I am so incredibly impressed by this company. After dealing with nightmare after nightmare with Irving, we decided to give Davis a call.It was refreshing to make a phone call and talk to a real person in a real office, and not a computer, or a random call center thousands of miles away.We live on a steep driveway that can be challenging in the winter time. Two other companies took a look at it and said nope sorry without even trying.We ran out of oil and Davis came out within 24 hours, threw chains on their truck, and made it up no problem.This is the difference when you work with a local company, they are prepared! Big companies like Irving dont give a damn, because youre just a number to them.Really wish we had called Davis sooner.

This company came out to do maintenance on our boiler after it stopped working on our new home. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable and didnt mind answering questions. Came out on a holiday, even. I was very impressed. Then I had scheduled another fillup, after multiple without issues, but this house doesnt have a doorbell yet so I asked that they call me. I missed the call and called them back immediately. There was a five minute gap between the missed call and my return call, I absolutely acknowledge that I missed the call and it was my mistake, and apologized for that. I asked what our options were, as the driver had already left, and got a nasty talking to by the person at the office. She REPEATEDLY advised me that I was wasting their time and they do not have time to lose 10 minutes per visit (excuse me I am paying you 375+$ every fill up? And you cant spare five minutes for the return call?) and insisted I either leave a blank check on my door for the driver, or put a credit card on file with a 5 cent/gallon upcharge. There are many fuel options around this area that are happy to take my business and I will be going with them. Or perhaps you could start taking credit cards without the upcharge, like normal companies in the modern era, and this wouldnt be an issue.

Very rude woman on the phone. If you dont buy oil from them exclusively they will not provide emergency help if your heating system goes out. I am actually ok with this business practice. What I was upset with was the rude way this was expressed to me over the phone. I had purchased most of my oil there in the past but had gotten a better cash price earlier this fall, which qualified me as a (non-customer). Needless to say I will never be calling Davis Fuels for any service or deliveries

After being a long time customer, I was spoken to very rudely on the phone by the owner for buying oil one time from another supplier. All the thousands of dollars paid to them over the years made no difference at all. I was told that they would not provide me any service unless I promised to never buy elsewhere again and if I did.... Okay then. Ill never do business with them ever again and Im sharing my experience. This business practice will only hurt them!

Prompt and very professional service. We switched from another provider and extended our propane service. We are very impressed by both the quality of the work done, and by the professional and courteous service. Our only regret is that we didn’t make the change sooner.

Look no further - Davis Fuels is the best Bar none! Friendly service- affordable, reliable and WOW they can fix your oil burner and hot water heater too! In the dead of winter when my hot water heater bombed out Davis fuels came right out and installed a new one- so thankful for their kind and quick service sine I live alone I rely on a great company like this.

We finally took the leap after 2 years of living in Epsom and switched to Davis Fuels. I am pleased to say I feel our choice was an excellent one. I would much rather have these guys provide us with their service than Energy North. You cant beat their honesty and pricing !I am trying to tell our neighbors as well now, so that they too can see the difference in real customer service.Thanks for all you do guys:).

Davis came out and helped me change from electric hot water to LP gas hot water and gas pipe for a generator. They installed the LP gas tank, all the gas lines inside and out and a tankless hot water heater. They were above board in everything they did. Very nice people to do business with.

They have always treated my family well and tried to be accommodating with their service. Glad to keep my business local with decent people.
