Horrible service. I had made an appointment to speak to Cameron about a specific trailer, after I showed up to speak with him someone else told me he wasnt even there that he was setting up some snowmobile show. After that I was told that the trailer I came to look at had sold. What makes me mad is they didnt even call to say it had sold or tried to talk to me about ordering one, basically said to bad. I will never do business with these people

Great selection of trailers, thats about the only good thing they have going for them. Higher prices than anyone else but I dont mind paying a little extra for top notch service. The one I wanted wasnt in stock and the salesman (bigger guy with glasses) seemed like he had zero interest in making a sale; as if I was interrupting his lunch break or something. I would have bought the next size up, I had 7k cash in my pocket.

Jason and the staff are fantastic! I pulled off the freeway on my cross country trip in an emergency situation an hour from close time, he and Rico jumped right in to help. They got my transport truck unloaded and showed me a few choices for purchase AFTER we exercised all other options. I did end up with a new trailer at a fantastic price. Overall I got more than just great service. I now have a new resource in Colorado. Thank you !!!

This process was a easy one. I basically got financed over the phone and when I went in all I had to do was sign a few documents and that was it. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Jason was a professional I will be back to buy more trailers in the future. These guys cant be beat...

Though I did not actually buy a trailer, since they did not have the size I needed, the salesman was very helpful and informative. He told me what to look for and where to look. If they had has what I was looking for I would have bought it here.

Very good customer service experience

Got the parts we needed to get my buddys trailer back on the road again, and for a good price. What we found here was way better quality and less expensive than at an auto parts store we tried.

I was in a pinch with some wires for my trailer hook up on my vehicle and they went out of their way to help me get it hooked up exactly how I needed on the harness. Great people, great customer service, and would recommend them to a friend. Thank you Trailer Source for the help!

Trailer Source in Erie is ok if you are looking for a good trailer, I bought two. BUT, do not expect local service. They had one good mechanic and then lost him and gave up. For service, you have to drive to Denver. I wish these guys understood you have to service what you sell to excel.

I will go back again when needed. It was very casual, relaxing. The customer service was the best.

Very expensive not good quality in workmanship

I purchased a 14,000 pound dump trailer from these guys. The welds broke and the hitch nearly fell off in the first year of use. I paid over $8000 for the trailer and these jokers offered to buy it back from me for $3500. I took the trailer to a reputable dealer and was told that the trailer was manufactured incorrectly with the main support beams out of plum causing extreme tension on the hitch. The fix required sections of the frame to be replaced and a new hitch. I would never buy another trailer from these guys. They will not stand behind their product and have no problem peddling junk to unsuspecting customers. Buyer beware!
