I would highly recommend West Coast Garage! Jason initially came out to service our garage and was upfront with the fact that this was the original motor and we would need another one soon. Because we had just purchased the home and incurred other unexpected expenses, Jason did not pressure us and professionally helped us get the most of what we had (and we did!). Eventually, as expected, the time came where we needed to replace the motor. Jason was prompt and professional in getting our garage back up and running. He also took the time to follow up within a couple of days to ensure that we were satisfied. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes a great deal of pride in his work. I would recommend Jason at West Coast Garage for all of your garage servicing needs! Thank you Jason!
Highly recommended! Quick and awesome services provided by Jason. Will come back or recommend friends in the future if garage doors having issues.
West Coast Garage Door is 5 stars all the way. I needed a new torsion spring on my garage door, Jason & his son came out right away. They were quick and efficient. They lubed and tuned up my garage door to like-new working condition reducing the noise drastically. Their price was really reasonable, cheaper than another shop I had called by 20%. Best of all Jason was very personable and a jolly guy to chat with. Highly recommend this father & son team!!
Jason was very impressive. He did a great job.I will never use another company
Im a retired 30 yr Navy veteran and first time repairing broken garage tension spring. My car was locked in, so I needed someone to respond quickly. Sent an email with pictures requesting quote late night. Jason Micallef, the owner, responded the first thing in the morning with with very reasonable price, part description, tune-up, and 10 yr warranty. I called him first thing in the morning and he showed up in 30 min with his son Jered. It was refreshing to see a fine father-son team working together in harmony with great customer support! The team was extremely friendly and also recommended replacing both frayed wires. They were super efficient and finished the job in slightly less than an hour. After the job completion and nice conversation, Jason kindly pointed out buckled and cracked door frames that could eventually cause greater problems. I asked him what could be done and he recommended putting a simple I-beam like strut to keep the garage door sturdy and prevent from further buckling. He quoted a reasonable price and he and his son proceeded with a professional job installing the strut. Now I have a very sturdy garage door that could last at least 10 yrs or more. Its great to support a small reliable family-operated business that provides superb neighbor-like services. Jason even provided 10% parts discount for military! Im happy to get to know them and really have a warm fuzzy feeling that Ill be in good hands in the future. Im recommending Jason & Jered father-son team of West Coast Garage Door to all my relatives and friends!!!
Jason is amazing. He came out on a Sunday and had my garage door working within the hour. He had the best price, the best service and the best repair. If you want prompt, courteous, professional service and attention to your garage door needs, West Coast is where to go.
Extremely happy with Jason. After being overcharged by Heritage with $500 estimate for new motor, Jason tried valiantly to repair the current 26 yr old motor. Didn’t work but he was able to install a used motor for a total of $300 which works beautifully. Worked over 3 hours. Very interesting and entertaining gentleman.
My parents, who are older in age, called for a service issue on their garage door (it needed to be reprogrammed). Jason charged them $120.00 for a service call, said it could not be fixed, and tried to upsell them on an entire new unit. Before my parents spent money they didnt have, my husband (who knows absolutely nothing about garage doors) came over and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes just by reading the service manual online. Jason either lied in an attempt to make more money or is not very knowledgeable at his job- both not very favorable. I would suggest operating your business with a little more integrity.
Very competent company, family owned and operated, great customer service.
