Worst warrenty out there. That “30 day comfort guarantee” they have is bogus and doesn’t do anything but paint an image in your head to make you think they care which they really don’t once they get your money. I would find a mattress company that has a longer warrenty and better return policy because there really isn’t anything spectacular about the mattress at all. We have had pocketed coil beds before but never experienced a bed to shake so much like this one. This bed shakes so much and is so uncomfortable that my husband and I don’t get any sleep because all we are doing is tossing and turning all night. Joe, the salesman in the Erie store location, will try to throw that 30 day warrenty out the window by saying “ Sorry you don’t like it but there’s nothing we can do, it’s like driving a car off the lot. Once you drive it off the lot, there’s no returns”. Good luck getting any phone calls back from Steve either, no matter how many times you call and how many voicemails you leave, he will just avoid you.

I desperately needed and deserved a new mattress- Jamestown Mattress in Erie had the most knowledgeable manager, he had me try out a bunch of mattresses and explained the difference. I found the right mattress for me and I’ve had it for a year now and I absolutely love it. Can’t remember the name but its a pillow top that doesn’t need to be turned. Quality and price were A+!!

I recently bought my second mattress set from Jamestown and absolutely love it! I have an arthritic spine so I’m pretty particular when it comes to my bed. Ken went above and beyond helping me to find what was best for me!

I bought a king 20 years ago from them ...will buy my next one from them soon..I even think its the same sales guy....nice people clean store

Showroom is a little grungy. But, if you can get past that- they have excellent products that are made when you order and delivery option available. Love my new pillow top mattress.

We have gotten all our mattresses here. They were not pushy they let us browse around and get what we wanted.
