We used B&B to purchase and install a new refrigerator. Our sub zero finally died. Waited 3 months to get its replacement. B&B offered the best price and since I need such a specific size to fit into the same space, they helped me make the best choice. As soon as it came in, I was notified to set up a delivery date. They came, pulled out my sub zero, which was not an easy task, and brought in the new replacement. They did a great, seamless job that took about 40 minutes. They removed the old refrigerator. My new one fits in the space perfectly and runs great. I highly recommend this company.

They came to my house to diagnose a dishwasher issue. The line was clogged and they unclogged it without replacing any parts or anything. They spent a total of 20 minutes at my house and charged me $160 for the unclog. Didn’t even clean up after themselves. Price is outrageous. Cannot justify ever using their services again. Does not incentivize one to do that

Great sales staff and installation was excellent. Bought a new Maytag Dishwasher...they actually had one in stock! Installer Albert was really professional and courteous. He managed to get the old connector off the supply valve without breaking it! I was sure it was going to break! I will definitely going back for future appliance purchases.
I have been buying appliances from B and B for years. Dishwasher, refrigerator for me and my tenant, and now a dryer. They are awesome from owner, sales department, Bill and installation. Prices are spot on with big box stores. I like working with local small businesses.

I have been trying to get my Decor oven fixed for 5 months. The technician came out and diagnosed the faulty part on October 5 2020. I heard nothing for a month and called to ask the status. Was told at that time the part was on order. I called again in December to get a status and ask why no one was communicating with me. Was told if we had to call and give status reports to our customers we would need to hire another full time person. I called again in January and was told the part was slow for delivery due to COVID..convenient. It is now february and just called again. The woman who answered the phone thought it was funny that I was still waiting after 5 months. I suspect other people simply give up on the lack of communication and poor service. She said she was connecting me with the service manager but that person never came on the line. The original woman came back and told me I should work on plan B. She would supply me with the number where I could order my own parts!!! How could I order parts when they couldnt! All of a sudden the entire litany of 5 month excuses started to scream...they never had any intention of fixing my stove.I told the woman at B & B that I wanted my deposit back. She mumbled that I would have to make that request of someone else. I told her as a representative of a small business that I was telling her and I expected to receive a refund within the week.I have come to the conclusion that B & B Appliancey might be making their money on deposits and not repairs. At least in my case.
B&B Appliance Repair has made three calls on our Maytag refrigerator. They have been excellent, respectful, speedy, and professional. I highly recommend them for your appliance service/repair needs.
Worst experience possible.After two months of trying to get these guys to fix our Dacor stove the Technition came out and informed us he thought the factory sent him the incorrect parts.I advised him to call the manufacture to confirm prior to installing the parts. He said he did not have time to call and would install the parts anyways.After 3 hours our entire stove does not work,I again asked him to call dacor he said it is not his job to call, his job is only to install the parts.I called into the supervisor [email protected] and he was exceptionally rude, had NO idea about Where the updated parts are for the stove and also reiterated that it is not their responsibility to verify correct parts prior to installing them.Not impressed with the service or their expertise.

The service is great and the employees are much nicer to work with than Best Buy, Lowe’s, or Home Depot. The installers are also more personable and care about a job well done!
Friendly and helpful. Theyve been my go-to place for repairs with my rental property for several years. Like most good appliance repair companies, it may take them a week or two to get to you for mobile repair. But rest assured once they get there, the work will be solid.

Could not be more impressed nor happier with the service I recently received from B&B Appliance. Our small wine refrigerator was not cooling. Called B&B and set the appointment. Then, I cancelled the appointment. Then, i re-set the appointment for two appliances, the wine cooler and our kitchen freezer. Then I cancelled the appointment. Finally I asked again for the appointment but for only one appliance. Our service guy showed up on-time and ready to solve our problem. He install a new fan for the wine cooler and AT NO CHARGE, EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE KITCHEN REFRIGERATOR and that it was working fine.Two weeks later, I received a Customer Refund check. Not sure if they overcharged me or not, but for whatever reason, this company is GOLD in my book ... refund check or not, they went beyond the call of duty.Craig Dennis, happy B&B customer
Just had service done on my dacor double ovens which no one could fix by a service repairman named Clint. This guy is 5 star. Really knowledgeable and courteous. After 4 months Im up and running. Highly recommend him.

The BEST SERVICE TECHNICIAN! I AM SO HAPPY I CALLED B & B APPLIANCE to hook up my new GE front loader washer and dryer. Having gone through 2 previous service technicians, from different companies, that could not figure out the dryer hook up with a steam cleaning feature, they gave up and finally suggested B & B Appliance. I thought a new high tech dryer would be the easiest hookup, apparently its not. Bill the owner, was very familiar with the new model, he hooked it up in 20 minutes, gave me a tutorial of how to use the washer and dryer properly, was courteous and informative. I am definitely a customer for life! Thank you!

Jackie the receptionist is quite unfriendly and impatient when trying to describe the situation regarding a repair. Be prepared for her to rush your call and sigh heavily when you ask to describe the situation. May be indicative of poor service for the business if that is their first line of contact.

