A worker named “steve” was super nice he really helped me out with my groceries and even offered to bring them to my car super great service

Absolutely love and appreciate the lady at the flower section. She is AMAZING & gives wonderful customer service . This definitely is my go to when it comes to purchasing flowers !!!

Just want to give a shoutout to one of the employees there for providing really great service today. I believe his name was Uriel and he was really helpful when I was checking out. I hope he gets recognized cause during the time that I went, it was super busy and a long line was starting to form but he kept it managed and even scanned/bagged everything for me at self checkout.

Honestly, it almost felt like I was Smiths, which is a good thing. Very clean and well kept and had a good laugh with the attendant at the self checkout.

A typical Ralphs grocery store, but a little less put together than other locations in the area. They dont have the olive/salad bar like the one in San Marcos and seemed ultracautious about locking up certain items (e.g. batteries.....). I mean I can understand liquor, but batteries? I guess Im more disappointed in the people in the area that make stores lock up stuff for upstanding citizens. Big inconvenience. Continuing on that gripe, they blocked off one of the entrances/exits at 9pm. I usually check out their selection of discounted baked goods, but was dismayed to see a fly or two buzzing around in the box (see picture #2). Otherwise, the store is fine and I scored a deal on the ice cream.

Clean, well-lit, fully stocked, plenty of sales and friendly cashier.Prices vary from other chains but its about location..

Today was to hot of a day to shop,9:00 pm was a perfect time.But the fish counter was closed. Arnold went out of his way to help me and another customer when he didnt have to. Great service and nice selection of produce.

Had a such difficulty time finding items and I try to locate them on the Ralphs app and that didnt help

This Ralphs is always clean, friendly and always has what I need when I visit. Their prices are definitely better than its surrounding competitors. I also love how fresh and organized the seafood counter is kept. It never has that off putting scent most competitors counters have that you often smell from the front door as you walk in.

Today was a different day I liked this store but I was going to the cashier, I didnt see and open cashier but the Lady in charge was very rude I hope that they cut have some training I am very disappointed.

Very convenient location for a quick shopping trip. Cashiers and general staff make for a very easy shopping experience and you can count on a few cashiers to regularly greet you with a smile and great customer service.Managers however have been a great disappointment as they have consistently been unprofessional and have been treating the customers very poorly. Approach your inquiries with little to attentiveness nor professionalism.So Kroger needs to re-evaluate it’s current management and consider giving the opportunity to other cashiers who are living up to the customer service that we expect.

Clean and well lit. Many services and good variety. Much to save by getting a Ralphs card for free. Good produce, decent meat selection, and all your standard and extended frozen and dry good options. Noteworthy large wine and beer selection and a well organized liquor area that is under lock and key so you will need assistance which is easy to find with helpful staff. Lots of parking and easy access.

Its a older store in the far East side of Escondido. But the crews great always a smile and helpful people, they go that extra mile to keep their customers happy, the deli has great meats and cheeses and the cleaning standards are. Great, they always wear clean gloves and trash old ones eachclient, they wear Hair nets andfacial hair coverings .,,continuously through all services. Great mark down section in back too $$$$ save it when you can.

This is now the only Ralphs in Escondido, when there used to be 2. They are remodelling right now, so we will see what it looks like when theyre done. The produce is good, and you can get some great prices. They also do a lot of markdowns, which many stores dont. You can even get markdown bagged lettuce or fresh juices.

Very nice grocery store. Beautiful produce. Good selection of most all types of items. Not so much of the gourmet items that you might find at Major Market.

It was good overall, need more store personnel to assist customers find products. Also alot of produce not clearly labeled. But very friendly people and decent prices on most items.

I like this grocery store a lot, its on the East side of Escondido. Ralphs is a great grocery store. This location is great. Employees here are polite and very nice.

They have a pretty good selection of organic energy drinks. They even had some that Sprouts didnt carry :-)

They close @ 1:00 am...... I got there @ 12:54 am to run in for 1 thing super quick. There were people checking out.... but doors were locked. A lady said to a worker theres someone at the door who needs in and lady who worked there said oh well, doors are locked. I gave a little knock and said I just need 1 thing, Ill be super quick and I was completely ignored. Id give 1/2 a star if possible...... RUDE!

Couldnt download the apps for digital coupons. But my cashier gave me the discounts anyway after telling her I couldnt download them. Also you advertise water on sale in store but had 3 brands next to each other. Only one had a price. Not hsppy

Amber helped us at the flower station they came at awsome she was really helpful even tho they were busy. Customer service at its finest it you need flowers ask for her she designs them well. Thank you

Ralphs has the best ice cream (Private Selection) of any of the grocery stores in Escondido. What more do you need?

Its always very clean, the employees always helpful n go out of their way to make sure the customers find the item they need. Every employee always have a beautiful smile on their face! I do feel they need more baggers. Im disabled but when the store is busy n theres only 2 baggers, n if I need help with my grocerys it really bothers me to ask for help when they are so busy. The checkers need more help for them to help with the baggy. Thats important to myself n other customers. I use to work in the grocery business so I know how important it is to the checkers n customers. Thank you for asking me.

Bad experience with the bakery clerk who saw me and my husband waiting twice yet chose to ignore us, yet had no problem coming out to help a family that showed up after we left the bakery area. Lines were out the door so we put back our few items and went across the street to the small Vons instead.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I love Ralphs,but i hate this one in escandido . Theres no a good management here. I went over there to buy flowers for many time amd the flowers are really bad and theres nobody to help you to find the right ones.They dont care about costumers . Yesterday unfortunately i went over there to buy flowers. I was waiting for half an hour for someone to take care of flowers. Finally someone came but she didnt know anything about the department.

In Escondido most of the people is Hispanic and Ralphs does not have some of the basic products for that population. However the customer service is great and the store it is always clean and in order.

Shopping was ok store is very antiquated though. Bakery is a joke only shop there when I have too.

Free parking, groceries are cheap and there is a large pastry section.
