Made an appointment to get my vehicle fixed and it was 3.5 weeks to get in. Appointment was on a Tuesday and I didn’t hear anything from them by Fridays I called and they said they were busy and they would have to call back. Never called back so I drove an hour to get there and they never touched the car.They said I would have to call Monday to set up another appointment time.I took my keys and will not be going back.Could have at least let me know that they skipped my car.

I had tires put my Audi Q7 2 months ago. I came in 3000 miles later to have the oil changed and tire rotation. The service tech tried to tell me my tires were bad and I needed a new set. He must have forgotten he put mine on 2 months ago. Then they changed my computer to reflect a new oil change every 3200 miles instead of the factory setting of 10,000 miles. They never asked or stated they did this. Then they lied about it when i took it back and insisted they fix it. They could not fix it. Now Im back at the Audi dealership to pay again to get my computer fixed. I will never go to Halbinsel again. Extremely unethical.

Avoid having your vehicle detailed unless you have low standards and enjoy wasting your money.
