The store is amazing! Great inventory and stock no matter how new the game you want. Spencer is the best! He’s knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and patient with a mom getting her 13 year old settled with his birthday present. It is 1 1/2 hour drive fir me bu I will be back!

I went there for the first time looking to trade in some old consoles and buy a new one. Great customer service and collection of old games. Seen some retro consoles I havent seen before and some that I remember from my childhood. Definitely recommend them over GameStop any day.

Complete in box is a great place to go for all of your entertainment needs. I have personally been buying, selling, and trading here for years and have always seen prices as competitive and fair. The staff is always great, especially Spencer, the store owner, who goes out of his way for every question you may have. They are very well stocked in practically every system as well as blu ray and comics. Their selection of collectibles is always growing. So if you need modern releases or classic games then be sure to check them out.

This place is amazing! Out of all the game stores Ive been to, this one is definitely the biggest. The game selection is amazing and the prices for them are really good! They even have arcade machines and a Nintendo Switch set up to play on! Overall, its a really fun place.

This store and the people who run it deserve 5 stars. Its definitely the best game store Ive been to. Everything from retro to current, they have everything. You can even play in their old school arcade and browse collectibles.Also, there is no better place to sell your used games/gear/systems. I was surprised at what they paid for my system, it was 30% higher than the highest any other local store was willing to offer. (For clean, quality systems, obviously)This is definitely my go-to gaming store from now on.

The best game store in PA. Its been around for over a decade because the owner and employees are awesome people. They have a great selection for every generation of gaming consoles, comics and more. All priced fairly and they even do trade ins to save you more money. They have rare hard to find old games and some free arcade machines too. They are always my first pick to buy video games from. I cannot recommend them enough.

I really love the atmosphere here! The decorations on the wall are adorable, and they have a wide variety of unique items. I usually get my gifts for people here who are gamers, and they love it! Always get really good friendly service as well. I have to point out that I love the mini arcade they have also!

Easy to buy video games for birthdays and Christmas and can find almost everything for my cousins and friends and what they have on their lists and some of the 4 year olds wanted Mario toys and surprisingly they even have Mario toys and plushies! Would highly recommend

My son and I visited off of a recommendation from a Gamestop employee. This place has absolutely everything. It was like walking back into my childhood. Everything from Atari to the newer systems. Their prices are fantastic. Today my son bought mario 64 for the Nintendo ds. We priced how much it is sold at big box stores and it was 39.99 used. CIB had it for 20 dollars. I will bringing much more business their way. Thank you guys for the great experience for me and my son!

I only went in to resurface some CDS. I was surprised to see that all the scratches on my disc completely disappear. I am pretty much a music collector. They only have games and movies there. Still I would go there again to resurface some more discs.

CIB has a great selection of games and accessories for whatever console you desire. They include tax in the price tag and often a little description about what’s included, which is really helpful if you’re looking at a used system. It’s a small touch that just seems to stand out!

Bought a gamecube here 2 years ago cameback and got the same amount I payed for it back then... the trade in value is PHENOMENAL here!!!! 10/10 recommend especially if your looking to get rid of old games.

Much better selection of games from all eras than GameStop. A ton of retro games and merch, stuff you wont find easily elsewhere, they carry all of the new games as well. They can also repair retro consoles and games, I dont think anyone else in the region offers that. Great place and nice employees, support your local businesses!

I refuse to go to the main big box stores. They have all the systems and at basic prices. Sadly their playable fun isnt able to be operated and the room for tournaments is closed, due to pandemic.Always my second choice!

Nobody in my area carries a decent selection of older games...Genesis, NES, SNES and etc...The system I use to play those older games died recently and I had no idea where to get a new system without waiting for it to be shipped. I found Complete In Box online and decided to drive from Reading to Ephrata to take a peek. Not only did they have a system for a good price but they have a great selection of carts at super reasonable prices!Everyone working in the shop was extra friendly and knowledgeable as well.100% worth the trip and Ill go back soon. Thanks for keeping old head gamers like me in the mix!!!

They have good prices some are a little expensive depending on what it is but most of the time it is a good price.Also nice owner he is really involved with the place

Really like this place. It gives me a nostalgic feeling of my childhood with all of the different game systems/games they sell from former generations. The free arcade is fun, my kids enjoy it very much. Its an affordable place with a decent selection and its just a good time going there.

Great place been going to complete in box since they were a little store now they have expanded. Great customer service and relaxing environment. They have free arcade machines to play on and a couch to relax on a play Nintendo games. Not to mention new stand alone systems to try out games on.

Hands-down, my favorite game shop in Central PA. Tons of old and new games, as well as comic books. Staff is very knowledgeable and pricing is very fair, even on rare/old/hard to find items (when they have them). The free-to-play arcade machines are a huge bonus too. Cant recommend this place enough if video games are a thing youre into.

Cool vibe, lots of stuff and friendly team. We stop in on occasion to play the games and check out the merchandise. If you scour the interwebs you may be able to find better prices on used games but at Complete In Box you know what your getting and if something isn’t right or not working they take care of it.

They had an amazing selection of everything. I personally went there for Funko pops and if your in the for them this is a great place to go. If your looking for games they had amazing selection and probably have what your looking for. Staff was awesome would and am planning to go back again 10/10

These guys know their stuff. You got questions about games? Theyve got the answers. Their prices are great. I cant tell you about their trade-in value, because I hoard my games until they no longer work. But this is my go-to place for anything gaming.
