Needed a replacement tire. Called and let them know, but that Id be out of town for a week or so. They blew my phone up daily. Also, they put the cheapest tube in a mower tire, it blew on my first lawn cut and they charged over $60 for new tubes. Gave back my old ones and said there was nothing wrong. Save yourself the headache. Go to Stevens in Manistique

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and showed up for the appointment 5 minutes early. The waiting room is off limits because of the covid restrictions so I was told to wait in my car and they would come out and get it. After sitting in my car for an hour, they finally came out to get it. The only option they gave me was to wait outside in the parking lot. There were 25 mph wind gust and sand and dust blowing everywhere. One hour later, they finally finished my vehicle. That seems a bit extreme for a tire rotation. I have always gotten good service from them in the past, but today was terrible

Just want to thank BIG NATE For suggesting upgrade to the Nokian wrg4 tires just drove 50 miles on sat. And Sunday morning in the storm on dec. 1st. Best tires Ive ever had. Great traction and driving. Thanks Mr.Tire and BIG NATE the best all around service as far as Im concerned

Overpriced

After I was unexpectedly stuck in Escanaba overnight with a blown tire, without any options, I walked into Mr. Tire at 7:30 a.m. hoping I would not get more bad news (and be stuck longer)--instead I left THIRTY minutes later and got back on the road!!!! They saved my day!! Thank you!

While putting wheels on, knicked up the wheels pretty good where lug nuts go on. Didnt wanna do anything about it and took no responsibility for anything.

Was told to get tires asap cause I kept getting stuck in the snow and the guys took care of me right away and even got my tires that were not in stock so I can safely drive my Fiat in the UP winter. Thank you!!
