These guys are great.... Sergio runs a tight ship. Its not easy from their location, which is basically a homeless encampment in every direction for a quarter mile.. but they remain vigilant. They always have somebody on the door.. and maintain a very safe environment no matter whats going on nearby. They have continually allowed me to bring my bike inside... which I know is a big no no for everybody else... Because mine kept getting stolen, locked or unlocked. Theyve also learned that even though I might appear to be a member of the Riff Raff Nation, I dont steal. The place is always spotless, and the prices cant be beat!By the way, the fried chicken is incred..

I was shopping nearby and decided to stop in for some soup ingredients before heading home. I asked an employee for the restroom code and he told me I needed to walk all the way to the front check stand to get the code. I put my food away and left. I saw a lot of disabled customers here at this store. Its sad to me to think of them having to go all the way to the front to get a code if they need to use a restroom. Im physically capable but but its a waste of my time. This was a poor example of customer service and I wont come back.

I hadnt been to this store in years as I dont live very close. I seen in the weekly ads from the mail they had beef roast on sale. I happened to be in the area and thought why not Im here. Let me tell you the store was beautiful! My mouth dropped to the floor! The manager was on top of everything greeting customers keeping it clean. I had an item fell out of my cart and the manager picked it up for me. The cashier was polite and asked if I needed help out to the car. The whole experience was fantastic! I will definitely go again!

The staff is great. The store is clean. It just cant seem to get stuck in. For a month or more very lil frozen vegetables, hot pockets, enchilada sauce and chicken. Also the cleaning supplies that are needed. Only ONCE in 5 months have I been able to get anything and it was wipes which I and again out of.

Love this place! The service the people are all wonderful.they have an excellent produce section and meat department. Their prices are always great, much better than Vons or Albertsons. If I can give this place 10 Stars I would.

I wanted to point out that I visited the store today along with my boyfriend who is currently on crutches. He wondered off with a electric cart and came back telling me that one of the employees was super nice and friendly. He also said others were not so nice. As we got to the register she offered to help with bringing the cart back if he choose to ride it to the car. I was so happy to see that there are still people who care and help others. Where others might have thought that he was on that cart for fun she believed and offered help. Poor guy has been unable to walk much due to his knee injuries. Thank you GIGi although I didn’t get your last name I really did appreciate your kindness and help.

Overall a great place to shop. Premium food, premium prices with some deals to be had, and really good service. I wish they had more natural foods and alternative diet foods but of course its a major grocery chain and its full of the major food corporations boxed and prepared products.

Excellent produce, with two stockers to help select choices. Great prices on beef and chicken. Overall about 15% cheaper than the major chains. Very friendly staff. New flooring, very clean. Busy but many available checkers. We have shopped there for years. They have never had a strike on their staff. They treat them well.

Most of my grocery shopping today was a good one but was unable to get a few things that I needed but was no longer there, it was substituted with a different brand for a few and just not there for one. Hopefully they will bring back the items I wanted

Stater Bros used to be competitive in its pricing with other grocery chains. Now, it is anything but. Example: Linguica, a Portuguese sausage resembling a Polish Kielbasa, is $5.99 for a 12oz package. Ralphs has it for $4.49. The one thing Ive noticed that they are still reasonable on, is their meat section, offering good quality and variety, at decent prices. Theyve also eliminated the smaller hand-carry baskets, which I find quite annoying for those of us there for a few key items.

Mostly stocked. Usual items are sparse. Otherwise excellent as always.

Please insure that the deli IS making FRESH PRODUCT and throws away the food after its holding time. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS DELI AGAIN . The Word will be passed around

I love this store, especially the meat dept. If they dont have what I want they cut it for me or call another store for me. Their produce is fresh and my husband loves their deli. All of their associates are so pleasant and go out of their way to help you. My number one place to shop.

I always get our families birthday cakes from stater bros. Cakes are moist and frosting is delicious. I go in with ideas or pictures of what Id like and they never fail to amaze me. Recently I went in with an edible picture i had printed of my husband in a palm tree at work. I talked with the cake decorator about how Id like it to be decorated to match with the picture. I trusted shed do a great good. AND she did! Above and beyond what I would have imaged. She did an excellent job Im am 100% satifised with her work. I didnt get her name. But thank you!

Fresh meat, great selection of produce and shelves are always stocked. The only issue I have is that they never have enough check out counters open. There is always a long wait due to lack of cashiers. It is a clean store with a good selection of everything. Their brand is always buy 2 get 1 free but the items are overpriced. I would recommend going to a store like Wal-Mart for bath and beauty products.

Very clean store. Only one register was open and 9 people in line. In my opinion this should not happen. The cashier called 3 times for help and no one came up front.

I love the store but the security guard there is so rude for no reason I say that because I watched him push a elderly woman wheelchair out to the parking lot telling her to leave before he has to make her and she cried cause all she wanted was to eat her sandwich in peace
