I recently purchased my fifth Kubota machine, this time, I thought I would give AR Beatty a try. John in sales was outstanding; he was prompt, courteous, and understood my needs. About two weeks after purchasing, the zero turn quit in the middle of a lawn. I called service, and after 3 phone calls, I finally got through to someone, that someone was Joe. He said they could not come pick it up so rather than leave it in the middle of a customers lawn, I dragged it into the trailer and brought it back. After supposedly working on it non stop for two days, they then charged me to replace the drivebelt which had come off the pulley. The machine has 9 hours on it. Nine. I then spoke with the manager who was a robot and just kept telling me that belts are not a warranty item. I certainly understand there is a word track to follow but guys come on, really, it has 9 hours on it. I then asked why they didnt offer to split the bill with me or something of the nature, he then said he would cover the labor and still wanted to argue with me. The icing on the cake was he then asked my employees who were there to pick it up why they liked working for me, that implication just left a bad taste. I did file a complaint with Kubota Corporate and would no longer recommend Beatty to anyone. Hopefully now that they have my $125 they can keep the doors open because it clearly was the breaking point for their operation.
Great customer service. They didnt have what we needed but that is why you dont buy aftermarket.
By far the best dealer in the tri state area. This includes their Youngsville location. Whether its a fair deal with purchasing a tractor or implement, or the great service, they really cant be beat.
