I took my 2012 Powerstroke to Wendell after Ford quoted me $1200 for the diagnostic. Wendell treated me like his own family and diagnosed my total engine failure for $200, a fraction of the overinflated price from Ford. He was straight forward with me and gave me a list of options to move forward. He even called other shops, outside of his preferred vendors to secure me the best deal. AMT was thorough, quick, and honest. I will 100% bring my trucks back to Wendell and AMT. I recommend this shop an excellent experience with REAL people that care for you, your vehicle, and your situation.

Wendell received our truck and kept us appraised of the situation and options. His knowledge and expertise made a difficult situation much better, going above and beyond to help us out! He literally went the extra mile for us. We would highly recommend this business again .

We towed this vehicle to the shop that called us. The shop told us to pick up the truck which we did and we delivered it without any issues.The shop then was angry About our price because they compared it to other companies that could not help service them.When we picked up the vehicle the customer did not ask for a price Once we gave them our price they were upset about it.It is not our responsibility To ask the customer what the price is before we move it..This truck requires a heavy duty truck which they could not find therefore they called us and we did our job .The business is upset they made an error and now are trying to blame it on someone else .We will never bring business to this shop as they do not even understand the basic of pricing and being reasonable

Reviews seem bogus, some are jibberous and make no sense. The only reviews with substance are bad 1 stars. Good reviews are one or two words, sound like BS

Caring about your customers is a necessity and these people simply don’t have it. Highly recommend hanging up and calling elsewhere. 👍When you call a shop, you expect professionals, again these people don’t have it. 👎🏻

I purchased a part and took my truck here to have it installed after having health issues I just couldn’t do it myself. Once the part was installed the job lasted about 90ish days before it started to leak pretty badly. I called and asked if they could look at it and he told me they only offer a 90 days warranty on work. I ended up having D&E alignment near auto parkway redo the job they were supposed to do. When the 2nd shop removed the part to fix the leak they sent photos of where they had never cleaned the mating surfaces, the hose was kinked, and the o-ring was damaged! Talk about not caring about the customers property! I called Wendell and he didn’t have much to say besides I would have to bring it in. Yeah, no thanks I won’t waste my time. Needless to say AMT has lost any future business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their hole in the wall unprofessional shop. Pathetic

Best diesel mechanic I have used. Nothing comes close to Wendell. He will not overcharge you. We can drop off our truck with an unknown problem and get it back in tip top shape. We will never use anyone else.
