We had a question about the maintenance history of the Lexus GX we bought and he literally had it on the rack sending me a video to prove how well taken care of it was within 10 minutes. Talk about full disclosure. We did the test drive, broaden our own financing from Navy Federal and finished signing documents in such a short time that it was hard to believe. In and out quick and easy! Love the customer service here, bought a 2011 Ford F-150 with only 78,000 miles for a good price especially during this inflation in used car prices. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the car fax and taking it to my mechanic I’m glad to say my truck is in great condition. And any minor fixes needed Escondido Auto Super Center said they are willing to fix it for free because of their 1 month/1000 miles free warranty. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a first car/used car.

This used auto dealer is legit. We purchased a diesel 4x4 Toyota F350 work truck that we spent months looking for. Weve had the truck for 2 months and love it! Purchase price was fair and the process was quick. No pressure or last minute switches for add on items. They actually were able to make a second key for us on the spot too. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.We actually purchased a used truck 3 months ago at a DIFFERENT used truck center and when we pulled the bedliner up to change the ball hitch the whole bed was rotted out. We were able to return it but were overwhelmed with having to shop for a specific work truck again. We found the exact diesel truck we were looking for here, at a better price than anywhere else within 500 miles......we were really doing our research. Not all used dealers are dishonest, this place proves that.Last, whomever does their purchasing curates great vehicles so you dont have to go too many places, nice trucks and cars right on the lot.Well be back when we need another truck. Able to get the car I wanted no problem gave this place 5 stars and they would’ve had a customer for life, but when I have a car that I just purchased and two days later the check engine light comes on? They do have a 30 day warranty and although they took the car 2 weeks and it took another week to order a part, it still isn’t fixed! The day after I picked the car up the engine light is back on and the problem is still not fixed, and of course the 30 day warranty is up - and even if it wasn’t I wouldn’t take the car back there. I wouldn’t be upset if they had actually fixed the damn car.

Well, you probably hate it when you have to buy a car from a dealer or worse, a used car dealership. The time it takes, the high pressure, the financing, etc. You are not alone. I have owned over 67 vehicles, some purchased form independent owners, a few from new car dealers and most from used car lots. I never looked forward to it. I can say though, that Escondido Auto Super Center changed my mind. Two years ago I was looking for a Ram 1500 5.7L SLT, in white. I looked on Craigslist and I found the perfect truck for me but I was a little suspicious finding it on Craigslist from a used car dealership. I decided to go see it. Must to my surprise it was exactly as listed in the ad. Right color, engine, features and price. It drove perfectly, was in awesome shape. The AC wasnt working, they immediately put it in their shop, got it fixed and I drove it home that day. I dealt with Cisco but everyone there was friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. Now, two years later I wanted to get the same truck but in a 4 wheel drive. I went on Craigslist again, found the perfect vehicle, an upgrade to mine, a Laramie. all the bells and whistles. Wouldnt you know it, it was listed by Escondido Auto Super Center. I sent an e-mail that I was interested, I immediately received a call from Cisco, he held the truck for me until the next day when I could come up and look at it. Once again it was exactly as listed, the price was right, under suggested Blue Book, they had all the paperwork ready for me, and they gave me, in trade, exactly what I paid for my first Ram 1500 two years prior. They detailed the truck while I filled out paperwork and took it for a test drive. I was out of there is less than two hours. These guys have changed my opinions about used car dealerships. They have a good work ethic, nice vehicles, no pressure selling, they really can get you financed, and the people there are knowledgeable and helpful. I hate writing reviews but in this case this dealership has made me a happy camper twice in a row. If you dont believe me, go see for yourself. Anybody who knows me can tell you I am harder on any car salesman or dealership than anyone else. With EASC I didnt need to be at all.

After 2 years of owning my car purchased here, Im finally writing a review. Overall the vehicle was in good shape, though it did take some work. Followup customer service was average, for a car dealership. Since they handle all makes, they arent experts in any one type of car. Do your research first.

The process went very smooth. I called an hour before we were going to be up there to verify the car was still there they said it was. When we got there the car was sitting out ready for us to take on a test drive. The car was very clean and ran well. Because I was paying cash although there was still quite a bit of paperwork it went smoothly. I found out its a family-run operation so it was kind of neat to work with them.

Not a great car buying experience. The car salesman did not introduce himself, often was on the phone or kept disappearing. No help introducing the car or listening to our feedback - just take the keys for your test drive, let me know if you want it or not, pay at the window. We noticed problems with the (used) car that made our decision to buy a difficult one - for example, the rear window was all blurry, couldnt see well through it at all. We still bought the car and eventually I figured out that the problem was caused by the old tint film, googled how to remove old tint film and was able remove it. Us asking to negotiate the price made the sales person somehwat upset, but we were buying a used car and had our own concerns to be weighed against the price.

I would have made a 5 star but I am in different about the experience. Sales agent was polite and easy to talk to. But i would of like to have met him and maybe he have said thank you for business or something like that. But did not happen. I felt that If I hadn’t ask to have truck washed it probably wouldn’t have happen. Even though it states on website after purchase vehicle is washed. I asked about a certain object underneath armrest Leather coiled protruding, something electrical that wire plugged into back of arm rest for USB port. I was told that a technician would take it back and see what it was I was told it was possibly the aftermarket headlight bar. Well after I purchase I didn’t get a follow up about what it was. I tried calling Sales Agent didn’t get a response nor did I get a call back so I just felt that after he close the deal he was done with me. So it just makes me wonder why all of a sudden no response to my inquiry about unknown aftermarket device.

Saw what I wanted and needed online, did the deed lickety split, took just a couple of hours including the test drive, with the help of Cisco who worked it like a pro I got a great deal all around....so far!
