This store is the best. I will admit I have driven past it dozens of times and just had no idea. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The salesman was super nice and actually listened to my shoe needs. He even made great recommendations based on my needs. Shoes are not something you should be ordering online. Your feet change as you age. I have read some of the other reviews making comments about the higher cost than other retailers. I actually saved 10$ than if I ordered online. I also did not pay for shipping and I was properly sized into the correct sized shoe. Which means no need to pay for a return or a own an ill fitted shoe. I hope they remain in business for a very long time. The store is easy to notice from traffic and there is plenty of parking! Highly Highly Highly recommend!

Some things just need to be bought in person, and I think shoes are definitely one of them. The salesperson here was wonderful, and helped me find the perfect size and style - he even showed me a better way to lace up running shoes! For New Balance shoes, theres absolutely nowhere better in the area.

Ive always had a lot of troubling finding shoes that fit. I have wide feet and have always had to size up a lot just to get ones that fit the width. I thought I was gonna have to go to 3 different stores today to find sneakers, and still end up with an ill fitting pair. After stopping here, about 15 minutes later I had a pair that fit better than any Ive bought in the last 6 years. The employees are very knowledgeable on sizing and foot shape, so if youve had trouble finding the right type of shoe, they can share their expertise and get you what you need. 10/10

I took my son to Shoe Fly at the beginning if summer for new running shoes. The man who waited on us was very condescending. Every time I started to say something he would look away like he had better things to do than wait on the likes of us. My son wanted to try the shoes on their treadmill. When I said we have a similar treadmill at home, he looked me up and down with this look of disdain. (I know Im a bit over weight, I have some health issues.) Then he said that he didnt need to get extra exercise because he had a naturally high metabolism. Thats when I glared at him and told him that, actually, my son and I are getting ready to test for our second degree black belts. That shut him up. He was very rude. Nobody should be made to feel bad about their bodies.

This is where you go to buy kids shoes that have bigger feet than everybody else how long was really good extra nice real leather shoes that everybody needs. Prices are good stories clean atmosphere is family ish but its a shoe store do not expect dinner to be served

I love New Balance and didnt want to deal with mall congestion. Store is conveniently located with easy access to I-90. They measured my foot on a scanner and then with a foot scale. Told me I was a size 9 but Ive always been a 9.5. Took a while to get me a pair I liked from the guy who was helping me as I know what I like as soon as the shoe goes on my foot. While he was looking I found 2 different shoes on the sale table I liked. I ended up getting 3 pair and asked if there was any other discounts available. He politely gave me $10 additionally off. Im a happy life customer. I gave 4/5 because it just took so long for him to keep bringing me shoes and Im a time oriented busy person.

We both have wider feet and had no problem getting work shoes, he needs steel toe boots, and I need slip resistant shoes. Both are really comfortable! The sales staff is AMAZING! We go here and get the kids shoes every time. Avery helped me and my daughter find great sneakers. He was so polite and brought out tons of options. Would not buy any of my better shoes or boots anywhere but Meeker Marshall. Go ahead and shop online to save a few bucks maybe but not me. My recent example was purchasing a pair of high quality shoes for work late this summer with the intention of starting to wear them when the weather got bad. Started wearing them a couple months ago and the right shoe had an annoying squeak every step. When inside it was very noticeable and I certainly wasnt sneaking up on anyone. I waited to see if it went away and when it didnt I stopped in to see Mike and asked him to listen to me. He agreed it was probably a defect and no questions asked went and brought out a new pair. These are perfect and quiet and THAT is why I will only buy here and Mike is fantastic.

If you want premium boots I recommend this place they will custom fit your feet to your new boots. The price is premium aswell but, if your like me and on your feet all day in all elements of weather its worth the investment and, your feet and back will thanyou!!

