Customer service is outstanding! This is the second time we came to CCCE - they did an excellent job! Tony kept us abreast of progress constantly. With the Presidents busy schedule. its important to us to be updated to accommodate changes. They have found a long term customer!

I took my black 2012 Mercedes Benz C-Class in to get the hood repainted as the original one had major clear coat failure. I ended up not using insurance and paid cash for this as I didnt want a claim to affect my rates. Marc did an exceptional job from start to finish. He made the process a breeze and the hood looks better than it did brand new when they were done with it! It seriously looks like my hood is a mirror. I have been screwed over by body shops in the past and to finally have found one that is trust worthy and more than reasonable with prices is a great feeling. I highly recommend California Collision Center for any of your paint and body needs. They are the bees knees when it comes to collision repair and customer service. Marc & Ramon are top notch! Impeccable body work done promptly and professionally. Car returned cleaner than it went in. They dealt directly with the insurance company. I will recommend them without reservation and use them again when the need arises.

I had a minor collision that caused the cover to my side mirror to fall off. I had a hard time getting it back in because the clips didn’t line up. Mazda of Escondido wanted to charge me $500 to fix it! These guys fixed it within 15 mins and didn’t even charge me.

I was certain my Challenger was done for, and these guys absolutely restored it to brand new condition, with an unreal attention to detail. They checked in regularly to keep me up to date as progress was made, and they turned it around very quickly. Cant recommend enough.

Asked about looking at my Jeep commander 208 till this date no one has contacted me to send someoné that can look at it and price me

I went with this shop because they offered to charge the insurance for the rental directly instead of me having to pay out of pocket. Other than that this experience has been a nightmare to say the least. Ive had numerous issues with this shop from items missing from my vehicle to having engine failure within 24 hours of pick up. Mind prior to taking it here not once have I had issues with my engine. Its been a constant struggle trying to get the shop to take responsibility for the problems they caused. They keep saying that they didnt open the hood because it wasnt part of the work but my storage compartment wasnt part of it either and somehow they managed to take things out. As much as I would love to refer this shop because its family owned I would highly recommend taking it elsewhere.

After I rear ended someones car I thought my car was going to be totaled, but when i went over to california collision center and met with Marc, he assured me that he would be able to handle it at a reasonable cost. Most places would take two to four weeks to repair the damage that I did, and probably charge twice the amount, but Marc and his team were able to have my car back in my hands within 9 days. I would 110% recommend california collision center to family, friends, and just about anyone. Awesome repairs and awesome customer service!

Remon and especially Marc were extremely helpful from rental car access to making sure the insurance company and everyone on on between worked hard in order for me to get through this ordeal in a timely fashion.

After a fender bender my car had some front end damage. I went to several collision shops in the area for an estimate. The guys at California Collision were by far the nicest from the beginning. When I dropped my car off I met the manager, Remon, who reassured me that he would take care of everything and make the process as smooth as possible, and he did! When I picked my car up it looked brand new! They did more than I expected them to. Both the inside and outside were clean and shiny! Thank you for taking care of everything and exceeding my expectations.