These guys are the best! My dryer broke down on me last minute and we have a baby due any day now. We cannot go without a dryer! I knew what the problem was but these guys were the only place in San Diego that carried the part I needed. They got it to me within the hour. Highly recommended!
Seriously dont understand why someone would by an appliance anywhere else. B&B has very knowledgeable staff, the best prices, and they service everything they sell.
Frustrating and not service oriented as claimed. The two hour window the day of is completely impractical for people who work and then cancel last minute two separate times is truly unacceptable. Even cable companies do a better job. We purchased a microwave there which is defective but under warranty so getting the part is difficult and the technician came out the first time and said he fixed it which he didn’t. He said if this didn’t fix it he would order the part and would tell the technician and it would be in the notes. It worked for a day so we called and scheduled a follow up. I told the scheduler what they said and they scheduled an appointment in a few days.With there two hour window the day of you have to take off from work, only to be called 30 minutes before and told that it needed a part and would have to order it. Duh. So you schedule for the 26th and I get a call this am being told a lot of the technicians called in sick today and can’t do it and would need to reschedule. Imagine that.If it wasn’t an incert microwave I would just return it and get it from some me place else. I doubt when they replace the switch it will solve the problem.
My Bosch dishwasher was not draining. B & B sent a technician to service the problem, which was a clogged air line. Easy fix. But two weeks later, we experienced the same problem. Technician Joey Reyes arrived and started his diagnosis. The dishwasher drained properly in his initial test. He checked the drain exhaust line and discovered two small hard items. He then tried the exhaust twice more. On the third try, he could hear the pump motor running, but no water was being discharged. He informed me that the motor was not working correctly. He replaced the motor and the water discharged. Had Joey not checked a third time, I would have experienced the same problem down the line. Joey was very professional, explaining the steps he took. This was was no high pressure sales job, just an employee trying to get the job done correctly.
I took a microwave in and was told they would look at it in a couple of days. That turned out to be 8 days. After spending $149 for what they said was a faulty switch, I let them supposedly fix it. After 1 day it wasnt working again and I took it back. Another 4 days later they said the door was now bad and would have to be replaced for an additional $200. SO not only was the first switch probably not the answer, they wanted to hose me into replacing the door. I then took it to another repairman and he said the door was fine and replaced a fuse and all is well now. SO not only bad service but took me 2 weeks to find out how bad they are. Sad part was they didnt seem to care how I felt.
Dont bother contacting B & B Appliance for service. They only service products that they have sold to you. I scheduled service of my microwave through the Whirlpool site only to have B & B tell me that they refused to provide service since I didnt buy the microwave at their store.
We ordered a Dacor Microwave Oven and Dacor Dual Wall Mount Ovens to replace our 12 year old Dacors. B&B was able to deliver and install within a week -- other dealers needed more than 3 weeks to install. B&B pricing, including installation, was good (comparable to all others, less than most). They saved us money by noting that we did not need the $300 Dacor MW trim kit -- our existing trim kit works with the new MW. Their installer, Bill, did a great job in wiggling and fitting all pieces into existing openings. The final look and feel of our installation is better than what we expected. We wholeheartedly recommend B&B.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I called saying, I have an older washer I want rebuilt they came and picked it up and charged me over $100 to tell it was leaking (which is what I asked them to fix) then the idiot that did the service calls me and says, its too old we cant fix it, and I cant get the agitator off to see whats wrong. So they brought the machines back to me, I found a you tube video which showed me that the idiot doing the repair didnt know you have to remove the agitator cap before taking off the agitator. These guys SUCK! Never again, and I will tell all my investor friends never to use these yahoos.
Avoid at all costs!They are in business to collect $85 visit fee only.Our refrigerator was under warranty and JennAir has set up a visit for us for the warranty repair. The dispatched technician was rude, started to demand $85 visit fee upfront. -and saying it is going to cost you, the repair will be very very expensive.After realizing the fact that is a warranty repair - he just left without providing any service. Apparently he just wanted to collect $85 and do nothing.Called JennAir again - has been assigned to a different authorized company and the repair went without any problems.

Had them come out today to fix my dryer, the tech ended up fixing a wire which then shorted out the circuit board. Now the the dryer is trash. Still had to pay the service call. Such as waste of time and money.

The technician came out and opened the freezer and said there was too much in the freezer. The problem continued so when we contacted another repair company, they came out and fixed the problem within minutes. The problem was not the items in the freezer, but the fact that the flapper on the ice dispenser was stuck open. The technician from B & B made no effort to really check the problem. They still wanted to charge $85 for this no-work effort and insist that if someone comes out to your home and opens the door to your fridge, freezer, washer, etc. you owe them the money. According to the woman I spoke with on the phone, unfortunately, thats just the way it works even though I explained the situation to her. Makes no sense to me as it is a given that when you call for a service call, they should actually attempt to figure out the problem. I wont go back to this company.

While the service person was friendly and the owner has been reasonable in the past, the woman who schedules appointments is unhelpful, abrasive and rude. We had B&B come out multiple times for two different refrigerators and spent hundreds of dollars with them. Unfortunately, they have yet to get the diagnosis right the first time or actually fix the problem. With the first fridge, they came out multiple times and attempted to fix the problem only to be told on the third visit the fridge was unrepairable and we needed to buy a new fridge. With the second fridge, they came out to diagnose an ice machine that wasn’t working and charged us $205 to replace the water filter (something we could have done easily on our own). Less than a couple months later and the ice maker isn’t working again. So I called to schedule the service person to come back out and was told by the lady who answered it was past the 90 day warranty period (by days not months) and we would have to pay the service fee even though the problem reoccurred during the 90 day warranty and that was that, no exceptions — despite us having spent hundreds with this company in the past year. I would not recommend B&B for appliance repair or service.