I havent had my feet measured in years. Ive had a string of ill-fitting shoes so I went here to try to do better. The saleswoman measured my feet and used their cool pressure point thing to find the right kind of running/training shoe for me. New Balance 7500 is seriously the most comfortable pair of shoes Ive ever had and the price was very competitive. I will be back for new work boots in the fall!

Spent over 200.00 for shoes because I thought they would fit me the best but they sold me a pair of shoes by tightening so tight around my ankle I thought they fit until I went home and did it the next day and found out how they were too big if youre looking for a professional dont waste your time or your money i went back and they fixed the problem Im now a very happy customer with Happy Feet

We were looking for sneakers for our son to play tennis. We had gone to Dicks for rackets and accessories and figured we could get shoes there also. The salesperson pointed out what they had and admitted they didnt have much of a selection. I searched for New Balance near me and was directed here. It was so nice to walk into a store and be greeted and helped by a knowledge salesperson. The prices were even better than Dicks as well! Way to go, local, independent shoe store! We even got our other child a couple of pairs of shoes because of the reasonable cost.

I can go to Walmart pay $20 for a pair of shoes they last me a year. pay $200 at this place for me to go through not one but two pairs in less than four months what a joke

Staff was attentive but they are the only retailer of Birkenstock in Erie. I wear a very common size and they only had two options for me out of all the colors and materials Birkenstock has available.

Top quality shoes with trained sales people. They really know their products. My husband had EEE wide FEET. We always find shies here for him. The shies are pricey, but the are great quality.

Jeff fit me for works boots for the hot weather. Took them for a little walk today (about 10k). No complaints. Feet are very comfortable, zero fatigue at the end of the day.

Louis Gashgarian was very helpful.He saw us coming from the parking lot. Had the door opened to help my dad. My has alot of issues with walking. He even helped my dad back to the car.

We went to to a tent sale, just to make sure our grandson was wearing the proper shoe size (the staff always make sure, and measures each visit).. unfortunately he could not find anything he liked (he is 10), but the wife and I got really good deals on New Balance shoes (under the tent).

Hours on the door are not correct. If they posted 9:30, they should be open at 9:30. I wonder what time they are open? If they dont have the time for me, I dont have the time for them. 9:35 no lights on and the newspaper is still sitting outside the door

I shall try to write this as nicely as possible... my mother purchased several pairs of shoes through this place and each time they tried to put her in shoes that were to big. The first time she took the shoes back they replaced them which was great .. two pairs ripped out one in the toe and one on the heel.. each time she was going to just buy another pair but they insisted on refunding the shoe due to manufacturing defects... also great... then the next time she bought a pair and again they insisted that she just try the size they wanted her in so... she did and again too big.. she went to switch them and they had the audacity to tell her that she was not allowed to buy shoes from them any more because we are a small business and we cant afford customers like you... just buyer beware

Bad experience, i do not know if their supervisors read this, I doubt it. I was there Nov 6,2017. In a.m had a middle age woman,long brown hair attempt to wait on me. So rude and condescending. Could not believe it. They had the shoes I wanted to buy, but told her no way am I buying them from a rude associate. They need to train their staff on how to treat people.👎👎👎👎

They also have a treadmill if you are looking to purchase new running shoes too see how they feel before buying. My husband comes here for his work shoes and he has always been happy with the product. Prices are higher than Walmart but youre getting better quality than Walmart.

The shoe salesman I had whamboozled me into buying a shoe size bigger than I needed because he had slipped the $80 insoles in them when I tried them on. I asked him how much the insoles were and he saif, oh, just $80. I stated that I could not afford that and he said well, okay you can always come back in a couple weeks to buy dy hem. (Im guessing he knew I would NEED TO) After he took the insoles out, he did not mention that it would make a difference in size and I purchased the $125 shoes! I wore them for one day and mid shift at work noticed how sloppy my shoes felt. Im definitely not loaded and certainly cant afford to buy another pair of expensive shoes, these were an investment! Im disappointed that making a high dollar sale was more important than customer comfort.
