This past Tuesday 12/12 my mother and I went to Yankee Candle for some Christmas gift shopping and to take advantage of the amazing sale they were having. I wanted to personally thank Evelyn for having such phenomenal customer service. I appreciated her patience while she helped us personalize 4 candles and noted her diligence in getting them just right for us. Yankee Candle at the Westfield North County mall never disappoints !

Associates are all helpful to each other and to guests. Multiple people will ask if you need help and when carrying a heavy amount they will check that you are alright. Product quality and sales were great!

I used to rely on Yankee candle for some of the best items (not just candles) around.During the holiday season it was a great place to shop.Now that its been bought out by a major corporation the quality has gone to heck.I purchased candles and other items recently and Im sorry to say Im NOT going to be shopping here again.The candles dont hold their scents, they burn down in no time (as compared to the original ones), and the other electric items they have are very poor quality (near junk).The friendliness of the staff is the ONLY reason they get two stars and not one!
