Excellent customer service, and I can always find what I need at Ace, whether its gardening, tools, hardware, pest control, super cute decor(indoor and outdoor), keys made, grills, and even pet supplies! I love Ace Hardware! I shop there pretty often and I have never once had a bad experience or left without finding what I needed. 💙

Bought a Weber grill from Key Aid today. What sold me on this grill was the 10 year parts warranty.Great work Delmar for setting up in one day and delivery the grill.

If you are looking for a BBQ related item this is the place to go. They have a great selection of grills, smokers, rubs, sauces, charcoal, etc. They have everything that you can need. The store is always clean and the employees are always happy and helpful!

Im usually not interested in the lowes and home depot warehouse type tool shops but this one looked more like a hobby store and the customer service was so kind. I went and got a couple car keys (with buttons) made at less than half what the dealer told me it would cost. I even went a little overboard and my card got declined and so the cashier politely let me put back the turtle food and everything was paid and without embarassment. I just couldnt be more pleased. You betcha i signed up for ace rewards

Went to my local Ace Hardware to purchase a Ball Electric Water Canning pot. None it stock but there were 5 in the warehouse so I paid for it for a Friday pickup. Went to pick it up it wasnt in from the warehouse and inventory showed 0. This is a great store but something was terribly wrong with the inventory count. Very disappointed.

We went to Key Aid Ace Hardware to purchase a Weber grill. The guy that was on duty for that department was awesome! He answered all my questions very well! I dont know how the folks in the rest of the store are, but I definitely recommend this place for grills. They had an excellent selection of Weber gas grills and Trager pellet grill/smokers. Also a small selection of humorous home decor

The commercials say that Ace is the helpful place. My experience in Ephrata confirms it! Matt was very friendly and helpful, taking time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed.

Small store with everything you need. Only problem is finding it. Went in for water sediment filters for the house. Searched the 3 plumbing aisles high and low. Finally I asked for help- oh the sediment filters are up in the front of store next to the toasters!!Staff is friendly just not the best set up. Not an in and out place if you’re looking to grab one thing to finish your project

My favorite store in the world

One stop shop for all things. We needed paint, they do a good job in explaining what you might need and match and mix your color too. Love the area its situated in. If you have a loyalty card they give discounts frequently. You can get almost anything within a 2 mile radius.

Just purchased a grill from Key-Aid today. Super helpful salesperson with a great selection of grills and all the accessories. They also included assembly and a grill cover with the purchase. Would definitely recommend giving them a visit if you are in the market for a grill.

Best hardware store in the area. Plenty of associates to help customers find what they need. This place is dangerous too my wallet because of how close they are and all the goodies they have!

Like it a lot. Always a good selection & never a problem finding someone to assist you. Yes, you may pay a little more than a big box store, but what you get in service & convenience far out weighs that. Drive 5 minutes to my Key Ace or 25 minutes to a big box store, its a no brainer.

Did not have what I was looking for

I was repeatedly and aggressively harassed by several employees about not wearing a mask on Memorial Day. One employee even had the audacity to imply that I had Covid and that I was putting him in danger. This kind of behavior is disgusting.

Always has just 1 screw if thats what I need. Excellent Weber dept. But too much emphasis on not made in the USA YETI stuff.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store. The employees were looking at my husband and I like we were going to steal something. We aren’t trashy people, we weren’t dressed inappropriately...maybe we should have had a straw hat and had some dirt on our boots. Anyway, I doubt I’ll be back to this ACE. We will stick to Bombergers, where I’m always made to feel welcome.
