I have been using Kwik-Stor for several years now and I highly recommend them. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the entire facility is secured by pass code required to open the gate, and there is access to a live person 24/7. But the feature that I personally think is the most important and truly a stand out in todays society is the staff in the on-site office. They are friendly people who are very competent in their jobs. They will work with you and help you in any way they can. They are truly a pleasure to work with. You cannot go wrong by trusting them and the facility to meet your storage needs!

Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. We have been customers for almost 3 years And since the management has changed from Stan to Erin we have had nothing but issues! We had to move units at one point due to another unit having food in it and causing a mouse infestation. The new manager Erin is extremely unprofessional in the way she presents herself (physically and her demeanor). Not worth the headache!

I was in a pinch, and needed to rent a unit, ASAP. I stopped by to rent the unit, but they were closed for an off-site meeting. Fortunately, I ran into the owner, Stan, who was able to explain to me how to rent a unit from my phone! Through their online portal, I was able to select a unit (which was one of the last ones), complete an application, and, within a few minutes, rent my unit. The next day, I got a call from Erin. following up to ensure I was satisfied with the rental - which I was. Very good experience and the rates are fair.

I have been a Customer 5 plus years with this wonderful Storage Facility. Recently rented a second larger unit. As always, the service was professional along with the staff. The prices are very reasonable and the units are clean as can be expected. Another good service provided is Insurance at a very good rate depending on your situation. Thanks again!

I had a house fire and needed a storage unit immediately, the staff was amazing and courteous! I was pleasantly surprised that they had boxes, locks, bubblewrap, and everything I needed to salvage and store whatever I needed to. These people were absolutely awesome. I would recommend to anyone 10/10. Michelle and Erin are absolutely amazing!! Thank you both so much!! And the gentleman that was also working that day but I forgot his name(Im so sorry sir).

Ladies in the office today were phenomenal! Extremely friendly, helpful, & uplifting! No pressure sales tactics! Unit is large, clean & easily accessible. Process was quick & easy! They carry many moving supplies that are difficult to find in our area without also charging an arm & leg.. Only thing Id change is payment process. Id prefer to have the choice of paying weekly, bi-weekly or whenever is convenient for me instead of set date on the 1st of the month.

The facility is adequate. It is trying to get in touch with anyone at the facility is almost non existent. I have been trying for nearly 45 minutes to contact someone to no avail...This is an update to the previous review...I talked to Sarah..and she was most cooperative..she assisted me with my problem and rectified it with great haste. She and Erin are an asset to KwikStor...

What an awesome place to store! We were in a bind with our move from Delco to New Holland. Our home would take an extra 4 weeks to complete. The girls in the office were terrific to work with. They helped me with the online process and anything in between. The facility was easily accessible and clean. I would definitely store there again.

Very nice place good customer service

I rented a climate controlled unit to store two pianos during a home renovation. The unit was clean and a good temperature. The staff are very professional and friendly. A big plus is the side exit which leads to a red light at the high traffic intersection. I will use this facility on any storage needs in the future.

We were so impressed with Stan and Michelle. When I first called to enquire about a rental I got a service that answered. I didnt care for the person and her knowledge about the property. I figured that it was just big business. I went on to call about the next prospect. Just then I got a call from Stan. He called me and asked how he could help. He was very cheerful and helpful. We went to check out the property and Stan showed us 3 possible options. It was pouring down raining out but he cheerfully showed them to us. We talked through the prices and decided on the 10 x30. Stan cut through the red tape and made it that we could start that day. Because of living hours away we didnt want to have to come back except to store our things. By the time we were done Stan and Michelle made us feel like we were storing with family. Very helpful. We would have hugged Stan for saving the day, but you know the COVID thing didnt allow. We will be using this very clean and secure storage for a long time.

Very easy to rent your unit online, the office calls after your done reserving your unit. They are super friendly and offer to help in any way they can.

I rented a 10x10 unit and was going to just leave in a month. But come to find out it was not big enough for my plans. Went back and talked to customer service gentleman ( sorry I dont remember his name but a great guy to deal with) anyways I told him I was going to leave my stuff in long term and he was great at getting me another locker not to far from my original locker. Made life a lot easier!! I would definitely recommend yall.

We used Kwik-Stor to temporarily store our entire apartments contents in the process of a military move. They offered a military discount, and the manager, Stan, and the other gentleman in the office were super friendly and helpful! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and easy to access!

Extremely respectful staff and the units are easily accessible. Other storage locations are slanted or in locations that are often not ideal depending on the time of day. This is well lit and well kept.
