known at any business. You can expect to have your name remembered every time you come in, just about. They have a great selection of things for any convenience store, at terrific prices. Customer service, bar Nunn.
