I ordered a banner which was and is an important and time sensitive gift to celebrate a milestone in our sons athletic career. I tracked the package and it was late and the tracking would not update.I reached out to Dominic at Copy King and explained my issue. Dominic ended up remaking the banner AND upgrading it AND overnighting the banner to me so that we could present the banner at half time this weekend.Dominic was not at fault for the late shipping. It was not Dominic’s fault that the banner was lost. I am so thankful for Dominic and his customer service. I live hundreds of miles away-yet if I ever need anything printed I will reach out to Copy King in Erie PA.I also encourage anyone reading this review to do the same and support this business. Quick and dependable service. I am a small business/organization and dont have Kinko or Office Max money. I also thought I would loose the small business, down home touch provided by the old man who passed away over at Instant Printing, but God filled the void with the same spirit. At our Law Firm we rely on Copy King for our large printing and binding jobs. We have used them for years, they are quick, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. Copy King gets the job done right, the first time. Great place to take small jobs when our printers are down too. I can email them a job and pick it up at their store. They also make great large banners. I used them for a large outdoor sports banners for our schools soccer team. Because it is weather proof, we are able to hang it outside during the games. They were able to make a individual large banner of my son that I used at his graduation party.
