Not only does Boot Barn have Fire Rated work clothes they have some super cute clothes . My 17 yr old Granddaughter loves their stuff .

My sales girl was amazing and brought out boots and jeans for me to try quickly.She really listened to my requests and I found a nice pair of jeans and some boots without spending agonizing hours looking.I would go to her again for sure.

I will never shop here again. I have never had any issues here before, I but a lot of boots here. I bought a pair of their own brand boots, Shyanne. After 3 months the inside of the boot has flipped down underneath the fabric near the ankle, so I cant wear them and they refused to replace them or stand behind their own product. So disappointed in Boot Barn.

Had a really great shopping experience here. Everyone was spaced out & following covid protocol & felt safe. Two employees that worked there went out of their way to help me. Very friendly staff. The reason I went in was for overalls. Their selection was lacking. Great place for boots, but the work wear is more I wanna look like I actually work when I really dont wear. They were my last shot in San Diego County. Guess Im forced to find good overalls online.

I did not purchase anything due to the item I wanted being out of stock. However, I offer a high rating due to the fact that I entered at nearly closing and was aided in trying on 3+ pairs of shoes with special requests. The employees did a stand up job of keeping a good attitude for a not so good customer!

I was such a rookie when it came to cowboy boots. I didnt have a clue in the world. But I had a pair of boots that were gifted to me and I need to swap sizes. Not only was I helped to find the right size and style but they took the time to really help me with all my questions. So now I have cowboy boots and I am excited to wear em...I just want to make note that Adam was the source of all the help and made my experience a positive one.

Excellent service found everything I needed for work.

When they first opened, I was very happy to have a boot barn close to me. I drove out to escondido and a very nice girl helped me pick out a western skirt and shirt. She was awesome! Fast forward 6 months later. The shirt started to unravel after 4 wears. Holes. I tried to sew a couple of areas, but it just kept coming apart. I was in escondido 1 week later and decided to go into the store. Wow. I couldnt find anyone to help me. They were there but I was being ignored. Finally i walked up to the register and told the woman to get someone. A young gal came over(like it was a huge chore!) And asked me if she could help. I told her the type of western shirt I wanted, and told her about the one I had bought previously that fell apart on me. She started laughing and said there were many customers that called and complained about that particular shirt. I asked about gettung any refund or credit, and she told me they were discontinued?? Very rude!!There was no way I was going to continue with that abuse, so I left.I used to order from them online every once in awhile, but never again.No one deserves to be treated that way.Very sad.

Service was great. The prices of the boots is much higher than Im used to but thats because Im frugal. The boots we boight should last a long time sonworth the investment as i needed a good pair of boota. The staff was helpful and constantly checking to make sure everyone received answers if they had any questions.. If youre looking for boots... This is the place to get them.
