Ive never had an issue with Midas. If somthing is wrong they get me in ASAP. Jerry is the neicest guy Ive met as a mechanic and id trust him with any car Id bring in there. The prices are fair and they use high end parts. Id recommend over anyone else.

Ran into some issues with my car while I was in town for a short week. The moment I called they offered me a spot to check out my vehicle instantly. They were flexible for next day and got my car all fixed up and made sure I was safe for my trip home in a timely manner. Jerry and his crew do a great job of making sure youre taken care of. Went there to get straps on for muffler and they noticed we had the hardware to fix our tailgate and offered to take care of that as well. So pleased will highly recommend them. And go back again.

I brought my hummer there with front end issues. Turned out to be the transfer case. Had it repaired and broke down again. The front driveshaft was bad. That should have been addressed when repairing the transfer case. I get that repairedand on my way home on 41, I hear a loud metal crunch and here I am at the side of the road again. Have it towed at my expense to Midas. Told the next day that nothing was wrong. I pick it up and have a doc appt the next day with cardiac doc with my husband and I heard the noise again, this time I have my husband with and he hears this sound. I am traveling constantly with my husband because he just had open heart surgery. I didnt need the added extra stress with the vehicle but kept having it. I like Jerry but I dont like sitting on the side of the road with a man that just had heart surgery. Im disappointed in Midas.

Needed a wheel bearing replaced on my rear passenger wheel. I brought my car in at noon and they had it done within 4 hours. They were completely booked that day. Awesome guys to deal with, priced well and fast!

They wrecked one of my shocks and its my bill

Since I started going to Midas I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Its usually easy to get an appointment and most times it gets done quick enough to wait. Waiting room is a comfortable place. Prices I feel are going rate. Open 8-3 on saturdays is a plus also. Thanks Jerry and crew for putting up with my old Astro vans.

Had quite a bit of work done on my jeep. Very friendly and professional service. Started working on it same day as my appointment to have it looked at and was done very early the next day. Car runs beautifully now- even better than when I got it 5 years ago. Would recommend Midas to anyone that needs their car worked on!

We have three vehicles and service them all through this Midas. Jerry and his team are honest, skilled, and timely. Its daunting trying to find a mechanic you can trust and we are confident with the care our vehicles receive here. Highly recommend!

Not happy with them. They claim they cant adjust my camber because the bolts are rusty even though I made sure they were free. All they adjusted was my toe and the wheel is crooked the other way now. It would he nice to only get charged half price if youre only gonna do half the job. Thats bad business.

I can’t say enough good things about this Midas. I’ve taken my vehicle to Midas in Escanaba three times. Each time I have been treated fairly and respectfully. They are honest and I’d even say kind with their charges. I can always get in quickly and all three times I’ve gotten my car back the same day. The second time I stopped there after another Escanaba mechanic quoted me a $200 fix and they fixed the simple issue for free and sent me home with a fixed car in minutes.

Worst service imagineable. Assured us that they stuck a camera in the lines to check for issues and told us our vehicle was fixed for it to completely break down an hour later. When I called to address the problem, they argued with me saying that the vehicle was fine, although having all the same exact symptoms as before I even brought it in.

Called from a long road trip after a 3 hour nightmare experience at Wal Mart.Jerry got us in as we were going through Escanaba. We were in and out in a half hour with good tires on the car. Tires that none of the twenty or thirty other places I called had. Extremely friendly service. Thank you, Jerry.

Took truck in twice and the issue wasnt resolved. It seemed like they didnt know what the problem was but just kept replacing different parts. Brought the truck to Riverside and was told what the problem was with in minutes. Wish Midas just said there not capable of doing the work.
