Lance and Blake were AMAZING employees. Will come here again for more clothes. Expecting the rest of the employees to be like them.

Workers were talking about me thinking I couldn’t hear. One of the associates (high pitched voice, long brown hair) implied I wanted to shoplift when I took a hat into the dressing room by accident. Will be filing a formal complaint against this store.

I love the look of their clothes however the customer service is very poor. I ordered a pair of pants online that said they were in stock however a month later the website still said that they were processing. I had to call them to see what was going on only to find out that the pants were out of stock, even though I was charged for them and it said it was in stock on their website. Not only that but I had to be the one to call and figure out what the problem was. They never contacted me to tell me what had happened. Also when some friends and I were in the store, the workers there were very rude and yelled at us even though we werent doing anything wrong.

Worst retail experience over the phone and in this store! Beware of paying with PAYPAL because you will never get a refund or the products returned. When you buy online & pay w. PAYPAL they cant do anything about it in store no return no exchange which is the oddest thing I ever heard😵 so then you have to call customer service which is out of the country hard to understand (SUPERFRUSTRATING) get sent an email with a label, print out then go to a local post office thats packed just to return items and maybe get a refund!!!! Well its almost a month and still no refund or communication. I always did shop here for my daughters, but now after this experience I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE. I will go elsewhere where Im treated like a real CUSTOMER!

Went in randomly one day and was helped by Alexa. Great customer service, friendly, professional, and HELPFUL. I cant wait to go back!

HORRIBLE customer service. while Im paying with my card the cashier is on his phone and other workers are huddled around his phone laughing at something!! I didnt get a hi or did you find what you were looking for or thank you, when he gave me my bag after i paid he just turned away. COMPLETELY unprofessional, ive been to a few pacsuns and this one has the worst customer service by far.

The dressing rooms at this store are FILTHY & disgusting!! The sales people are rude & unprofessional!! We were told jeans were in sale, but they weren’t. This store is horribly managed and run!!
