Buyer beware!!! JW site states The milling experts at J&W Lumber are happy to do the milling for you, we have the right wood milling equipment and expertise to get it done right! Including rip, cross cut, dado, and more.I had them cut 8x8 posts and they just hacked it. They said I was aware they would have to turn the board. Did that mean their MILLING EXPERTS were going to hack the wood. They then tried to blame their poor craftsmanship on me. Terrible customer experience and service.

Built this deck by myself over the summer to grade. Great advice from Bruce at the Escondido store. Used every board he ordered and had deliveries with no extra purchases.

Made a quick stop on the way home from work looking for specialty items. They had everything I needed for a small project this weekend. The prices were comparable to the larger stores and everyone was curtious and professional. The experience was great!!

Great customer service. We ordered an Alumawood awning for the front of our home. Teo Vazquez helped us get everything we needed and it was delivered promptly on the day of delivery. The delivery driver was great and made sure it was put where we wanted it. I would highly recommend them!
