Byron the manager is awesome! He resolved a problem that the car bumper look like nothing ever happened. Claudia is a gem, so sweet and efficient.

They have great friendly customer service which is really hard to find these days! And my car was ready early! Another great bonus is that I didn’t have to take my rental back to Enterprise and wait for a ride back to Fix Auto. All I had to do was bring my rental to Fix Auto and pick up my car. They took care of notifying Enterprise for me and Enterprise came and picked up the rental. So convenient!! I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to my family and friends!

Had my car repaired there due to an accident. The repair was completed faster than time estimated, which was awesome because I need the car for work and I did not have car rental. Ive used fix auto for 1 seperate occasions, unfortunately. But each time they were extremely friendly, explained everything, were very personable and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle at all times. Not to mention there work is fantastic. Even though only a small portion. Of my car was repaired, they wash and clean the car so it feels like I just bought the car fresh off the lot. Excellent business and would recommend to any one needing body, trim or any other vehicle related repairs.

I was rear ended and needed my bumper replaced Ive never had any body work done on a car so I didnt know what to expect. They were awesome! They even got the yellow paint color perfect it looks better than before I got rear ended. I had to bring my car back after 6 years do to a defect in the paint on my trunk. This was not a Fix issue. After the vendor compensated Fix they repainted my trunk, cleaned my car and touched up some spots inside my car. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the work.

Claudia and Alex gave me weekly updates on when my repairs would be completed. I really appreciated the weekly feedback.

Curtis not only went above and beyond to make sure we were updated throughout the entire repair process he also went the extra mile to point out our vehicle needed some repairs ASAP. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle he went over some things he noticed and suggested we take our vehicle to a our reputable preferred dealership since it was still under warranty. I trusted his word and did as he suggested. He saved us thousands of dollars in repairs due to catching it early. This is customer service done RIGHT. Going above and beyond. We definitely appreciate everything and will continue to refer everyone we know to him!

I would give them zero starts if I could. They took 3 months to have the work done. Changed the date to pick it up three times. Used the wrong frame for my truck “but made it work”. Scratches left on my tuck. They didn’t even bother washing it. I kept being bounced around from personal to personal.Now my truck shakes and I have to take it somewhere else to get it looked at.Don’t have any repairs done here!

Quick return of the vehicle after repairs. It took them about a week to complete all repairs. The car was even washed just before returning it to me! We had no difficulties getting them to work with our AAA insurance. Loved the updates on the repair progress, too. We definitely will continue to bring our vehicles here in the future.

I was impressed by many 5 stars reviews and chose them for bodywork on our Geico insured car.Unfortunately, work performed slowly (the parts supplier...)The parts replaced, didn’t flash straight and the hood came back with wide new scratches.They tried to polished out the scratches but with limited success. It’s still visible.Not recommended.Maybe in other cases they performed better, but our experience was something I wouldn’t recommend.

Quality work. Curtis replaced my truck bed, and it looks brand new. I took it to another place and it sat for months, and they kept saying they couldn’t find a replacement. Curtis found a suitable replacement in a few days. I would use this shop again, if I needed to.

I am in the midst of restoring my 1986 JEEP CJ7 and brought in my dash panel to be painted.This is by far the best painting Ive ever seen on anything, it is so smooth and shiny I can almost use it as a mirror to shave.Im looking forward to bringing in the JEEP so they can finish the job.Also the facility is the cleanest Ive ever seen and the people are so friendly and so helpful I highly recommend them if you want quality work done...

I was very impressed with the initial communication and updates that Henson’s Fix Auto sent me throughout the repair process. However, after the completion of my original repair, I noticed a separate dent in my front door that was caused by the repair shop during the original repair shop. They agreed to repair it, but then did a poor job on that repair, causing me to have to bring my vehicle back to Henson’s Fix Auto. In total, I had to visit the shop five times! It was definitely an inconvenient experience.

Someone hit my Chevy Silverado, they got me in literally the next day! They’ve been so awesome with updates and finished my truck 3 weeks early. Very grateful!!! Amazing work and customer service all around. I will definitely be using them again for future repairs if I need any.

This is the 2nd time Ive used FIX Auto Escondido. Both times the staff has been terrific and the work they do is second to none. They do a excellent job of communicating the status of the vehicle and when it will be done. Hate to think that Ill need them again, but if the need arises Ill be back.

I am very disappointed with Fix Auto. When you get your car back make sure you thoroughly inspect every part of it. These careless workers here dont double check their work. Happened to me twice. One time it was the scratch on a newly painted bumper, the second after having to repaint it again, they didnt put the bumper on properly. Also, tell them not to wash your car after repairs. They will cause scratches and swirls. Overall, I dont recommend this shop. At least not this FixAuto.

I got rear-ended in my less than 2 month old brand new car. The damage wasnt horrible but shes my baby and to say I was upset would be an understatement. Geico gave me a few options and I found this place through their system and with all of their amazing reviews I got an appointment for the NEXT DAY (I made this appointment Sunday night, color me impressed). 30 minutes later I was driving away in my rental and feeling relieved that my baby would be well taken care of, and she was. They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and Curtis was so professional and amazing. It was the best case scenario in something you never want to happen. Thanks guys, youre all awesome. If youre unsure if this is the place to take your car, just do it. They are amazing.
